Epitaxial (EPI) silicon has recently been investigated for the development of radiation tolerant detectors for future high-luminosity HEP experiments. A study of thick EPI silicon diodes irradiated with protons up to a fluence of has been performed by means of Charge Collection Efficiency (CCE) measurements, investigations with the Transient Current Technique (TCT) and standard CV/IV characterizations. The aim of the work was to investigate the impact of radiation damage as well as the influence of the wafer processing on the material performance by comparing diodes from different manufacturers. The changes of CCE, full depletion voltage and leakage current as a function of fluence are reported. While the generation of leakage current due to irradiation is similar in all investigated series of detectors, a difference in the effective doping concentration can be observed after irradiation. In the CCE measurements an anomalous drop in performance was found even for diodes exposed to very low fluences in all measured series. This result was confirmed for one series of diodes in TCT measurements with an infrared laser. TCT measurements with a red laser showed no type inversion up to fluences of for n-type devices whereas p-type diodes undergo type inversion from p- to n-type for fluences higher than .  相似文献

新型硬质合金齿圆锯片在钢铁行业中的应用越来越广泛,传统的加工方法已不能满足当前的生产效率及加工精度的需求。提出基于宏程序的卧式加工中心对冶金锯片的数控加工方法,分析了加工工艺,阐述了宏变量的定义,编制了结构化的宏程序,实现了数控宏程序与制造工艺的巧妙结合。利用台湾LEADWELL四轴卧式加工中心制造成品,实践证明:该方法控制方便、加工精度高、效率高、适应性强及程序可读性好。  相似文献

To meet the ever-increasing construction demands around the world during recent years,reinforcement and stabilization methods have been widely used by geotechnical engineers to improve the performances and behavior of fine-grained soils.Although lime stabilization increases the compressive strength of soils,it reduces the soil ductility at the same time.Recent research shows that random fiber inclusion modifies the brittleness of soils.In the current research,the effects of lime and polypropylene(PP) fiber additions on such characteristics as compressive and shear strengths,failure strain,secant modulus of elasticity(E_(50)) and shear strength parameters of mixtures were investigated.Kaolinite was treated with 1%,3% and 5% lime by dry weight of soil and reinforced with 0.1% monovalent PP fibers with the length of 6 mm.Samples were prepared at optimum conditions and cured at 35℃ for 1 d,7 d and28 d at 90% relative humidity and subsequently subjected to uniaxial and triaxial compression tests(UCT and TCT) under cell pressures of 25 kPa,50 kPa and 100 kPa.Results showed that inclusion of random PP fibers to clay-lime mixtures increases both compressive and shear strengths as well as the ductility.Lime content and curing period were found to be the most influential factors.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis showed that lime addition and the formation of cementitious compounds bind soil particles and increase soil/fiber interactions at interface,leading to enhanced shear strength.The more ductile the stabilized and reinforced composition,the less the cracks in roads and waste landfill covers.  相似文献

对晶闸管控制变压器(TCT)式可控并联电抗器结构特点进行分析,并总结其运行特点。根据晶闸管控制变压器式可控并联电抗器在90°180°范围内平滑调节容量的特性,重点分析电压取能和电流取能对其运行特性的影响,并提出晶闸管控制变压器式可控并联电抗器使用电压和电流混合取能的方法。通过建立真实动态模型,证明了该方法的可靠性和可行性,为晶闸管控制变压器式可控并联电抗器的设计提供了依据。  相似文献

To achieve competitiveness in the global textile and clothing (T&C) manufacturing sectors, strategic planning is required. New product development (NPD) in a revised and updated configuration of resources can have a profound leveraging effect on business competitiveness. The strategic determinants of NPD may lead to sources of competitive advantage for T&C firms. Against this background, this study constructs a research framework, in line with the resource-based view and transaction cost theory, to explore how the strategies regarding NPD can be conceived and deployed to achieve superior competitiveness. An in-depth case study of a representative Taiwanese T&C manufacturer has been employed and examined. The manufacturer has acquired resources, various (dynamic) capabilities and knowledge through its NPD process, resulting in core competences and sources for competitive advantages. The implementation of NPD has allowed the T&C manufacturer to provide an increasing variety of new products and to upgrade its services in order to serve a wider range of buyers, and as a result, continuously capturing business opportunities in today’s dynamic markets.  相似文献

Recently, mobile phones have been recognized as the most convenient type of mobile payment device. However, they have some security problems; therefore, mobile devices cannot be used for unauthorized transactions using anonymous data by unauthenticated users in a cloud environment. This paper suggests a mobile payment system that uses a certificate mode in which a user receives a paperless receipt of a product purchase in a cloud environment. To address mobile payment system security, we propose the transaction certificate mode (TCM), which supports mutual authentication and key management for transaction parties. TCM provides a software token, the transaction certificate token (TCT), which interacts with a cloud self‐proxy server (CSPS). The CSPS shares key management with the TCT and provides simple data authentication without complex encryption. The proposed self‐creating protocol supports TCM, which can interactively communicate with the transaction parties without accessing a user's personal information. Therefore, the system can support verification for anonymous data and transaction parties and provides user‐based mobile payments with a paperless receipt.  相似文献

目的:探讨TruScreen宫颈癌实时筛查系统对宫颈癌筛查的价值。方法:对在北京市大兴区人民医院妇产科门诊的292例患者依次行TruScreen(TS)、细胞学(TCT)、高危亚型HPV筛查,对于结果为TruScreen异常、细胞学阳性(≥ASCUS)或高危亚型HPV阳性的83例患者行阴道镜检查及宫颈活检术,以宫颈活检术的结果即组织病理学结果为金标准,从而验证TS对宫颈癌前病变(≥LSIL)的筛查价值。结果:83例患者行宫颈组织病理学检查,43例病理结果异常(≥LSIL),宫颈病变总发病率为14.73%(43/292),TruScreen检测结果异常46例,病变检出阳性率为15.75%(46/292);TS病变检出阳性率与总发病率接近。TCT、HPV及TS三项检查结果均正常患者209例,三者结果均阳性28例,三者检查一致率为81.16%(237/292);TCT检测宫颈病变敏感度为81.40%(35/43),特异度为93.57%(233/249),HPV检测宫颈病变敏感度为86.05%(37/43),特异度为89.16%(222/249),TS检测宫颈病变敏感度为86.05%(37/43),特异度为96.39%(240/249),三种检测方法中HPV及TS检出宫颈病变敏感性高于TCT组,且TS检测宫颈病变特异性明显高于HPV及TCT组。TS在宫颈鳞状上皮内低度病变的敏感性为75.00%(15/20),在上皮内高度病变的敏感度为95.45%(21/22)。TS的筛查结果与病理学结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。如果TS联合TCT、TS联合HPV或三者联合检测,宫颈病变检测特异性明显增加。结论:TruScreen与病理学诊断有较好的一致性,TruScreen可以尝试在普通综合医疗机构作为宫颈癌筛查的另一种选择。  相似文献
