高职商务英语专业顶岗实习问题的思考——以苏州农业职业技术学院旅游英语专业为例

顶岗实习作为有效推进高职高专工学结合人才培养的重要途径,能大大提高学生的实践操作能力和职业素养。由于我院商务英语专业尚未开展顶岗实习,而旅游英语专业却已经实施了顶岗实习的人才培养方式,因此,为了更好地开展商务英语专业的顶岗实习,本研究通过对已完成顶岗实习的旅游英语专业的学生进行问卷调查,并通过反思顶岗实习中存在的问题,从而为研究我院开展商务英语顶岗实习提供建议和帮助。

A direct two-dimensional pressure formulation in molecular dynamics

Two-dimensional (2D) pressure field estimation in molecular dynamics (MD) simulations has been done using three-dimensional (3D) pressure field calculations followed by averaging, which is computationally expensive due to 3D convolutions. In this work, we develop a direct 2D pressure field estimation method which is much faster than 3D methods without losing accuracy. The method is validated with MD simulations on two systems: a liquid film and a cylindrical drop of argon suspended in surrounding vapor.     

Transportation interface facilities design using interactive high-level computer graphics

A prototype pedestrian facilities design system is described. The design system exploits the capabilities of an intelligent high-resolution vector graphics workstation which features a highly interactive computer graphics environment. A summary of historical developments in pedestrian facility design and graphics workstation architecture is presented, followed by a discussion of the stochastic model and interactive computer graphics features utilized by a prototype facilities design system. Potential applications of such a design system are discussed, and promising areas of future development are outlined.     

高速铣削2A12铝合金的切削参数模糊推理

切削参数的优化选择是多变量函数针对多目标的最优解问题,具有很强的不确定性。应用模糊数学方法,针对径向切削力和表面粗糙度两个指标,建立了切削参数的模糊推理准则和隶属度函数,实现了对铣削参数用量(铣削速度、每齿进给量、径向切削深度、轴向切削深度)的模糊推理。进行了高速铣削2A12铝合金材料的试验,试验结果与模糊推理的结果吻合度较高。     

日语下对上赞美的礼貌策略研究

赞美应遵循"真诚性"原则,但在日语语用实践中,常常出现下级乐于对上级真诚赞美却弄巧成拙的情况。从"礼貌策略理论"角度究其因,是缘于"评价式表扬"的肆意发挥,而忽视了"欣赏式赞美"才是下对上赞美的利器,以致无法达到赞美的"愉悦性"原则。     

正交试验在优化大豆油转基因成分检测反应体系中的应用

采用正交设计的方法对大豆油转基因成分单管巢式PCR检测反应体系的5因素(内引物浓度、外引物浓度、DNA模板用量、Taq酶用量和Mg2+浓度)在4水平上进行优化试验,优化结果采用电泳图进行直观分析,在反应体系得到优化的基础上分别对内外引物的Tm值进行梯度PCR,筛选最佳退火温度。结果表明,单管巢式PCR中内外引物的浓度差对反应结果影响最大,内引物与外引物的比例为60倍时反应条带最清晰且无非特异性条带,单管巢式PCR扩增对内外引物的Tm值有特殊要求,外引物的退火温度高于内引物。试验采用正交试验优化的单管巢式PCR反应体系特异性强,灵敏度高且快速方便。     

Manganese oxide embedded graphene nanohybrid for pH-universal electrochemical overall water splitting

Efficient non-noble metal bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting in pH universal is highly desired in application. Herein, MnO₂/graphene composition are applied as efficient electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in pH-universal electrolytes with the help of plasma dc arc method. The couple of MnO₂ and graphene highly benefits to the H₂O, H⁺ and OH⁻ absorption respectively. The defects and stable Mn³⁺ contribute to the transfer of electron and charge. The low overpotentials and small Tafel slopes reveal attractive activities of HER and OER. The good electrocatalytic performances are attributed to the synergistic effect and abundant heterogeneous interfaces in MnO₂/graphene. These can offer rich electroactive sites and accelerate electron transfer. Thus, it may provide facile route for developing nonprecious electrocatalysts of water splitting.
