Assessing the time-varying sensitivity of environmental models has become a common approach to understand both the value of different data periods for estimating specific parameters, and as part of a diagnostic analysis of the model structure itself (i.e. whether dominant processes are emerging in the model at the right times and over the appropriate time periods). It is not straightforward to visualize these results though, given that the window size over which the time-varying sensitivity is best integrated generally varies for different parameters. In this short communication we present a new approach to visualizing such time-varying sensitivity across time scales of integration. As a case study, we estimate first order sensitivity indices with the FAST (Fourier Amplitude Sensitivity Test) method for a typical conceptual rainfall–runoff model. The resulting plots can guide data selection for model calibration, support diagnostic model evaluation and help to define the timing and length of spot gauging campaigns in places where long-term calibration data are not yet available.  相似文献

The coordination of a new 1,4,5,8-naphthalenediimides-based ligand N,N-di-(5-tetrazol)-1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxydiimide (H2dtNDI) with CdSO4 afforded mixtures containing {[Cd(dtNDI)(DMF)2.5]·DMAc}n (1) and {[Cd2(dtNDI)2(DMAc)2]·DMAc}n (2) as components. Whereas the coordination of H2dtNDI with CdX2 (x = ClO4, NO3 and I) afforded pure coordination polymer, namely, {[Cd(dtNDI)(H2O)2.5]·DMAc}n (3). All the compounds contain binuclear M2L2 ring as secondary building block (SBU). Compound 1 is a 1D chain composed of the binuclear SBUs and dimeric Cd(II) MBBs. Compound 2 exhibit a 2D network with (4·82) topology based on a binuclear SBUs. Compound 3 possess a five-fold interpenetrating 3D dia framework with tetrameric Cd(II) MBBs as nodes and binuclear SBUs as linkers. Although the inorganic anions are not appeared in the final frameworks of compounds 13, they play an important role in the structural formation during assembly process. In addition, the mixtures composed of compounds 12 can transfer to pure compounds 3 via solvent-mediated process.  相似文献

探索在复合载体中添加粉煤灰、麸皮,活性炭制备固定化小球,通过包埋铁锰氧化细菌(节杆菌),用于处理含铁锰的原水,并以水体中铁锰去除率为指标考察影响铁锰去除的各种因素,通过试验优化了固定化小球的制备条件。结果表明,当菌体含量70 g/L,粉煤灰20 g/L,活性炭粉30 g/L,麸皮10 g/L,在此条件下制作的固定化小球作用于Mn2+、Fe2+质量浓度分别为30 mg/L、100 mg/L的原水,2 d后铁去除率为100%,7 d锰去除率为99.02%,显示出较好的除铁锰性能。固定化小球去除铁锰的较适宜pH为7,增加小球用量可进一步提高铁锰去除率。在一定范围内,提高Fe2+初始浓度可促进锰的去除。  相似文献

Mesoporous yolk-shell structure Bi2MoO6 (BMO-YS) microspheres were successfully synthesized via a facile solvothermal route in Bi2MoO6 precursor solution. The morphology, structure and photocatalytic performance of the BMO-YS in the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption–desorption, UV–vis absorption spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectra, respectively. The as-prepared BMO-YS mainly consists of microspheres with diameters of about 1.5 μm. The photocatalytic studies reveal that the BMO-YS not only exhibits optimum photocatalytic performance, which may be attributed to the excellent charge separation characteristics and the enhanced light absorption offered by its unique yolk-shell structure, but also possesses excellent recyclability for photocatalysis.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to use cotyledonary nodes as explants to establish an efficient regeneration protocol for jute (Corchorus capsularis L.) on Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium. Research into the different growth regulators using the orthogonal design L16 (45) revealed that the best shoot induction medium is MS medium containing 8% (w/v) agar and 3% (w/v) sucrose supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6BA and 0.25 mg/L NAA. The average number of shoots per explant and the explant induction rate were 9.8 and 100%. After 3 weeks, 2–3 cm shoots were rooting on 1/2 MS medium containing 8% (w/v) agar and 3% (w/v) sucrose supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA. Moreover, we optimized Agrobacterium-mediated transformation using the GUS gene transient expression system. The best condition for obtaining higher transformation rate consisted of the use of fresh explants to which 100 μM acetosyringone was added for a co-culture time of 10 min, the OD value of Agrobacterium liquid is 0.5 at 600 nm. These data provide an important basis for the application of other trait gene in the improvement of jute fiber quality.  相似文献

Effects of oxygen concentration within 21–100% in gaseous phase on the morphology and ganoderic acids (GAs) production by Ganoderma lucidum in liquid static culture were studied.
