The coal filter cake is a product of fine coal after floatation which has an ash content of 7-13%, water content of 30±2%, and a particle size of less than 1 mm. The ash content was measured by the intensity of the single backscattered gamma-ray, and its accuracy is mainly dependent on the energy of the gamma-ray. The 238Pu low energy photon source is selected in this work. The energy of its gamma-ray is 15 keV, which can result not only in the best sensitivity, but also in the lowest contribution to the environment radiation. Colour extension properties of individual pigments and effects on shades of foundations in cake form

The mechanism of colour change during the pigment dispersion process and during powder application to the skin surface was studied by examining the colour extension properties of Yellow. Red , and Black iron oxides in white powder bases. A new measure for the evaluation of the degree of colour extension was devised. This measure corresponded well with human visual sensation, and was found to be useful for comparing the rates of colour extension of pigments. The rate of colour extension of pigments was found to vary in the order: Yellow acicular Red granular Red Black. This result explains colour darkening and the change towards reddish tones during the pigment dispersion process, because Yellow extends fully in the early stage of the process but Red , especially in granular form, and Black continue to extend even in the later stage. Acicular Red iron oxide is more favourably employed than the granular form to attain sufficient colour extension of foundations with lower energy expenditure, and to decrease the discrepancy between the cake colour and the colour of applied powder.

Applications of electric fields during washing of filter cakes increases the removal rate of ions from the cake mother liquor, and under appropriate conditions the field also increases the wash flow rate by electroosmosis. Experimental data that show the key effects of the fields on the rates of ion mass transfer are presented: with the downstream electrode acting as a cathode, cation removal rates are increased whilst the removal rate of the anions is decreased. The concentration profile of the cations with washing time shows an increase in concentration to a value above that of the mother liquor, before it decreases due to displacement by the fresh wash liquor. A model is formulated that describes the advection, dispersion, ion migration and electroosmosis transport processes in the cake. Numerical solution of the model gives cation concentration profiles at the exit of the cake that are in qualitative agreement with the experimental observations. Experimentally measured wash liquor flow rates tend to be lower than what traditional colloid science principles predict by a factor of 5-10: reasons for this difference, supported by experimental work from other researchers, are discussed. 相似文献

采用单因素实验结合响应面法,优化了从油茶粕中提取茶皂素的工艺参数。单因素实验最佳条件:乙醇体积分数为70%、提取时间为3 h、提取温度为70℃、料液比为1∶4。在单因素的基础上,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比为影响因子,以茶皂素提取得率作为响应值,进行3因素3水平响应面分析。结果表明:茶皂素最佳提取条件是乙醇体积分数为72%、提取时间为3.8 h、提取温度为70℃、料液比为1∶4.5,提取得率预测值为14.54%,验证实测值为14.22%,与预测值相对误差为2.20%。 相似文献
