Direct analytical methods for solving Poisson equations in computervision problems

Direct analytical methods are discussed for solving Poisson equations of the general form Δu=f on a rectangular domain. Some embedding techniques that may be useful when boundary conditions (obtained from stereo and occluding boundary) are defined on arbitrary contours are described. The suggested algorithms are computationally efficient owing to the use of fast orthogonal transforms. Applications to shape from shading, lightness and optical flow problems are also discussed. A proof for the existence and convergence of the flow estimates is given. Experiments using synthetic images indicate that results comparable to those using multigrid can be obtained in a very small number of iterations

分析了现有汽车报警器的缺点,详细阐述了基于CB220的GSM汽车报警器的系统设计,硬件设计和软件设计.发射部分采用GSM编码.该报警器利用可编程PLC器件CB220的性价比,使用支持GSM的专用通信模块,具有防盗拷能力佳、网络容量大、手机号码资源丰富、通话清晰、稳定性强不易受干扰、信息灵敏、通话死角少、手机耗电量低的优点.

Delay-Dependent Approaches to Globally Exponential Stability for Recurrent Neural Networks

This brief deals with the stability analysis problem for recurrent neural networks with delay. An improved stability condition is derived to guarantee the existence of the unique equilibrium point and its globally exponential stability, which is shown with novel methods. Both delay-dependent and delay-independent stability conditions are obtained. Expressed in terms of LMIs, they can be checked using the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toolbox. Examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and the reduced conservatism of the analysis results.     

Effect of EM Bokashi application on control of secondary soil salinization

In order to ameliorate saline-alkaline soil, EM Bokashi has been applied to rice production in conjunction with subdrainage in Ningxia Autonomous Region and Zhejiang Province. The preliminary results can be summarized as follows： EM Bokashi can increase soil organic matter content, improve soil porosity and permeability, and raise the soil＇s levels of available nutrients; and EM Bokashi combined with subdrainage treatment is more effective in controlling secondary soil salinization and raising the grain yield and quality than other treatments. The results suggest that EM Bokashi can reduce the necessary amount of chemical fertilizer application, thereby improving the agricultural environment, and that the introduction of EM Bokashi into systems of secondary soil salinization control systems has resulted in significant benefits.
