For manufacturing the magnets of fusion machines pure copper of both high mechanical resistance and electrical conductivity is required. Though high purity copper guarantees high electrical conductivity, its mechanical properties may be not suitable for the applications in tokamaks. In this view, a new procedure developed for obtaining high purity copper with excellent mechanical strength is described in this work. Samples of oxygen free copper (OFC) have been worked by pressing in liquid nitrogen (77 K). It has been verified that the mechanical properties of the worked metal are strongly dependent on the strain rate. Very low strain rates permitted to attain values of tensile yield strength (550 MPa) significantly higher than those obtained by traditional cold-working at room temperature (450 MPa). The electrical conductivity of the cryo-worked Cu decreases with the tensile yield strength even though the hardest samples of tensile yield strength of 550 MPa exhibit still acceptable values of conductivity (about 94 % IACS at room temperature).  相似文献

45S5 bioactive glass powders with the composition of 45 SiO2, 6 P2O5, 24.5 CaO and 24.5 wt% Na2O were melted and quenched in water to obtain a frit. The frit was milled using two different routes: dry milling followed by sieving to obtain glass particles and wet milling followed by spray drying to obtain a powder comprising porous agglomerates. All feedstocks showed adequate characteristics that make them suitable to be deposited by atmospheric plasma spraying. The powders and coatings were characterised by field-emission gun environmental scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The roughness and the contact angle of the coatings were also determined. The bioactivity of the powders and coatings was assessed by immersion in simulated body fluid. It was found that bioactive glass prepared from bioglass frit by dry milling exhibited similar bioactivity as that of a commercial bioactive glass. All coatings produced showed good adhesion to the substrate as well as suitable surface properties to ensure efficient contact with body fluid. Regardless of the characteristics of the feedstocks or plasma spray conditions used, all coatings were exclusively made up of an amorphous phase. On the other hand, micrographs revealed that the characteristics of the feedstock strongly impact on the final coating microstructure. The most homogeneous microstructure was obtained when the feedstock was prepared by fine dry grinding of the frit. For this coating, the formation of a bioactive layer was also proved by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

In this paper we present some experimental results concerning the current noise produced during the resistive transition in MgB2 thin films. Preliminary investigations evidenced the presence of electrical noise whose power spectrum has a region of the 1/fn type with n 3. We suggest that the noise may originate from abrupt rearrangement of the current distribution inside the specimen during the percolative process of a diphasic system. Experimental measurements of the spectral components of the current noise taken during the resistive transition will be given and discussed.  相似文献

A simple and feasible method is described for analysing nine mycotoxins in cheese matrix. The method involves liquid extraction followed by high performance liquid chromatographic separation and mass spectrometric detection of the analytes, and allows the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 and M1, ochratoxin A, mycophenolic acid, penicillic acid and roquefortine C simultaneously. Average recoveries of the mycotoxins from spiked samples at concentration levels of 5-200 µg kg-1 ranged from 96-143%. Within-day relative standard deviations at these concentration levels varied from 2.3-12.1%. The limit of quantification for aflatoxin M1 was 0.6 µg kg-1 and for the other compounds 5 µg kg-1. The method developed was applied for analysing these mycotoxins in blue and white mould cheeses purchased from Finnish supermarkets. Roquefortine C was detected in all of the blue mould cheese samples in concentrations of 0.8-12 mg kg-1. One blue cheese contained also 0.3 mg kg-1 mycophenolic acid. The other investigated mycotoxins were absent in the samples.  相似文献

The viscoelastic behaviour of three different low Tg fluoroelastomer materials belonging to the class of Fluorosilicones (FVMQ), Perfluoropolyether-hydrosilanes (Sifel™) and Perfluoropolyether-polyurethanes (FEU) was investigated. Materials considered were high hardness rubbers and were characterized by dynamic-mechanical analysis (DMA), thermo-mechanical analysis (TMA), and swelling tests in Fuel C and other solvent mixtures. DMA spectra in dynamic scan allowed the determination of Tg and other minor intensity relaxation phenomena. Thermo-mechanical analysis was used to measure the thermal expansion coefficient α L and the low temperature retraction curve R e(T) in creep and recovery experiments with different test conditions. Highly diversified behaviours were observed, apparently related to polymer Tg and damping in the rubbery plateau. Swelling measurements showed a better performance for the two perfluoropolyether samples than for fluorosilicones.  相似文献

Blood-orange fruits are suitable to fresh-cut fruit production because of their chemical compositions. Nevertheless, the main limitation of using freshly cut oranges is their susceptibility to juiciness loss and ascorbic acid degradation because of enzymatic alterations. The aim of this work is: to identify some of the enzymes causing the qualitative decay in blood-orange slices during 15 days of chilled storage (at 4 ± 0.5 °C and 85% RH); to investigate the susceptibility to the previous alterations of five blood-orange clones ( Moro nucellare, Sanguinello nucellare , Tarocco arcimusa, Tarocco gallo and Tarocco meli ) to select the most suitable one for fresh-cut production. The enzymes studied were: pectinmethylesterase (PME) as index of juiciness loss, ascorbate oxidase (AAO) as index of ascorbic acid's degradation and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) as browning index. As far as we know, the changes of AAO activity during chilled storage of blood-orange fresh-cut slices has not previously reported and studied. Different clones showed different enzymatic activities and quality changes during chilled-storage. In particular a low juiciness loss in orange slices was correlated with a lower PME activity, as described in T. meli clone, while a high degradation of ascorbic acid was correlated with an higher AAO activity, as described in T. gallo clone; PPO activity seemed to have no significant action in quality degradation. Tarocco meli was the most suitable clone to the fresh-cut blood-orange production because it has the lowest enzymatic activity (PME, PPO and AAO) and the highest sensorial quality.  相似文献

Nine commercial potato cultivars have been analyzed in order to detect differences in nutritional quality, considering the balance between nutrients and anti-nutrient compounds present in each. The most important nutrients studied in this paper were: water, starch, free sugars, such as glucose, fructose and sucrose, malic acid, citric acid, ascorbic acid and chlorogenic acid. The anti-nutrients measured included α-solanine, α-chaconine and asparagine. This last compound was added to the anti-nutrient compounds because it is involved in the formation of acrylamide during thermal food processes. From this study, by considering the nutritional quality of each cultivar, we can divide the potato cultivars into three groups, each being suitable for a different technological processes.  相似文献
