通过研究血液成分来判断急性颅脑损伤的严重程度。选用血液中的红细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞计数等16项指标作为研究对象,用因子分析法对其进行分析,提取与急性颅脑损伤有关的6种因子指标;用判别分析法检验6种因子指标判别脑损伤严重程度的准确性,其准确率可达85%。研究表明,因子分析法能够准确的分析出血液中与急性脑损伤严重程度有关的指标,期望成为研究脑损伤的有效方法。  相似文献

目的:研究西施舌提取物对正常小鼠体内抗氧化功能的影响。方法:将50只昆明小鼠随机分为4组,分别灌胃生理盐水(NS)和不同剂量西施舌提取物(设100、200、400mg/kg三个剂量组)。4周后,小鼠断头取血,收集肝、心和脾,并进行相关指标的检测。结果:西施舌提取物能提高正常小鼠的T-OAC能力、SOD和POD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:西施舌提取物能显著提高正常小鼠的抗氧化能力。  相似文献

Orthotic devices like insoles are widely used to prevent or correct deformities and improve performance. The aim of present study was to investigate immediate effects of using insoles with various wedges on center of pressure (COP) indices and comfort rating during load lifting. Thirty able-bodied males participated in this quasi-experimental study. Repeated measures analysis of variance test with a Bonferroni correction (P < 0.0014) was used to compare dependent variables among nine insole wedge conditions. The results showed these significant differences: anterior-lateral wedge with anterior and medial wedges for standard deviation of COPx values; anterior-lateral wedge with non-wedge, posterior, lateral and posterior-medial wedges for standard deviation of COPy velocity values; anterior-lateral wedge with anterior and posterior-medial wedges for total mean velocity of COP values (P = 0.001). Also, the anterior-lateral wedge tended to increase in other COP indices and decrease in comfort rating compared to other wedges. Also, a significant negative relation between comfort rating and almost all COP indices was observed during load lifting (P < 0.05). These findings show that using anterior-lateral wedge for insole creates less stability and comfortability which may introduce as a non-optimal condition for insole designation. These results can be useful for designation of shoe or insole for work environments.  相似文献

Cross-linked chitosan microspheres (40–100 μm) with smooth surface were prepared by the methods of emulsification and ethanol coagulant. FTIR results showed that the cross-linking reaction occurred on the amino groups of chitosan molecules. The swelling characteristic of chitosan microspheres was influenced by the environment pH, being generally greater at low rather than higher pH values. The coagulation properties of chitosan microspheres were evaluated by dynamic blood clotting, platelet adhesion and activation, erythrocyte adhesion, hemolysis, and protein absorption assays. Chitosan microspheres can shorten the clotting time and induce the adhesion and activation of platelets. But the shortening of clotting time by chitosan microspheres may be related to not only platelet aggregation, but also erythrocyte aggregation. Take together, chitosan microspheres may be potential use as thrombospheres.  相似文献

目的应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定蔬菜中30种农药残留。方法蔬菜样品经粉碎后,乙腈超声提取,采用简化的QuEChERS法净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪检测。结果 30种农药在相应浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r为0.9991~1.0000,在所添加的3个水平浓度下,方法平均回收率为70.6%~102.6%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~9.6%。结论方法操作简便,灵敏度高,分离效果好,回收率高,30种农药的检出下限均低于国家标准,可应用于实际蔬菜样品中多农药残留的同时检测。  相似文献

目的:为快速检测呋喃唑酮(furazolidone,FZD)在动物性食品中的残留量。方法:基于单链抗体的间接竞争酶联免疫吸附实验法建立了FZD检测方法。结果:最佳抗原工作质量浓度为2μg/m L,最佳抗体稀释倍数为1∶500,一抗最佳反应时间为60 min,二抗最佳反应时间为45 min,四甲基联苯胺最佳显色时间为20 min。FZD检测试剂盒在10~100 ng/m L范围具有较好的线性关系,IC50值为13.01 ng/m L,检出限为1.28 ng/m L,回收率为73.38%~84.52%。结论:与抗FZD单克隆抗体相比,所建立的检测试剂盒检测范围更广,且具有很高的灵敏度以及很好的特异性和稳定性。  相似文献

Gene expression of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) in allelopathic rice PI312777 was inhibited by RNA interference (RNAi). Transgenic rice showed lower levels of PAL gene expression and PAL activity than wild type rice (WT). The concentrations of phenolic compounds were lower in the root tissues and root exudates of transgenic rice than in those of wild type plants. When barndyardgrass (BYG) was used as the receiver plant, the allelopathic potential of transgenic rice was reduced. The sizes of the bacterial and fungal populations in rice rhizospheric soil at the 3-, 5-, and 7-leaf stages were estimated by using quantitative PCR (qPCR), which showed a decrease in both populations at all stages of leaf development analyzed. However, PI312777 had a larger microbial population than transgenic rice. In addition, in T-RFLP studies, 14 different groups of bacteria were detected in WT and only 6 were detected in transgenic rice. This indicates that there was less rhizospheric bacterial diversity associated with transgenic rice than with WT. These findings collectively suggest that PAL functions as a positive regulator of rice allelopathic potential.  相似文献

Recently, pedestrian attributes like gender, age, clothing etc., have been used as soft biometric traits for recognizing people. Unlike existing methods that assume the independence of attributes during their prediction, we propose a multi-label convolutional neural network (MLCNN) to predict multiple attributes together in a unified framework. Firstly, a pedestrian image is roughly divided into multiple overlapping body parts, which are simultaneously integrated in the multi-label convolutional neural network. Secondly, these parts are filtered independently and aggregated in the cost layer. The cost function is a combination of multiple binary attribute classification cost functions. Experiments show that the proposed method significantly outperforms the SVM based method on the PETA database.  相似文献
