一种估算单桩经济直径的方法

在滩海油田开发过程中,经常需要设立立管桩,在环境荷载的作用下,立管桩顶部会发生位移,较大的位移对立管及栈桥的安全很不利,因此需要合理确定单桩的直径。埕岛油田在确定单桩直径时引入了经济直径的概念,文章对经济直径的原理进行了分析,给出了桩顶位移和桩径经济指数计算公式,并举例进行了计算,得出了桩径与桩顶位移及桩径经济指数的关系曲线, 进而求得经济桩径的取值范围。文章还对该方法的优缺点进行了分析。     

Precision equipment for symmetrical bending— Part 1. The loading system

The design and performance of precision bending equipment for testing straight beams with constant rectangular section under a pure bending moment is described. Part 1 deals with the loading arrangements and Part 2 with the rig for measuring beam deflection. The methods for recording deflection of strain gauges applied on the beam have been described elsewhere.^1–4
The reactions to the deadweight gravity loads are taken via ball bearings. The total bending moment inaccuracy, i.e. the sum of estimated systematic errors and random errors, the latter expressed as the 2Ga confidence interval about the mean (2G_cim), is about ± 25 x. 10^-4%, for 23 tests with a steel beam with 15 mm × 75 mm cross sectional dimensions, loaded to 1-1.5 mm/m strain.
The measuring rig stands on the beam via hardened and polished spherical segment feet and uses a capacitive transducer system with less than 5nm resolution. Various application tasks are described. The total inaccuracy of the measured deflection, i.e. apart from bending moment inaccuracy, is about ± 35 times 10^4% for about 10 reproduced, not repeated, tests with the same steel beam. The deflection for such a beam is of the order of 2 to 4 mm.     

Effect of refraction on optical microscopic measurement of internal blood-vessel diameter and its correction

In optical microscopic measurement of internal blood-vessel diameters, the effect of refraction must be taken into account to ensure accuracy of the result. This effect is discussed and an analytical correction formula derived. Phantom blood vessels with known internal and external diameters were used to test the validity of the correction formula. The errors obtained prior to correction were reduced significantly after correction.     

单层开采的圆形定压边界两层油藏压力动态分析

为更好地分析具有越流的多层油藏的压力动态，采用有效井径的概念，在半透壁模型的基础上建立了圆形定压边界、两层越流油藏单层开采时的渗流数学模型。通过拉氏变换得到了拉氏空间中以Bessel函数表示的精确解。数值反演计算结果表明，单层开采的两层油藏与全部打开的两层油藏的压力动态基本相同，都表现为3个阶段：早期是介于两个渗透层之间的均质流动；中间为过渡段，导数曲线出现下凹特征；晚期表现为整个油藏的均质特征。随着边界距离的增加，压力导数值趋近于0．5。半透率越大过渡段出现得越早。导数曲线下凹程度越小；储容比越大导数曲线峰值越小，导数曲线下凹程度越小；随着两层渗透率比值变小。过渡段变短，导数曲线下凹程度变小。图1参9

对湘潭电厂存在已久的胶球清洗装置收球率低的问题进行了深入探讨，结合电厂对胶球清洗系统的改造、试验过程，分析并提出了影响胶球清洗装置清洗效果及收球率的诸多原因及其解决方法。     

Prediction of Final Product Properties After Cocurrent Spray Drying

The effect of drying and atomization conditions on the physical properties of powders for agglomerate-like materials and skin-forming material are studied in this article. A neural model is used for powder bulk and tapped density predictions.     

A New Image Analysis Based Method for Measuring Electrospun Nanofiber Diameter

In this paper, a new image analysis based method for electrospun nanofiber diameter measurement has been presented. The method was tested by a simulated image with known characteristics and a real web. Mean (M) and standard deviation (STD) of fiber diameter obtained using this method for the simulated image were 15.02 and 4.80 pixels respectively, compared to the true values of 15.35 and 4.47 pixels. For the real web, applying the method resulted in M and STD of 324 and 50.4 nm which are extremely close to the values of 319 and 42 nm obtained using manual method. The results show that this approach is successful in making fast, accurate automated measurements of electrospun fiber diameters.     

关于最远点判定及直径的唯一性

给出了点到有界集最远点的一些必要或充分条件，然后对直径的唯一性也给出了一些判定条件。     

轴向进给比对薄壁管滚珠旋压影响的有限元分析

通过有限元数值模拟方法得出滚珠旋压中薄壁管在不同凹模旋转速度条件下轴向进给比的变化规律及工件的成形规律,并对模拟结果的等效应变分布做了分析,并与实验结果进行比较,给出薄壁管滚珠旋压时进给比的选取范围.结果表明,进给比对滚珠旋压中薄壁管直径的胀缩和工件的质量有着显著的影响.另外,从计算的模具所受的三向载荷变化情况分析了模具的使用寿命.     

关于粉体成球机盘体几何形状的研究

通过对粉体小球在粉体成球机盘底上运动轨线的研究,利用Euler定理,结合其参数特点,得到了不同几何形状的盘底在成球过程中对粉体小球运动的影响,球面盘底较平面盘底更有利于成球的结论。
