乐滩灌区输水隧洞穿合山煤矿采空区处理设计

分析了乐滩灌区工程北干渠溯河隧洞段长约1.06 km穿合山煤矿采空区的地质情况.借鉴高速公路煤矿采空区的成功处理经验,通过科学分析,对采空区变形和区域内覆岩的稳定性做了评价,论述了输水线路穿采空区段采取全充填压力注浆法的工程处理方法.     

本钢炼焦煤最佳配比分析

结合本钢的生产实际，对炼焦煤的最佳配比作了比较具体的分析，同时对资源，质量、成本也作了比较详细的调查，并提出了本钢焦化厂最佳配煤比方案，由此可看出，最大限度地降低采购成本，继续开发合理的配煤比例，具有广阔的前景。     

Practical method for generation expansion planning based on dynamic programming

This paper presents an efficient method which provides the optimal generation mix and the optimal generation construction process. The approximation method in which the dynamic programming technique and gradient method are combined is applied to determine the optimal generation mix with hydropower generation technologies. The successive approximations dynamic programming (SADP) technique, which is very suitable for high-dimensional multistage decision process problems, is used for obtaining the optimal generation construction process. The effectiveness and feasibility of the developed technique are demonstrated on a practical power system model which has five types of generation technologies including a hydropower generation technology.

砂岩翻砂废砂在水泥生料配料中的应用

我公司拥有2×2 500 t/d新型干法水泥生产线,在生产中逐步以废砂来替代砂岩进行生料配料,本文探讨了废砂的使用对水泥生产过程、熟料质量性能以及成本效益等方面的影响。结果表明：使用废砂替代砂岩进行水泥生料配料煅烧硅酸盐水泥熟料,未对熟料煅烧过程及熟料性能产生不良影响,烟气排放指标和熟料质量技术指标均符合国家标准要求。按我公司目前年产熟料110万t、掺加量按5.8%计算,年消耗废砂约10.0万t,每年节约成本约100万元,经济效益明显。     

高浓度熟料溶出的工艺研究

优化烧结法生产 ,提高产量、节约能耗是氧化铝生产急需解决的问题之一。实现高浓度溶出可以提高精液浓度 ,减少湿法系统物料流量 ,达到提高产能、增加产量、降低成品成本的目的。本文通过对国内外高浓度熟料溶出发展情况和烧结法影响高浓度溶出的因素进行分析研究 ,提出了提高熟料A/S的必要性 ;指出了适合我国条件的熟料A/S大小和生料配方 ;分析了温度和αk 对溶出和分离的影响机理和规律 ;提出了适合高浓度溶出的溶出条件和浓度大小。对生产有一定的指导意义。     

Exploring the effect of dry premixing of sand and cement on the mechanical properties of mortar

A spout-fluid bed device was developed for dry premixing sand and cement to produce mortar. The goal of the work was to explore the efficacy of a new method for dispersing cement in sand to produce a mortar with better mechanical and physical properties. This strategy was found to work best at high sand/cement ratios, indicating that the dry premixing is more effective as the cement content is reduced and that it may be possible to produce commercially acceptable mortars with a lower cement content. Other properties of the mortar are also positively affected, including a decrease in the shrinkage and an increase in the workability.
