X-ray microdiffraction is a non-destructive technique that allows for depth-resolved, strain measurements with submicron spatial resolution. These capabilities make this technique promising for understanding the mechanical properties of MicroElectroMechancial Systems (MEMS). This investigation examined the local strain induced by irradiating a polycrystalline diamond thin film with a dose of 2 × 1017 H+/cm2 protons. Preliminary results indicate that a measurable strain, on the order of 10 3, was introduced into the film near the End of Range (EOR) region of the protons.  相似文献

Combination of different extraction methods is an interesting work in the field of sample pretreatment. In the current study, for the first time, solid phase extraction combined with solvent-based de-emulsification dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (SPE-SD-DLLME) was developed for preconcentration and trace detection of cadmium in water samples using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). The adsorbed cadmium ions on prepared SPE (75 mL of aqueous solution) were eluted by optimized elution solvent and introduced to the second microextraction step. The effective variables of SPE including the pH of sample, flow rates, type, concentration and volume of the eluent and the effect of potentially interfering ions of the separation of cadmium were evaluated and optimized. Also, several factors that influence the SD-DLLME step such as pH, neocuproine concentration (the cadmium binding ligand), type of dispersed/de-emulsifier solvent, volume of disperser/de-emulsifier solvent and type and volume of extraction solvents were investigated. SPE-SD-DLLME provides a preconcentration factor of 165 for cadmium ions. Calibration plot was linear in the range of 0.1–50 μg L−1 with correlation of determination (r2) of 0.988. The precision and limit of detection of proposed method were 5.1% (RSD%, n = 8) and 0.03 μg L−1, respectively.  相似文献

Training data matrix used for classification of text documents to multiple categories is characterized by large number of dimensions while the number of manually classified training documents is relatively small. Thus the suitable dimensionality reduction techniques are required to be able to develop the classifier. The article describes two-step supervised feature extraction method that takes advantage of projections of terms into document and category spaces. We propose several enhancements that make the method more efficient and faster than it was presented in our former paper. We also introduce the adjustment score that enables to correct defected targets or helps to identify improper training examples that bias extracted features.  相似文献

Tb3+-Sm3+ co-doped Sr9Gd(PO4)5(SiO4)F2 (SGPSF) phosphors were prepared through a solid-state reaction, and their luminescence properties as well as energy transfer mechanism have been investigated in detail. The SGPSF:Tb3+, Sm3+ phosphors system could be efficiently excited at wavelengths ranging from 200 to 500 nm, which is well matched with the spectra of near ultraviolet chips. The emission of SGPSF:Tb3+, Sm3+ phosphor covers the entire visible region with sharp peaks in the blue, green, and red regions. The emission color of SGPSF:Tb3+, Sm3+ could be adjusted from green (0.275, 0.378) to red (0.519, 0.295) by controlling the doping content of Sm3+/Tb3+.  相似文献

In current study, gadolinium oxide was heterogeneously formed on the surface of iron oxide nanoparticles and further modified with dextrose capping agent to be used in biomedical applications, especially for contrast enhancement in MR images. First, two types of iron oxide nanoparticles were prepared at 25 and 80 °C via simple coprecipitaion method. Then, gadolinium oxide nanoparticles were synthesized through a consecutive precipitation process on previously formed iron oxide seeds in an aqueous media and subsequent annealing at 300 °C. Finally, dextrose was used as capping agent to stabilize nanocomposites in a colloidal suspension. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning and Transmission electron microscopy, Dynamic Laser Scattering (DLS), Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Magnetometery (VSM) techniques were employed for nanocomposites investigation and MTT-assay method used for viability assessment of colloidal samples. Measurements based on Scherrer equation from XRD patterns showed that increasing coprecipitation temperature resulted bigger iron oxide crystallites. The iron oxide crystallite size was increased from 15.1 to 28.1 nm. Precipitation process led to gadolinium oxide formation with 30.7 and 38.8 nm crystallite sizes, respectively. TEM images revealed that iron oxide agglomerates were encapsulated in gadolinium oxide surroundings. Hydrodynamic size of the coated nanoparticles with dextrose was 208 and 247 nm. In VSM examinations, nanocomposites did not display coercive field and the saturation magnetization was 1.93 emu/g. MTT-assay results showed 80% viability in 285 μg nanocomposites containing 96.9 μg [Fe] and 11.4 μg [Gd].  相似文献

食源性疾病是全球重要的公共卫生问题,尤其以微生物危害因素中致病菌导致的危害最为严重,在基于风险的食品安全管理体系下,识别优先管控的危害因素极其重要的食物来源是防控食源性疾病的前提和关键。结合微生物分型和统计建模的归因方法是国际通用的以确定不同食物来源对食源性疾病相对贡献的技术方法,目前欧美等国已经建立了频率匹配和群体遗传学两大类基于微生物分型的归因方法模型,并将其结果转化为食品安全风险管控措施制定的科学依据,而我国目前正处于食源性疾病归因方法研究的初步探索阶段。本文系统梳理了目前国际广泛应用的归因方法的方法原理和模型,结合我国食源性疾病归因研究基础和现状,提出“建方法、合数据、搭平台、强交流”四个我国下阶段食源性疾病归因体系建设的工作方向,其中研发本土化微生物分型归因模型方法是解决我国确证管控核心和防控我国食源性疾病面临的挑战,最终实现食品安全和保障人民生命健康。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the prevalence and characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes isolated from Chinese food, including frozen dumplings, flavored raw meat, roasted meat, braised meat, and a cold vegetable dish with sauce. A total of 900 food samples were collected from supermarkets, open-air markets, and delicatessens in three large cities in the central area of China to examine the presence of L. monocytogenes; 21 (2.3%) of the samples were positive for this pathogen. Among the different samples, braised meat showed the highest L. monocytogenes detection rate (4.4%). Samples obtained from delicatessens showed a much higher L. monocytogenes contamination rate (8.3%) than those from open-air markets (6.7%) or supermarkets (0%). Multilocus sequence typing (MLST) analysis indicated that the 21 bacterial isolates belonged to 12 ST subgroups. ST5 was the largest and contained 7 isolates (33.3%); it was followed by ST474, ST121 and ST9 (each containing 2 isolates [10.5%]). Antibiotic susceptibility analysis showed that the 21 L. monocytogenes isolates were thoroughly resistant to cefoxitin but highly susceptible to doxycycline and ciprofloxacin. The presence of 10 virulence genes was evaluated by PCR, which showed that inlA, inlC, inlJ, prfA, hlyA, and plcB were present in all isolates and that inlB, actA, plcA and iap were present in 71.4–90.5% of the isolates. This study provides a useful reference for risk assessment and control of L. monocytogenes contamination in Chinese food and for the treatment of clinical listeriosis.  相似文献
