Change detection in synthetic aperture radar images based on unsupervised artificial immune systems

In this paper, we propose a novel change detection method for synthetic aperture radar images based on unsupervised artificial immune systems. After generating the difference image from the multitemporal images, we take each pixel as an antigen and build an immune model to deal with the antigens. By continuously stimulating the immune model, the antigens are classified into two groups, changed and unchanged. Firstly, the proposed method incorporates the local information in order to restrain the impact of speckle noise. Secondly, the proposed method simulates the immune response process in a fuzzy way to get an accurate result by retaining more image details. We introduce a fuzzy membership of the antigen and then update the antibodies and memory cells according to the membership. Compared with the clustering algorithms we have proposed in our previous works, the new method inherits immunological properties from immune systems and is robust to speckle noise due to the use of local information as well as fuzzy strategy. Experiments on real synthetic aperture radar images show that the proposed method performs well on several kinds of difference images and engenders more robust result than the other compared methods.     

嵌入式盲文单手输入系统设计与实现

计算机录入编辑盲文是信息处理的特殊应用领域，是特殊教育中的重要研究课题。文中将盲文制作为特殊符号，通过制作字库，编写个性化码表，然后嵌入到主流输入法，从而实现盲文与汉字混排以及实现单手盲文输入。该系统具有易学易记性、盲文编码多样性、嵌入性强等优点，并通过实验证明输入盲文效率能提高5~6倍，在盲文出版、盲文印刷、盲文教学等领域有重要的应用价值。但盲文字符在不同平台(如智能手机)与不同操作系统兼容性问题还有待进一步研究开发。     

2.4GHz动态CMOS分频器的设计

对现阶段的主流高速CMOS分频器进行分析和比较,在此基础上设计一种采用TSPC(truesingle phase clock)和E-TSPC(extended TSPC)技术的前置双模分频器电路.该分频器大大提高了工作频率,采用0.6μm CMOS工艺参数进行仿真的结果表明,在5V电源电压下,最高频率达到3GHz,功耗仅为8mW.     

一种估算单桩经济直径的方法

在滩海油田开发过程中,经常需要设立立管桩,在环境荷载的作用下,立管桩顶部会发生位移,较大的位移对立管及栈桥的安全很不利,因此需要合理确定单桩的直径。埕岛油田在确定单桩直径时引入了经济直径的概念,文章对经济直径的原理进行了分析,给出了桩顶位移和桩径经济指数计算公式,并举例进行了计算,得出了桩径与桩顶位移及桩径经济指数的关系曲线, 进而求得经济桩径的取值范围。文章还对该方法的优缺点进行了分析。

Volumetric Change and Surface Properties of Temperature-Sensitive Polyvinylalcohol (PVA) Hydrogel

Polyvinylalcohol (PVA) polymer gel is a temperature sensitive polymeric gel, with a critical transition temperature (with H₂O) of 310 K. At higher than 310 K, this temperature sensitive polymer gel shrinks because of discharging water, whereas at lower temperatures, the gel swelled because of absorbing water. The reversibility of the gel's volume change was confirmed by temperature swing. The adsorption behavior of an organic compound onto the PVA polymer gel in water was tested at various temperatures. The amount of adsorbed organic compound increased remarkably at temperatures higher than about 310 K. Then, it was confirmed that the organic compound in PVA polymer gel could be reversibly adsorbed and desorbed by a temperature change between 293 and 323 K. The mechanism of adsorption of the organic compound onto the PVA polymer gel could be explained by hydration and dehydration of polymer gel.

Implicit Leadership Theories in Applied Settings: Factor Structure, Generalizability, and Stability Over Time.

The present empirical investigation had a 3-fold purpose: (a) to cross-validate L. R. Offermann, J. K. Kennedy, and P. W. Wirtz's (1994) scale of Implicit Leadership Theories (ILTs) in several organizational settings and to further provide a shorter scale of ILTs in organizations; (b) to assess the generalizability of ILTs across different employee groups, and (c) to evaluate ILTs' change over time. Two independent samples were used for the scale validation (N1 = 500 and N2 = 439). A 6-factor structure (Sensitivity, Intelligence, Dedication, Dynamism, Tyranny, and Masculinity) was found to most accurately represent ELTs in organizational settings. Regarding the generalizability of ILTs, although the 6-factor structure was consistent across different employee groups, there was only partial support for total factorial invariance.
