红托竹荪菌托黄酮的纯化及其抗氧化与抗疲劳活性研究

目的 研究红托竹荪菌托黄酮的纯化工艺,及其抗氧化与抗疲劳活性。方法 采用大孔树脂法纯化红托竹荪菌托黄酮。以树脂吸附率和解吸率为评价指标,对红托竹荪菌托黄酮的纯化工艺参数进行优化,并研究红托竹荪菌托黄酮纯化前后对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-bitterhydrazine,DPPH)自由基和羟基(OH)自由基清除能力的影响和对小鼠的抗疲劳效果。结果 红托竹荪菌托黄酮的最佳纯化工艺条件为:吸附条件:上样液质量浓度1.2 mg/mL、上样液流速1.5 mL/min、上样液pH为5,上样液体积60 mL;解吸条件:乙醇浓度70%、洗脱流速1.5mL/min、洗脱液体积120mL,经D101型大孔树脂纯化后,红托竹荪菌托黄酮提取物中总黄酮的纯度由14.16%提高到57.64%,对DPPH自由基和OH自由基的半数抑制浓度分别为0.16和0.78mg/mL;与粗提物相比,纯化后的黄酮提取物可明显延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,减少其运动后血清中血乳酸和血尿素氮的含量。结论 红托竹荪菌托黄酮经纯化后具有较好的抗氧化性和抗疲劳活性,对红托竹荪菌托黄酮资源的开发利用提供理论依据。     

FTIR study of chemically synthesized poly(N-methylpyrrole)

A FTIR study has been carried out on poly(N-methylpyrrole) chemically synthesized in water and in acetonitrile with 10% water. Conductivity of the polymer has been measured in pellets formed by pressing the powder obtained in the synthesis. The FTIR of the pellet is very different from that of the powder showing that there has been a pressure-induced conformational change. Evolution of the IR spectra with temperature shows that the polymer is stable up to 403 K and from that temperature conformational changes followed by decomposition of the polymer take place.     

Corporate accounting information disclosure based on FPGA and neural network

Corporate accounting information is a measure of the company's accounting and external reporting systems. It is routinely disclosed, which is quantitative data on its financial position and performance audit. The corporate accounting information system contains confidential information that needs to be secured. The consequences of unauthorized access are data loss from identity theft issues. To solve the problem, encrypt and decrypt the sensitive corporate accounting information and product the data using the proposed algorithm Neural Network (NN) and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is used to classify the corporate accounting information authorized person and unauthorized person. When one authorized user accesses the corporate account information, it generates the secret critical process. The proposed algorithm unauthorized person cannot access the information is not allowed for stealing. Encryption is the process of converting to something as random and meaningless as direct text data. Decryption is the process of restoring the ciphertext plaintext.     

基于多摄像头和一致性子集的乒乓球跟踪方法

乒乓球运动具有高速性,所以乒乓球跟踪必须满足低延迟和高采样率。为此,提出了一种基于最大一致性子集的乒乓球机器视觉跟踪方法。首先,使用启发式算法寻找目标像素的集合,确定乒乓球的位置;然后,为了纠正启发式算法可能的错误报告,移除离群点,对不同相机所报告的位置进行最大一致性检查,找到并丢弃在目标检测阶段中得到的错误位置;最后分别在仿真环境和现实机器人平台上对所提方法进行评价。与RTBlob等系统相比,所提方法的跟踪准确度更高,对离群点的鲁棒性更优。此外,随着相机数量的提升,所提方法的准确度和鲁棒性也会增加。
