A Relational Model of Workplace Victimization: Social Roles and Patterns of Victimization in Dyadic Relationships.

This article proposes a model of the ways in which dyadic interactions between employees who occupy 1 of 4 archetypal social roles in organizations can lead to either episodic or institutionalized patterns of victimization. The model shows how the occurrence of victimization involving these 4 role types is influenced by organizational variables such as power differences, culture, and access to social capital. The model integrates behavioral and social structural antecedents of victimization to develop a relational perspective on the dynamics of harmful behavior in the workplace. Influence of alloy ingredients on mechanical properties of ternary boride hard alloy clad materials

Using Mo, B-Fe alloy and Fe powders as raw materials, and adding C, Cr and Ni ingredients, respectively, or C, Cr and Ni mixed powders, ternary boride hard alloy clad materials was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by means of in-situ reaction and vacuum liquid phase sintering technology. The influence of alloy ingredients on the mechanical properties of ternary boride hard alloy clad materials was investigated. The results indicate that a mixture of 0.8% C, 5% Cr and 2% Ni ingredients gives a ternary boride hard alloy clad material with optimal mechanical properties, such as high transverse rupture strength, high hardness and good wear resistance.     

Responses by amphisbaenianBlanus cinereus to chemicals from prey or potentially harmful ant species

We tested the ability of amphisbaenians (Blanus cinereus) to discriminate between odors of ant species selected as prey (Pheidole pallidula) and odors of potentially harmful ant species (Messor barbarus) that are avoided. Tongue-flick rate to swabs impregnated with ant odors, cologne, or deionized water differed among treatments, showing that amphisbaenians were able to discriminate ant species odors. Amphisbaenians showed an aggressive response and bit applicators bearing the odor of harmful ants, while the odor of prey ants did not elicit bites to swabs. The possible evolutionary advantage of identifying and avoiding harmful ants is discussed in relation to the fossoriality of amphisbaenians.

沼蛤侵蚀对混凝土的性能损伤试验研究

沼蛤侵蚀给混凝土带来的性能影响对防治措施的选择与决策具有重要的参考意义。对于受侵蚀1年的自制试件和受侵蚀20余年的现场芯样,本文采用浸泡增重法、压汞法、场发射环境扫描电镜法和热重法分别测试了有贝附着组和无贝对照组的表层吸水率、表层孔隙特征与孔径分布、表层形貌和成分变化,以及表层钙成分含量变化这4个指标,研究了沼蛤侵蚀混凝土前后以及侵蚀时间对微观性能的影响。定量分析表明:沼蛤附着侵蚀混凝土后,混凝土不同尺寸的孔隙均有增加,同时表观密度分别下降了13.5%(侵蚀1年)和19.5%(侵蚀20余年),表层吸水率分别增加了82%(侵蚀1年)和101%(侵蚀20余年),混凝土表面的铝元素、铁元素和锰元素大幅增加,钙元素尤其是碳酸钙流失严重,分别减少了41.7%(侵蚀1年)和82%(侵蚀20余年)。因此,沼蛤的侵蚀会造成混凝土的微观性能损伤,受侵蚀时间越长,性能损伤越严重。     

红烧肉烹饪工艺及其影响因素研究

采用正交试验,对扬州家常红烧肉的烹制过程中的色拉油、酱油、黄酒和白砂糖的基本配比以及加水量、焖焙温度、焖焙时间等工艺参数进行优化研究。结果表明,家常红烧肉最佳配比为：五花肉1000g：盐6g：葱20g：姜20g：色拉油100g：老抽王40g：黄酒100g：白砂糖40g;其烹制过程为：将1000g五花肉煸炒出油,加水300g大火烧开后,选用锅底温度100℃焖焙60min,最后大火收汁,这样烹制的红烧肉综合感官评价得分最高。

聚氨酯涂层球墨铸铁管的研制

研制了一种专用于球墨铸铁管的聚氨酯涂层,研究了涂料配比对粘度、流平性、固化速度、附着力、硬度等涂料性能的影响,分析了工艺参数如温度、压力对涂层质量的影响.     

高韧性合成球墨铸铁的生产

为满足Mn、Ti、S、P及微量元素含量都很低的要求，采用由大量（70％～80％）废钢，少量（0％～10％）新生铁和增碳剂组成的炉料，用感应炉熔炼，生产高韧性合成球铁。与生铁加入量大的球铁相比，合成球铁的力学性能较好，质量稳定，而且成本较低。
