Waveguide external cavity narrow linewidth semiconductor lasers

Narrow linewidth light source is a prerequisite for high-performance coherent optical communication and sensing.Waveguide-based external cavity narrow linewidth semiconductor lasers(WEC-NLSLs)have become a competitive and attractive candidate for many coherent applications due to their small size,volume,low energy consumption,low cost and the ability to integrate with other optical components.In this paper,we present an overview of WEC-NLSLs from their required technologies to the state-of-the-art progress.Moreover,we highlight the common problems occurring to current WEC-NLSLs and show the possible approaches to resolving the issues.Finally,we present the possible development directions for the next phase and hope this review will be beneficial to the advancements of WEC-NLSLs.     

Waves in generalized thermo-viscoelastic infinite continuum with cylindrical cavity due to three-phase-lag time-nonlocal heat transfer

Abstract

Generalized thermoelastic interactions due to three-phase-lag time-nonlocal heat transfer in a Kelvin-Voigt type infinitely extended visco-thermoelastic continuum with cylindrical cavity has been investigated. The two-temperature generalized thermoelasticity theory has also been taken into account. The problem has been solved in the domain of Laplace on the assumption that the surface of the cavity is free from traction and is subjected to a smooth and time-dependent-heating effect. Laplace inversion of the transformed solutions has been carried out numerically. The obtained numerical data for different considerations are plotted in graphs to study the effects of time-nonlocal parameter, two-temperature parameter and visco-thermoelastic relaxation parameter on different thermoelastic quantities of physical interest.     

Nd:YVO4/KTP全固化倍频激光器的研究

介绍了两种腔型结构不同的Nd:YVO4/KTP全固化倍频绿光激光器,对腔结构参数进行了优化计算;在相同的实验条件下,对这两种腔的输出和稳定性等特性进行了比较和深入分析,在此基础上得出结论,提出改进措施。该折叠腔方案已进入产品化阶段。     

提高柴油机缸盖内腔铸造质量的工艺措施

缸盖是柴油机上的重要零件之一。铸造毛坯不可避免地存在劈缝、内腔粘砂、粗糙、局部不通等内腔质量问题 ,从而影响缸盖串水冷却效果。本文介绍了一些工艺措施 ,较好地解决了这个问题。     

定向棱镜腔平顶高斯激光束特性的研究

在XeCl准分子激光器中,采用定向棱镜作为端反射镜与平面输出镜构成激光器谐振腔,获得了近场能量分布均匀、远场能量分布高度集中的相干平顶高斯激光束输出,并具有腔镜高抗失调能力,改善了激光束质量。     

Bandpass filters using periodically loaded combline resonators

A novel combline filter is proposed for cellular‐radio base stations. The Q‐factor is significantly improved. The eigenvalue equation is expressed with the single‐team approximation in the gap region of the combline resonator. A two‐pole combline filter is designed. The calculation, simulation, and experiment results are presented and are in good agreement. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J RF and Microwave CAE, 2006.     

大型储罐基础非平面倾斜问题的探讨

大型储罐因基础产生非平面倾斜而影响其正常使用的情况在工程中时有发生,文章通过对某油罐工程中基础沉降观测结果的分析,探讨了储罐基础产生非平面倾斜的原因。相邻储罐之间的相互影响、充水预压未达到规范要求以及地基处理措施不当是引起储罐基础非平面倾斜的主要因素。针对相邻储罐间的相互影响,根据现行《石油化工企业设计防火规范》和《石油化工企业钢储罐地基与基础设计规范》的规定,提出以下建议:储罐布置的净距除应满足防火规范规定外,有条件时也应适当考虑对基础沉降的影响,当采用复合地基时,相邻储罐间的净距不宜小于0.6 D;当占地面积成为主要矛盾,储罐间的净距只能限制在防火规范规定的最小范围时,在地基处理时就应采取有效措施,以尽可能减少相邻储罐的相互影响。     

气流式加速度传感器的敏感机理

介绍了在研制气流式加速度传感器过程中，为对气流式加速度传感器进行建模，作者对气流式加速度传感器的工作机理进行了理论性探讨。在分析过程中以流体力学、传热学和惯性理论为基础并结合实验结果，建立了适合于气流式加速度传感器的气体运动方程和能量方程。同时还讨论了热线测量加速度的方法及根据实验分析了输入加速度对腔体内温度及传感器输出电压的影响，从而为进一步研究一系列气流式传感器的工作机理提供了方法。     

角调谐飞秒同步泵浦KTP红外光参量振荡器

用平均输出功率为１．１Ｗ，脉宽为９０ｆｓ的商用再生锁模Ｔｉ：Ｓａｐｐｈｉｒｅ激光器作为泵浦源，用ＫＴＰ作为非线性光学介质，制成一台同步泵浦飞秒光学参量振荡器。其输出调谐范围为１．０４μｍ至１．２６μｍ，平均输出功率在１００ｍｗ左右，脉宽仅约１００ｆｓ。     

潜油螺杆泵采油系统设计与应用技术分析

潜油螺杆泵采油技术在某些方面具有其他人工举升技术不可比拟的优点，特别适合于我国渤海湾一带粘油区、海上平台的采油作业，但这项技术在我国实际开发应用的时间还比较短，人们对这项技术的了解还不够深入，很多单项技术还有待于更多的人去关注和研究.介绍了潜油螺杆泵采油系统的结构，总结了该项采油技术与其他常用采油技术相比较的特点，系统地阐述了国内外的发展状况，分析了以往投入生产试运行时系统失效的原因并提出了相应的解决办法，最后探讨了系统设计技术的发展趋势.
