机械合金化过程中Fe70B30粉末晶粒尺寸和微观应变的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

用X射线和电镜研究了Fe_(70)B_(30)粉末经不同时间高能球磨后晶粒尺寸和微观应力的变化。在机械合金化过程中,粉末的X射线衍射谱的宽度随球磨时间的增加逐渐加宽,这是晶粒细化和内部微观应力共同作用的结果。X射线衍射结果表明:随着机械合金化的进行,粉末的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,球磨初期晶粒尺寸下降较快,经15h球磨,晶粒尺寸为25nm,机械合金化进行到一定时间后晶粒尺寸下降缓慢,80h球磨后晶粒尺寸可达5nm。在机械合金化过程中球磨所造成的微观应变不大,球磨初期粉末的内应力随球磨时间增加而增加,当粉末粒子尺寸很小时,随球磨的进行粉末中的微观应变显著下降。  相似文献

利用管式电阻炉和X射线衍射仪(XRD)实施了对恒温退火处理100、200、300和500 nm 4种粒径的微纳米铁粉热稳定特性实验研究,通过函数拟合衍射峰图谱计算其微观应变,分析退火过程中微纳米铁粉晶粒长大现象。结果表明:微观应变的大小和晶粒长大过程密切相关,随着退火温度升高,微观应变逐渐减小,晶粒尺寸增大。100、200和300 nm微纳米铁粉200℃以下晶粒长大迅速,200℃以上长大速度减小;500 nm铁粉晶粒200℃以下长大速度比较缓慢,200℃以上晶粒迅速长大。低温下大粒径铁粉热稳定性优于小粒径铁粉。  相似文献

Powder aerosol deposition (PAD) is a unique ceramic spray coating method that produces dense and well-adhering thick-films directly at room temperature, without requiring any heating or sintering. After the successful film formation, mechanical film properties like hardness or plasma resistance are remarkably good. However, when it comes to electrical properties like permittivity or electrical conductivity, the nanocrystalline structure of PAD films combined with high internal strains deteriorates partly the characteristic properties. The electrical conductivity may already be present within the as-deposited films. However, it is mostly lowered by several orders of magnitude. Therefore, a thermal post-deposition annealing is oftentimes required. In this work, electrically conducting films produced by powder aerosol deposition are surveyed based on published data. Their microstructural and electrical behavior during the post-deposition annealing treatment is summarized and reasons for the lowered electrical conductivity are identified. Additionally, the processes taking place during annealing, which eventually allow to regain bulk-like functional properties, are examined. A universal annealing behavior is found that leads to a quantitative recommendation for the suitable film annealing temperatures to regain the electrical conductivities.  相似文献

为了获得具有良好微观组织的C-Cu复合粉末,以利于后续的压制、烧结和挤压等工艺,用机械球磨方法制备了3%C-Cu(质量分数)复合粉末.运用扫描电镜、背散射和X射线衍射等分析手段研究了该复合粉末的微观组织随球磨时间的演变规律.实验结果表明,随着机械球磨时间的增加,Cu颗粒由树枝状转变为层片状、块状,最后转变为近球形.球磨2 h,复合粉末中的石墨衍射峰消失.随着球磨的进行,复合粉末中Cu的微观应变逐渐增大.经3 h的机械球磨获得了晶粒尺寸约为20 nm的Cu纳米晶,说明该方法可以有效地细化晶粒组织.  相似文献

An X-ray powder profile analysis in vanadium pentoxide powder milled in a high energy vibrational ball-mill for different lengths of time (0–250 h), is presented. The strain and size induced broadening of the Bragg reflection for two different crystallographic directions ([001] and [100]) was determined by Warren-Averbach analysis using a pattern-decomposition method assuming a Pseudo-Voigt function. The deformation process caused a decrease in the crystallite size and a saturation of crystallite size of ∼ 10 nm was reached after severe milling. The initial stages of milling indicated a propensity of size-broadening due to fracture of the powder particles caused by repeated ball-to-powder impact whereas with increasing milling time microstrain broadening was predominant. WA analysis indicated significant plastic strain along with spatial confinement of the internal strain fields in the crystallite interfaces. Significant strain anisotropy was noticed in the different crystallographic directions. A near-isotropy in the crystallite size value was noticed for materials milled for 200 h and beyond. The column-length distribution function obtained from the size Fourier coefficients progressively narrowed down with the milling time.  相似文献

摘要:沉淀硬化钢中纳米富Cu相的析出,使微应变(α)发生改变,这不仅影响力学性能,也对腐蚀性能产生作用。为了探索α对腐蚀性能和力学性能的影响规律,通过XRD谱型分析,对商用钢LJ338ESR 在300~600℃不同时间时效析出富铜纳米相后的α、硬度和电荷转移电阻(Rf)进行了研究。结果表明,300~450℃时效,8h前α值随时效时间延长而升高,8h后由于析出相与基体失去共格,α随着时效时间延长而降低;硬度与α变化相似。600℃时效,α在时效2h达到峰值,这归因于共格微应变和逆变奥氏体两种相反因素的共同影响;600℃逆变奥氏体生成,使硬度变化较小。析出相与基体保持共格时,Rf和α随时效时间的变化呈良好的反比关系,即Rf随α的增大而减小。  相似文献

Analytical expressions are formulated that enable the lognormal distribution of nanocrystallite sizes and the mean-squared crystal lattice microstrain in both doped and undoped nanocrystalline ceramics to be routinely determined by X-ray diffractometry. Importantly, these expressions, which are also applicable to most well-annealed nanocrystalline metals/alloys, are developed under the consideration that both the experimental and instrumental X-ray diffraction peaks are modeled by split Voigt functions to account for the (hitherto widely ignored) intrinsic peak asymmetry. The general analytical expressions of this new single-peak line-broadening method are then particularized to the case of small nanocrystallites with uniform composition for which a reasonable simplification (i.e., symmetrization of the experimental peak) can be made without compromising the accuracy of the results. Next, as an example of application the method developed is applied to the characterization of a nanocrystalline ceramic powder, and the nanocrystallite sizes so-determined are validated by transmission electron microscopy. The more complete and reliable microstructural information offered by this single-peak line-broadening method could contribute towards the accurate characterization of both doped and undoped nanocrystalline ceramics, and of most well-annealed nanocrystalline metals/alloys as well, a topic of particular research interest today.  相似文献

Thermally evaporated ZnSe thin films deposited on glass substrates within substrate temperatures (T s)at 303 K-623 K are of polycrystalline nature having f.c.c. zincblende structure. The most preferential orientation is along [111] direction for all deposited films together with other abundant planes [220] and [311]. The lattice parameter, grain size, average internal stress, microstrain, dislocation density and degree of preferred orientation in the film are calculated and correlated with T s.  相似文献
