Studies toward the synthesis of the shark repellent pavoninin-5

Sharks are the most dangerous predators of people in the sea, resulting in people being mauled and killed each year. A shark repellent could help to diminish this danger. The aglycone of the shark repellent pavoninin-5, (25R)-cholest-5-en-3β,15α,26-triol (5a), was synthesized from diosgenin (9). Removing mercury from the Clemmensen reduction of 9 gave a higher yield of (25R)-cholest-5-en-3β,16β,26-triol, 10a, and was also more environmentally friendly. Attempted methods for the transposition of the C-16β hydroxyl to the 15α position are described. A successful method for this transposition via the 15α-hydroxy-16-ketone, 8a, using the Barton deoxygenation reaction on the 16-alcohol 14b, is reported.     

新型GeSe2-Ga2Se3-KI系统硫卤玻璃形成的研究

开发了有高含量碱金属离子的新型硫化物玻璃.合成了GeSe2-Ga2Se3-KI系统的玻璃样品.研究了该系统的玻璃形成区并用孤对电子理论进行了解释.讨论了Ga2Se3和KI对玻璃形成能力的影响.给出了该系统玻璃的密度、特性温度、Raman和可见一红外光谱等.实验结果表明:该系统具有较广的玻璃形成区,某些组成,如摩尔组成为50 GeSe2 25Ga2Se3 25KI的样品具有良好的热学和光学性质,其表征热稳定性的特征温度差大于120K,玻璃透光范围从590nm到14.2μm.     

Coverage enhancement by using the mobility of mobile sensor nodes

Coverage is a fundamental problem in sensor networks. Sensor coverage, which reflects how well a sensor network is monitored by sensors, is an important measure for the quality of service (QoS) that a sensor network can provide. In mobile sensor networks, the mobility of sensor nodes can be utilized to enhance the coverage of the network. Since the movement of sensor nodes will consume much energy, this mobility of sensor nodes should be properly managed by some pre-defined schemes or protocols. By noticing this issue, some existing works have proposed several movement-assisted sensor deployment schemes. These works assume that the target field is a 2-dimensional space. In this paper, we study a generalized case of this problem whereby the target field can be a space which ranges from 1-dimensional to 3-dimensional. Two variations of the movement-assisted sensor deployment problem with different optimization objectives were formulated. We identify a set of basic attributes which can be used as guidelines for designing movement-assisted sensor deployment schemes. Based on these attributes, we propose efficient algorithms for both variants of the movement-assisted sensor deployment problem.     

含糖聚合物在药物释放应用中的新进展

含糖聚合物因其优良的亲水性和生物相容性成为近期研究的热点,并且被广泛应用于生物医药领域。综述了含糖聚合物作为药物缓释载体应用的新进展。     

肌氨酸钠的合成研究

研究了合成肌氨酸钠的新方法，在优化合成条件的基础上，确定了此合成方法的最佳工艺条件：n羟基乙腈：n甲胺（物质的量比）为1：1．10－1：1．15；nNaOH:n羟基乙腈（物质的量比）为1：1．46－1：1．56；综合反应温度为10℃；水解温度为90－100℃；缩合反应滴加后的反应时间为1h。并且得出了较高的收率。     

高分子量聚氯乙烯树脂增塑,填充体系的物理力学性能研究

本文研究聚合度及增塑剂、填充剂用量对高分子量聚氯乙烯（ＨＭＷＰＶＣ）树脂物理力学性能的影响规律，并将国内外ＨＭＷＰＶＣ树脂以及ＨＭＷＰＶＣ与通用型ＰＶＣ树脂进行了性能对比。结果表明，ＨＭＷＰＶＣ增塑、填充体系的拉什强度、撕裂强度冲击回弹性及压缩永久形变等物理力学性能均随聚合度的提高而有所增加，而且各项性能均优于通用型ＰＶＣ树脂，可有效地用作橡胶代用品。分子量相同的国内外ＨＭＷＰＶＣ树脂物理力学性能基本相同。但是，后者随着增塑剂用量的增加，弹性比前者有所提高；随着填充剂用量的增加，性能变化比前者缓慢．增加填充剂用量以降低制品的体积成本。笔者还时两者物理力学性能的差异与颗粒形态之间的关系进行了探讨。

核电工程项目调试工期的影响因素与优化

调试启动工作是核电工程项目进度控制中非常重要的环节,对整个工程的顺利投入运行有着重要的作用。如果调试工期过长,则会导致核电工程不能按期交付使用,从而对整个核电工程的进度造成影响。主要探讨了核电工程项目调试工期的影响因素和优化措施。     

聚氨丙基苯基倍半硅氧烷与氢氧化镁协同阻燃尼龙6

采用氢氧化镁[Mg（OH）2]复配聚氨丙基苯基倍半硅氧烷（PAPSQ）阻燃改性尼龙6（PA6），测定了阻燃PA6的极限氧指数（LOI），利用锥形量热仪测定了阻燃PA6的释热速率、总释热量、质量损失速率等多种参数，并用扫描电镜（SEM）观察了阻燃PA6残炭的形貌。实验表明，当Mg（0H）2的质量分数为40％，PAPSQ质量分数为5％时，PA6的LOI为41％，垂直燃烧通过UL94V-0级，PA6的释热速率、总释热量和质量损失速率均明显下降，PAPSQ与Mg（OH）2复配对PA6有协同阻燃效果。
