VCSEL的偏振特性随注入电流变化的实验研究

注入电流是影响VCSEL偏振特性的重要因素。谊论文通过实验，测量了VCSEL的出射光偏振特性随着注入电流的变化。观察到了两次偏振转换的过程，即随着注入电流的升高出射偏振光由椭圆偏振光——圆偏振光——椭圆偏振光——圆偏振光——椭圆偏振光的过程，并且在变化的过程中电流的变化范围很小。

Computationally efficient direction-of-arrival estimation of non-circular signal based on subspace rotation technique

In order to solve the problem that the high computational burden of the multiple signal classification algorithm of non-circular signal (NC-MUSIC) in direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation,a novel computationally efficient DOA estimation algorithm based on subspace rotation technique was proposed.Firstly,the partitioning of noise subspace matrix and the subspace rotation technique (SRT) were used to construct a new reduced-dimension noise subspace.Then,the two-dimensional peak searching was converted to the one-dimensional peak searching on the basis of the separation of variables and the orthogonality between the new reduced-dimension noise subspace and the space spanned by the columns of the extended manifold matrix.The proposed algorithm can enhance the computational efficiency by means of the conversion of the two-dimensional peak searching into the one-dimensional peak searching and the removal of redundant computations.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the computational complexity to less than 5% as compared to NC-MUSIC algorithm on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of DOA estimation.Especially,the efficiency advantage of the proposed algorithm is more obvious in scenarios where the large numbers of sensors are required.

一种基于像素自适应仲裁的OSD分层混合结构设计

数据混合是OSD分层显示的关键技术之一.本文基于OSD的分层结构及数据组织结构特点,提出一种OSD分层显示的单混合结构,该结构采用基于像素自适应仲裁的策略,按照层优先级次序,对多个OSD图层信号实时地切换显示.FPGA验证结果表明,该结构在满足OSD分层混合显示、实现菜单选择鼠标控制等高级人机对话功能的前提下,其硬件资源开销比多混合结构节省约33%以上,且具有良好的层次可扩展性和操作灵活性.

基于LVQ网络在轴承座松动故障诊断中的应用

把汽轮机轴承座松动的相关频段上不同频率谱的谱峰能量值作为故障信号的训练样本输入到LVQ网络中去，并由LVQ网络产生训练后不同的权重向量。由于竞争层神经元的权重分布不同，则权重分布图也不同，可根据不同的权重分布图来确认和诊断汽轮机轴承座松动故障的不同程度。     

STUDIES ON POSTHARVEST PHYSIOLOGY AND THE STORAGE TECHNOLOGY OF MANGO (MANGIFERA INDICA L.)

Mango (Mangifera indica L. cv. Hongxiangya and Wacheng) was chosen to study the effect of postharvest biological characters in different storage conditions. The determining items included respiratory rate, total sugar, vitamin C (Vc) content, firmness, polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD). The results showed that both 8 and 11C were the better storage temperatures, and the storage life would last 50 days in this situation. The respiration rate increased quickly between the 16th to the 22nd days; the peak values were the 28th and 25th days at 8C for Hongxiangya and Wacheng, respectively. The flesh firmness decreased dramatically at 6 days after harvest. Total sugar content, Vc content, PPO and POD increased at first and then decreased. The color changed from green to yellow with the increase of carotenoids content. After treatment with thiabendozole and iprodione, the number of rot fruits was markedly lower than the other treatments. The best temperature is 11 and 14C for Hongxiangya and Wacheng, respectively. The rot rate is 6.77 and 8.33% with 1,000‐ppm iprodine treatment after 50‐days storage.     

基于DSP的闭环光纤陀螺研究

提出了一种基于DSP的全数字闭环光纤陀螺设计方案。文中对该闭环光纤陀螺的A／D、D／A等部分间的时序逻辑进行了设计和实现。讨论一种通过反馈调整D／A的基准电压来实现对2π复位不准确的控制。给出几个重要参数的测定方法和实验结果。
