两端金属体对阵列感应测量数据的影响对测井仪器设计和准确测量具有重要实际意义。在考虑线圈系和金属体有限大小及不同地层电导率情况下,通过数值计算详细分析了两端金属体长度和距离变化对阵列感应测井仪器的影响规律。地层电导率大于0.1S/m,金属体距离大于0.3m时,可以忽略金属体的影响,否则需要考虑金属体的影响。以地层电导率等于0.001S/m为例,分析金属体长度和距离变化对阵列感应测井仪器的影响规律。当间距小于1.3m时,子阵列6一侧的金属影响比子阵列8一侧的影响大。  相似文献

A metal recoated fiber Bragg grating sensor has been designed, fabricated and tested to study its temperature response at cryogenic temperature around 15 K. Metals like aluminium (Al), copper (Cu), lead (Pb) and indium (In) are considered for recoating the FBG sensors. Indium recoated FBG (IRCFBG) sensors showed a higher sensitivity at around 15 K compared to Al, Cu and Pb coated FBG sensors. In addition, the IRCFBG sensor was tested for its repeatability, stability and performance in the high magnetic field (8 T). The experimental results of the IRCFBG sensor test revealed a satisfactory performance. They will be reported in this paper.  相似文献

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is used in Emergency Management System (EMS). If emergency situation happens, real-timely transmitting emergency information in dynamically changing environment should be assured. But this requirement could not be satisfied by conventional approaches which are based on static situation and centralized management. In this paper, to satisfy this requirement, autonomous community construction technology is proposed for single emergency. Emergency information could be transmitted in community and protected from interference of other information’s transmission. Moreover, autonomous coordination technology is proposed for multiple emergencies’ information’s transmission. Via this technology, each emergency could have its individual route to transmit emergency information. Each emergency information’s transmission will not influence with each other. Evaluation results are provided to demonstrate the improvement.  相似文献

AgNbO3 as a lead-free antiferroelectric material, has received widespread attention in recent years due to its promising application in the aspects of energy storage devices. However, the high remnant polarization and low breakdown strength limits its energy storage properties. In this work, Nd3+-doped AgNbO3 (Ag1−3xNdxNbO3, x=0−0.015) ceramics were prepared and a two-step sintering method was employed. The introduction of Nd3+ leads to the enhanced stability of the antiferroelectric phase, refined grain size and increased resistivity. Furthermore, by adjusting the pre-heating temperature in the two-step sintering, the homogeneity of microstructure is improved and the resistance of pre-heated samples increases by one order of magnitude compared with normally sintered samples, leading to the enhanced breakdown strength. Ag0.97Nd0.01NbO3 pre-heated at 1100 °C for 2 h exhibits promising energy storage properties, with a recoverable energy storage density of 3.2 J/cm3 and energy efficiency of 52 % under an applied electric field of 210 kV/cm.  相似文献

Self-assembled iron germanide nanowires (NWs) were grown by directly depositing Fe onto a Ge (1 1 0) substrate, in an in situ ultra-high vacuum transmission electron microscope from 430 to 500 °C. All observed NWs had a similar length/width aspect ratio (~8:1) at all deposition temperatures, as well as the same elongation orientation with respect to the underlying Ge (1 1 0) substrate. The growth dynamics was investigated by real time observations of NWs growth at elevated temperatures. It is elucidated that the formation of NWs in similar shape at all deposited temperatures is attributed to the similar activation energy barriers in length and width of NWs, which can result in the constant growth rate independent of growth temperatures. Furthermore, the difference in pre-exponential factor along the length and width of growing islands arose due to the anisotropic constraint of the Ge (1 1 0) substrate, leading to the unique elongation of NWs. This growth dynamics suggests the possibility of uniform control of the morphology of self-assembled NWs, as well as other morphologies of bottom-up fabricated devices, at different deposition temperatures.  相似文献

为提高短路阻抗计算精度,采用“磁场—电路”耦合法建立了电力变压器2D轴对称磁场有限元模型以方便得到输入、输出间的对应关系。原边采用载压线圈,选择矢量磁位和线圈电流为自由度;副边与负载相连,选择矢量磁位、线圈电流、感应电动势和端电压为自由度;空气或油介质区域仅选择矢量磁位为自由度。在分析漏磁场的基础上,调节负载使变压器运行于空载、额定及短路状态并在短路时,由线圈中流过电流和额定电流计算变压器的阻抗电压和短路阻抗。对3种结构电缆绕组变压器的计算表明,该耦合法计算精度高、使用方便,为变压器及其它电力设备电磁场的仿真提供了一条途径。  相似文献
