Layered mixed-anion compounds: Epitaxial growth,active function exploration,and device application

Optoelectronic properties and device applications of layered mixed-anion compounds such as oxychalcogenide LaCuOCh (Ch = chalcogen) and oxypnictide LaT_MOPn (T_M = 3d transition metal, Pn = pnicogen) are reviewed. Several distinctive functions have been found in these materials based on our original material exploration concept. Fabrication of high-quality epitaxial films of LaCuOCh leads to clarifying the excellent electrical and optical properties such as high hole mobility of 8 cm²/(V s) and heavy hole doping at >10²¹ cm^?3 in LaCuOSe, and sharp and tunable-wavelength photoluminescence in the solid–solution systems in LaCuOCh. In addition, a room temperature operation of a light-emitting diode is demonstrated using LaCuOSe as a light-emitting layer. These results suggest that the layered oxychalcogenides have potential for light-emitting layers as well as transparent hole-injection layers in organic/inorganic light-emitting diodes. Furthermore, by extending the material system from the copper-based oxychalcogenides to isostructural compounds, transition metal-based oxypnictides LaT_MOP (T_M = Fe, Ni), we have found novel superconductors, LaFeOP and LaNiOP.     

CODEX: Content-Oriented Data EXchange Model on CORBA

Asynchronous Data Exchange (ADE) is useful in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). It needs a well-defined mechanism to support data buffing, dispatching, and filtering. ADE is more flexible, extensible and scalable than the synchronous one. CORBA Event Service, announced by OMG, offers an easy-to-use, abstract and generic communication mechanism, while providing message delivering, dispatching and buffering by way of introducing the concept of event channels. However, it lacks some practical data exchange functions.This paper proposes the design and implementation of a system named CODEX (stand for Content-Oriented Data EXchange system), which combines the XML features and the functionality of CORBA (which stands for Common Object Request Broker Architecture) Event Service. The CODEX system equips functions of primitive data type checking, message classification, content filtering and source/destination screening. Application developers can focus more on business functions, instead of caring about the detail of data exchange. The concept and architecture of the content-oriented data exchange, provided by CODEX, can be applied to other practical computing fields in the large-scale, loosely coupled distributed computing environments.     

大连地区输欧水产企业加工用水中微生物的 检测分析

目的针对大连地区输欧水产企业加工用水进行微生物监测,调查其水质是否存在微生物污染风险。方法依据欧盟新水质指令98/83/EEC的要求,在50份水样中分别对细菌总数(22℃和37℃)、大肠埃希氏菌、肠球菌和铜绿假单胞菌进行检测,对水样中的风险菌进行分离培养及生化鉴定,并通过大肠埃希氏菌ydiJ基因和肠球菌ddl基因合成特异性引物及探针进行分子生物学方法的验证。结果 2种方法针对风险菌检出阳性结果一致。试验结果发现包含细菌总数(22℃和37℃)、大肠埃希氏菌和肠球菌在内的微生物指标不合格率为20%,部分输欧水产企业没有达到欧盟加工用水的要求。结论要充分认清水产企业加工用水在水产品加工环节中的重要地位,做到对各个加工环节进行微生物风险监控,以保证输欧水产品的质量安全。     

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定菠菜中5种磺胺抗生素残留的不确定度评定

目的 评定高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定菠菜中5种磺胺类抗生素含量的不确定度。方法 通过建立数学模型, 对高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定菠菜中5种磺胺类抗生素含量进行不确定度评定, 分析不确定度来源及其对测定过程中不确定度的相对贡献, 并计算合成不确定度, 最终得到菠菜中5种磺胺类抗生素的扩展不确定度。结果 当菠菜中5种磺胺含量为3.6~3.7 μg/kg时, 在95%置信区间下, 合成不确定度为0.302~0.443 μg/kg, 扩展不确定度为0.7~0.9 μg/kg (k=2)。结论 实验过程的不确定度主要来源于标准溶液配制、质谱仪电喷雾电离源和测量重复性。
