The system based on aluminum phosphinate (OP) and melamine polyphosphate was applied in flame-retardant glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 66. From a qualitative and quantitative point of view, the incorporation of OP played a positive role in obtaining the homodisperse of flame-retardant particles throughout the composites. A two-step cooling mode during the degradation process was established to play an effective role in absorbing heat to retard the flame spread rate and provide enough time for barrier generation. In condensed phase, the cross-linked structure formed in residue promoted the construction of the high-quality barrier layer. 相似文献

对自然环境下圈养在网箱内的瓶鼻海豚的发声及信号特性进行研究,利用实验室构建的宽频信号记录系统,获取大量的海豚原始发声信号,借助Matlab软件对这些信号进行时域、频谱分析。结果表明,瓶鼻海豚的发声信号复杂多样,主要分为滴答声、哨叫声和爆裂脉冲等三类。重点研究的的答声属于高频窄脉冲,频率分布范围广,集中在2~160 kHz,峰值频率在110 kHz附近,高于室内环境下瓶鼻海豚的答声信号的峰值频率;并且不同的声行为下,瓶鼻海豚发出的答声的次数有明显不同,喂食和训练时,发声次数较多,但频谱特性的变化趋势基本一致。 相似文献

建立了快速、灵敏测定微生物油脂中花生四烯酸(AA)含量的气相色谱法(GC).采用HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),优化了分析花生四烯酸酯化产物的色谱条件.结果表明:花生四烯酸甲酯(AA - ME)在0~1.00 mg/mL范围内具有较好线性,相关系数为0.999 6,检测限为0.000 5 mg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.49%,回收率在95.86%~105.32%;花生四烯酸乙酯( AA - EE)在0~1.23 mg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999 9,检测限为0.003 0 mg/mL,RSD为0.60%,回收率在97.79%~103.61%. 相似文献

The Longfengtou Beach in the Haitan Bay,located in Fujian Province of China and facing the Haitan Strait,has been suffering severe erosion due to the construction of seawalls.A simple beach nourishment project implemented has not achieved the anticipated beach restoration.Thus a practical solution has to rely on a combination with near-shore marine structures.In this study,a 2-D calibrated flow model is set up to investigate the effects of three different layouts of near-shore marine structures on the tidal current.It is shown that the breakwaters situated in both the north and south ends play a vital part in the protection against erosion.The offshore breakwaters can serve as a barrier to obstruct the current circulation then reduce the current velocity.The groyne linking the Guimo islet and the coast significantly reduces the south-to-north water exchange through the channel and redirects the current direction nearly perpendicular to the north breakwater,which cuts off the longshore transport that may have a negative influence on the beach,especially,the northern part.It is also noted that the monsoon at the site with different directions increases the current velocity.In general,proper layouts of marine structures can reduce the current velocity thus lead to less intense sand transport near the beach. 相似文献

Superhydrophobic surfaces are widely found in nature, inspiring the development of excellent antiwater surfaces with barrier coatings isolating the underlying materials from the external environment. Here, the naturally occurring superhydrophobicity of lotus seedpod surfaces is reported. Protective coatings that mimic the lotus seedpod are fabricated on AZ91D Mg alloy surfaces with the synergistic effect of robust superhydrophobicity and durable corrosion resistance. The predesigned titanium dioxide films are coated on AZ91D by an in situ hydrothermal synthesis technique. Through sonication assisted electroless plating combined with a self‐assembling method, the densely packed Cu‐thiolate layers are uniformly plated with robust adhesion on the Mg alloy substrate, which function as a superhydrophobic barrier that can hold back the transport of water and corrosive ions contained such as Cl?. Notably, the two extreme wetting behaviors (superhydrophilicity and superhydrophobicity) as well as corrosion resistance and improved corrosion resistance can be easily controlled by removal of the hydrophobic materials (n ‐dodecanethiol) at elevated temperature (350 °C) and modifying them at room temperature for 18 cycles, indicative of exceptional adhesion between the superhydrophobic coating and the underlying AZ91D Mg alloy. 相似文献

Cu2+ and Zn2+ ions were reported to be able to induce Aβ aggregation at nearly physiological concentrations in vitro and related to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease. The smaller peptides including Aβ(1-28) was chosen as the target peptide, which helped define the nature of the interaction of the full length peptide. And we studied the influences of the different conditions including the pH, temperature, apparatus conditions, concentration on the impact of complex of Zn2+, Cu2+ and Aβ. Our findings by the studies of ESI-MS revealed the stoichiometry of 1:1 for the peptide-metal complexes, and to bind up to four cations upon increasing the metal concentration. 相似文献

将硫酸氨基葡萄糖样品分别在60、70、75、80℃下加热10h,测定加热过程中褐变指数、5- 羟甲基糠醛含量、硫酸氨基葡萄糖含量、pH 值的变化,用来表征非酶褐变进行的程度,将结果应用零级动力学方程拟合。结果表明,随着加热温度升高、时间延长,褐变指数、5- 羟甲基糠醛的含量逐渐增加,而pH 值和硫酸氨基葡萄糖的含量逐渐下降,硫酸氨基葡萄糖的非酶褐变反应符合零级动力学,褐变指数和5- 羟甲基糠醛含量变化的反应活化能分别为85.127、136.973kJ/mol,NaHSO3 对硫酸氨基葡萄糖的非酶褐变有一定的抑制作用。 相似文献
