钻井钢丝绳检测方法与装置的研究

钻井钢丝绳对于钻井平台安全可靠性有直接影响。采用磁性检测方法对钻井钢丝绳进行检测,并对钻井钢丝绳的励磁方式、聚磁方法及传感器与钢丝绳的配合间隙问题进行分析。在此基础上,研制了钻井钢丝绳检测仪器,能够实现对钻井钢丝绳断丝、磨损等缺陷的定性、定量检测,并能够对缺陷进行定位,为钻井钢丝绳的寿命评估提供了依据,对提高钻井平台的安全性具有重要意义。     

基于射频技术的无刷同步电机励磁电流的检测

无刷同步电机的励磁系统对励磁电流的测量是制约该励磁方式发展的一大障碍。设计了一个射频系统可以用来解决同步电机的励磁电流的测量问题。该系统可以方便地检测到同步电机励磁机的整流二极管的工作状态并且可以动态地显示励磁电流，极大地方便了运行人员做出判断，而且结构简单、方便实用。     

Nonreactive atom/molecule-surface scattering within the finite basis wave packet method

A quantum wave packet code for studying nonreactive scattering of closed-shell atoms or diatomic molecules from a rigid surface is described. The time evolution relies on the Chebychev propagator. Up to 5 collider degrees of freedom, 3 in translation and 2 in rotation, are treated in a pseudospectral way with the momentum or finite basis representation as the primary space. Potential matrix elements are efficiently evaluated by means of sequential 1D transformations between momentum and coordinate spaces. Fast Fourier transforms are performed for the translational and azimuthal coordinates whereas a Gauss-Legendre transform is used for the polar coordinate. This pseudospectral strategy minimizes memory requirements because no off-diagonal Hamiltonian matrix elements need to be stored. In addition, a wide variety of physical systems can be studied since no particular functional form is imposed for the interaction potential.

起重机吊钩拖动绕线电动机他励双高调速系统

本文提出励磁电流可自动控制的他励式双高调速系统设计方案。系统在提升特别是在下放重物时，具有较硬的机械性；在负载１０－１００％的变化范围内，可实现最大偏差Δｎｍａｘ／ｎｍｉｎ１００％≤１０％，调速范围Ｄ≥１０；在满载运行条件下，可节约电能８０％以上。     

Performance prediction of a hybrid‐excitation synchronous machine with axially arranged excitation poles and permanent‐magnet poles

This paper presents a method of predicting the steady‐state performance of a new hybrid‐excitation synchronous machine (HESM) theoretically. The field pole of this HESM is axially divided into two parts; one is an excitation part and the other a permanent‐magnet (PM) part. A nonlinear equivalent circuit, which can include the saliency of the rotor and the magnetic saturation due to the iron core, is derived. Based on this equivalent circuit, the steady‐state performance of the HESM is calculated, and the results are confirmed through experiments. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
