We use one-variable Loewner techniques to compute polynomial-parametric models for MIMO systems from vector-exponential data gathered at various points in the parameter space. In this paper, the novel film adhesives based on phenolphthalein poly(ether sulfone) (PES-C) and epoxy (EP) modified cyanate ester resin (CE) were prepared for bonding an advanced radome. The film adhesives are convenient for applying to manufacture, possessing good adhesion strength, thermal durability and excellent dielectric property. The curing behaviors were confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), showing that the main reaction pathways are not varied with adding PES-C but the reaction rates are evidently accelerated, and the film adhesives can be well cured at lower temperature of 177 °C. The adhesion strength was evaluated in lap shear strength and peel strength, indicating that the better adhesion strength is obtained with increasing in PES-C. The maximum value of lap shear strength is 33 MPa at room temperature. The thermal durability was determined by thermal aging tests of lap shear specimens, showing that the decrease in strength gets faster with adding PES-C, and the usability of film adhesives over 2000 h at 200 °C. The dielectric properties were measured by dielectric resonator methods, finding that the introduction of PES-C brings a positive effect on dielectric properties. The lowest value of determined dielectric loss is 0.0075 at 10 GHz.  相似文献

目的 探究出能使液滴移动距离达到最大的复合表面制备手段,以及液滴在其表面的移动机理及影响因素。方法 采用电火花加工技术在H62黄铜表面制备四棱锥结构构建结构梯度,并通过化学刻蚀在四棱锥表面制备润湿梯度,从而形成复合梯度结构。分别使用扫描电子显微镜和高速摄像机观察复合表面的微观结构与试件表面液滴的移动过程。结果 复合结构表面不仅具有不对称几何形状引起的拉普拉斯压力,其上的液滴还会受到不平衡表面张力的作用。润湿梯度提供的不平衡表面张力与结构梯度形成的拉普拉斯压力共同组成驱动合力,令液滴在相较单一梯度表面表现出更强的移动性能。对比分析侧面夹角等因素对液滴定向移动的影响规律后得出,经化学蚀刻后的复合表面,液滴移动距离提升明显,并且移动距离增加量与夹角β成正比。在结构梯度与润湿梯度的共同作用下,液滴在β=5°的试件表面上定向移动距离达到最大,最大移动距离Lmax=6.96 mm。结论 相较于单一梯度表面,复合型液滴定向移动表面可以获得最长的移动距离,表现出良好的应用前景。制备方法上,电火花线切割与化学刻蚀操作简单,成本低廉,有助于推动制备大批量液滴定向移动复合表面的相关研究。  相似文献

This study used a traditional solid-state reaction method to prepare a series of composite ceramics in the 0.7Mg4Nb2O9-(0.3-x)ZnAl2O4-xTiO2 ternary system. Crystalline phases and microstructure of Mg4Nb2O9-ZnAl2O4-TiO2 dielectric ceramic composites were investigated and correlated with the relevant dielectric properties. It was observed that the addition of Ti4+ substituted Nb5+ in the Mg4Nb2O9 structure, which promoted the decomposition of Mg4Nb2O9 to form the second phase, Mg5Nb4O15, during sintering. The synergistic effect of ZnAl2O4-TiO2 co-doping promoted the Mg4Nb2O9 ceramic densification. The sample (0.7Mg4Nb2O9-(0.3-x)ZnAl2O4-xTiO2) with x = 0.15?0.2 exhibited dielectric constants of 13–14, larger than those of ZnAl2O4, Mg4Nb2O9 and Mg5Nb4O15, due to the NbO6 octahedra distortion resulting from the substitution of Al3+/Ti4+ for Nb5+ in Mg4Nb2O9 and Mg5Nb4O15. The long-range order of the NbO6 octahedra was enhanced by co-doping ZnAl2O4 and TiO2, thereby enhancing the Qxf value. A dielectric constant of 13.1, Qxf value of 366,000 GHz and a τf of ?60.8 ppm/°C were obtained from 1300 °C sintered 0.7Mg4Nb2O9-0.15ZnAl2O4-0.15TiO2. These results show that 0.7Mg4Nb2O9-0.15 ZnAl2O4-0.15TiO2 ceramic is a good candidate for microwave electronic device applications.  相似文献

In order to improve the carrying capacity and reduce the temperature rise in high speed and precise spindle systems, a combined surface radial sleeve bearing using the interfacial slip technique was discussed. An extended Reynolds equation was derived based on the modified slip length model considering the limiting shear stress. By means of the finite differential methods, the characteristic analysis and optimization of the slip region of the combined surface sleeve bearing were carried out, and it has been proved that there is still a considerable large load support in a parallel sliding gap. Comparing with the general journal bearing, the load capacity and end leakage rate of the combined surface sleeve bearing can be increased greatly and the load capacity can be increased by 1.75 times. The attitude angle, friction drag, temperature rise of the combined bearing can be decreased distinctly and the temperature rise can be decreased by 92.4%.  相似文献

To improve the print quality of SiC ceramic, an amorphous SiO2 layer is prepared on the surface of SiC by oxidation (SiC@SiO2). The changes in curing depth and width direction of SiC@SiO2 curing sheets with different degrees of oxidation were investigated. The results showed that curing depth increased while curing width decreased with an increasing degree of oxidation. The edge morphologies of SiC@SiO2 curing sheets changed from serration to flat shape with increasing degree of oxidation, and uneven overcuring regions appear in the width direction. Additionally, 12% SiC@SiO2 ceramic was fabricated via vat photopolymerization combined with reaction sintering. The dimensional deviation ratio of printed green bodies increased with decreasing printed line width and pore diameter. The minimum printed line width of 329 μm and pore diameter of 483 μm with good print quality were obtained. Furthermore, the flexural strength of 225.4 MPa and bulk density of 2.77 g cm−3 for sintered 12% SiC@SiO2 parts were obtained.  相似文献

The present work aims on heredity effect between the as-cast and annealed microstructure in the LaMgNi based electrode alloys. Experimental and thermodynamic assessments demonstrate a series of solid state phase transformation reactions taking place successively during the annealing process. Phase constitution, grain size and micro-morphology of the as-cast alloys which have significant effect on the kinetics of the phase transition during annealing are considered to be closely related with the annealed microstructure. Appropriate increasing the casting cooling rate leads to fine microstructure and less LaNi5 and (La,Mg)Ni2, which is more favorable to development of high abundance of (La,Mg)2Ni7 after annealing.  相似文献

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was employed for visualizing water inside a proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell during 11.4 h of continuous operation with a constant load. Two-dimensional images acquired every 128 s revealed the formation of a dehydration front that propagated slowly over the surface of the fuel cell membrane—starting from gas inlets and progressing toward gas outlets. After traversing the entire PEM surface, channels in the gas manifold began to flood on the cathode side. To establish a qualitative understanding of these observations, acquired images were correlated to the current output and the operating characteristics of the fuel cell. Results demonstrate the power of MRI for visualizing changing water distributions during PEM fuel cell operation, and highlight its potential utility for studying the causes of cell failure and/or strategies of water management.  相似文献
