No-Reference Video Quality Assessment using novel hybrid features and two-stage hybrid regression for score level fusion

This paper presents a novel No-Reference Video Quality Assessment (NR-VQA) model that utilizes proposed 3D steerable wavelet transform-based Natural Video Statistics (NVS) features as well as human perceptual features. Additionally, we proposed a novel two-stage regression scheme that significantly improves the overall performance of quality estimation. In the first stage, transform-based NVS and human perceptual features are separately passed through the proposed hybrid regression scheme: Support Vector Regression (SVR) followed by Polynomial curve fitting. The two visual quality scores predicted from the first stage are then used as features for the similar second stage. This predicts the final quality scores of distorted videos by achieving score level fusion. Extensive experiments were conducted using five authentic and four synthetic distortion databases. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms other published state-of-the-art benchmark methods on synthetic distortion databases and is among the top performers on authentic distortion databases. 乙烯、丙烯中微量水含量的分析

采用便携式微量水分析仪和库仑法微量水分析仪测定了乙烯、丙烯试样中的微量水含量,对试样的传输系统、进样量的控制、液体试样的气化和水标准气体的制备方法进行了改进,优化了测试条件。以低吸附惰性管线和小死体积单进单出的不锈钢减压器为试样传输系统,缩短了测试时间。采用液态烃闪蒸气化取样进样器气化液体试样并准确控制试样的进样量,可避免液体试样渐次气化对水含量测定结果的影响及对采样钢瓶大小的限制。采用渗透管发生器制备水标准气体,可验证分析结果的准确度。采用库仑法微量水分析仪测定水含量时,试样流量选择600 m L/min较适宜,开封保存15 d之内的卡尔·费休试剂对测定结果无影响。采用便携式微量水分析仪测定水含量时,选择试样流量在400~800 m L/min之间较适宜。两种仪器的测量结果相近,稳定性好,准确度高,回收率在102%~107%之间,相对偏差小于10%。

Evaluation of microbial toxins,trace elements and sensory properties of a high-theabrownins instant Pu-erh tea produced using Aspergillus tubingensis via submerged fermentation

Theabrownins (TB) are polymeric phenolic compounds associated with the multiple bioactivities of Pu-erh tea, a post-fermented Chinese dark tea. High-TB instant Pu-erh tea was produced via a novel submerged fermentation (SF) using Aspergillus tubingensis and compared with samples produced commercially via the conventional solid-state fermentation (SSF). Viable microorganisms and microbial toxins, especially aflatoxins B₁, G₁, B₂, G₂, cyclopiazonic acid, fumonisins B₁, B₂, B₃ and ochratoxin A, were below the detection limit in all samples. Fewer microbial metabolites were found in SF instant tea compared with the SSF teas. Based on an adult consuming 1 g of instant Pu-erh tea daily, the dietary intake of investigated elements was below the safe limits recommended by various authorities. Tasters viewed the instant tea infusions as very mild, smooth, mellow and full. This suggested that submerged fermentation using A. tubingensis offers a speedy and safe alternative to commercial production of instant Pu-erh tea.     

PX型高效旋风分离器的研究开发

根据对PV型旋风分离器气固流动特性的深入研究,分析了几处影响细粉分离的薄弱环节,并针对性地提出了进气口倾斜、排气管切口及排尘口加防返混锥等结构改进措施.在φ300mm实验室模型试验台上,通过大量对比试验,开发出了一种比现有PV型性能更优良的新一代高效旋风分离器-PX型旋风分离器.实验室对比试验结果表明,相同条件下,PX型比PV型效率提高0.2～1.1个百分点,压力降降低10%～15%.     

非线性扩频序列的三项式特性

讨论了三类非线性扩频序列(GMW序列、No序列和Kasami序列)的三项式特性，利用这三类序列的迹表示，证明了GMW序列、No序列和Kasami序列均具有正则三项式对。

自由曲面五坐标数控加工干涉检查

提出了一种新方法，用于环刀五坐标数控加工的干涉检查。该方法将干涉检查分为刀轴及侧刃干涉检查和端面干涉检查。首先将加工曲面分片，选取合适的初始点。然后利用自由曲面的微分特性，确定跟踪方向和步长，迅速计算出工件和刀具的最短距离，从而判断是否发生干涉。实验仿真表明，达到同样精度时，该算法计算效率远高于常规的三角面片法。     

闪光灯泵浦Nd3+:GGG激光特性研究

用闪光灯泵浦掺钕钆镓石榴石(Nd^3 ：GGG)激光晶体，研究了脉冲宽度0．5ms、1ms、1．5ms和2ms的放电泵浦下激光输出，实验获得了1．92J的最大激光能量．     

An Exploratory Study of E-Business Success Factors

E-business success factors are Important for traditional enterprises to implement e-business. This topic is attracting more and more researchers to study. This paper makes an exploratory study on the factors influencing e-business success. Firstly, based on the literature review, 52 factors are suggested. Secondly, two rounds of survey with Delphi method are conducted. Qualitative and quantitative analysis are used to identify 57 factors. This is the foundation of empirical study.
