减压煮茧吐水蒸煮技术及生产效果

煮茧过程中,传统的循环煮茧机通过盲管保温、孔管喷射蒸汽方法使蚕茧吐水蒸煮,因此吐水温度高.减压自动煮茧机通过"真空+蒸汽"为主导的方法,真空对蒸汽起到导流作用,将蒸汽热能传递到茧层内部,大幅度降低了吐水温度,保护了蚕茧外层,提高了煮茧质量.介绍了减压自动煮茧机吐水蒸煮技术及控制方法,在生产中提高生丝质量、降低原料茧耗.
