玉洁纯(2,4,4′-trichloro-2′-hydroxydiphenyl ether)是一种非离子的高效广谱抗微生物剂,对于一般常见的细菌、真菌及酵母等病原菌,玉洁纯都具有杀灭功效及抑制作用。国外学者长期的临床观察证实含有玉洁纯的牙膏和漱口水能有效地控制菌斑和缓解牙龈炎症状。玉洁纯的毒性极低,并无异味、无刺激感。从玉洁纯的理化性质和药理作用、玉洁纯控制菌斑的机理、玉洁纯在牙膏和漱口水中的应用等3个方面论述了国外学者对玉洁纯在牙膏和漱口水中的作用机理和应用的研究现况,为我国牙膏工业口腔卫生用品的技术革新提供了有益的参考。玉洁纯在我国口腔卫生用品中的应用正在迅速崛起,其发展趋势预计将会带动整个行业。 相似文献

In this work were determined triclosan and 4n‐nonylphenol in water from a reservoir that is used to provide water to a purification plant in an important city in Colombia. The analytical methodology was validated using solid‐phase extraction and analysis by gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS). The analysis by GC‐MS showed good linearity in the range of 0.05–5 μg/L for both compounds. Recoveries from 79 to 109% and standard deviations of 2.5–7.7 for low concentrations and from 3.8 to 9.6 (n = 5) for high concentrations were obtained for both compounds. In Colombia, this is the first time that these compounds have been analysed in water supplying of a drinking water treatment plant. The validated method was applied to the analysis of 27 samples collected in August 2010 in 11 locations from the reservoir and in the influent and effluent of the drinking water treatment plant. 为监控纺织品中紫外线吸收剂和抗菌剂的含量,建立了同时测定纺织品中7种苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂和7种抗菌剂含量的超高效液相色谱/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS)方法。以甲醇为萃取溶剂,超声萃取纺织品中的苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂和抗菌剂,萃取液经浓缩定容后进行UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS分析,外标法定量。14种目标分析物的色谱分离在Hypersil GOLD色谱柱(100mm×2.1mm×1.9μm)上进行,流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液(含5mmol/L乙酸铵)/甲醇,三氯生和对氯间二甲酚(PCMX)采用电喷雾负离子模式,其余12种目标分析物采用电喷雾正离子模式,在m/z100~m/z500范围内进行一级质谱扫描。14种目标分析物的质量准确度误差均小于2×10-6,根据保留时间和准分子离子峰的精确质量数进行定性,根据提取离子色谱图的峰面积进行定量。对于每种目标分析物,在一定质量浓度范围内,提取离子色谱图峰面积均与其质量浓度线性相关,线性相关系数均大于0.998,检出限为0.1~0.3μg/kg。3个添加水平的平均回收率为80.9%~94.1%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~9.8%。采用该方法监测市售纺织品中紫外线吸收剂和抗菌剂的含量,结果在部分样品中检出不同含量水平的UV-327、三氯生、PCMX和2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(OI)。 相似文献

The antimicrobial activity of triclosan (TCS; 2,4,4'-trichloro-2'-hydroxydiphenyl ether) in aqueous solutions is shown to directly depend upon two key physicochemical parameters: % saturation and saturation solubility. Saturated solutions of TCS in water, water-propylene glycol (PG) mixtures, and aqueous surfactant systems are shown to effect rapid, potent bacterial reductions (e.g. >4 log(10) reduction of Staphylococcus aureus in 15 s contact time in a time kill suspension test). In surfactant solutions, increasing the surfactant: TCS ratio causes a decrease in antibacterial efficacy, consistent with a model for micellar solubilization where the micelle binding constant, K (=X/c(w)) increases with decreasing TCS concentration in the micelles (X), resulting in decreased concentration of bioavailable TCS in the water (continuous) phase (c(w)). The rapid and potent reductions of bacteria reported here were surprising and support the existence of a non-specific mode of action for TCS, such as gross membrane disruption, in addition to the specific modes of action reported by others. 相似文献

以10mgw(Pd)=5%的Pd/C为催化剂,在35℃和1 01×105Pa下,ρ(三氯新)=4g/L的三氯新水/乙醇〔V(水)∶V(乙醇)=1∶1〕溶液20mL反应30min就100%脱氯。在乙醇中,三氯新加氢1h氯的去除率为68%。水的存在,改善了三氯新的反应环境,消除了NaCl在催化剂上的富集,使催化剂保持了较高的活性。在水溶液中,ρ(氯化物)=5g/L的碱金属或碱土金属氯化物的存在,对三氯新的加氢脱氯反应没有影响,这是因为这些无机氯化物在水中完全电离,离子化的无机氯化物不会堵塞反应孔道,也不会在催化剂表面吸附,因此不会阻碍三氯新的加氢脱氯。 相似文献

Triclosan has been formulated into a dentifrice at a 0.3% level to enhance the antibacterial function of the dentifrice, to improve oral health and to decrease the daily malodor inside the mouth cavity. The hypothesis that chloroform may be generated from triclosan when contacted with chlorinated drinking water has challenged our guarantee of safe use of triclosan in oral care products, especially in Colgate Total toothpaste. Currently, there was no available analytical method to detect chloroform levels under the use conditions expected during daily tooth brushing. To fill this gap and to continue guaranteeing that our customers can safely use Colgate Total toothpaste products, a gas chromatography-single ion monitoring-mass spectrometry method for detecting chloroform in artificial saliva media has been developed. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation are about 41 and 130 ppb, respectively. This LOD level is lower than the current Environmental Protection Agency trihalomethanes contamination limit, which is required for our daily drink water. Our in vitro study indicated that Colgate Total does not form detectable chloroform levels (41 ppb) over the range of expected consumer-brushing times while using normal chlorinated drinking water. 相似文献
