The paper focuses on the application possibilities of the newly presented voltage differencing active building block called voltage differencing differential difference amplifier. Using this active element, a multifunction frequency filter is designed featuring the possibility of mutually independent control of quality factor Q and characteristic frequency \(\omega _0\) by means of active elements. The structure of the filter is based on the idea of the Akerberg-Mossberg (AM) filter, i.e. the integrators in the structure are always realized only by two active elements. This fact results in better phase compensation for the filter. Compared to the AM opamp based filter, the newly proposed structure features high-impedance inputs, low-impedance output, and all basic frequency responses. The performance of the proposed structure has been verified by SPICE simulations using the TSMC \(0.18\,\upmu \hbox {m}\) level-7 SCN018 CMOS process parameters with \(\pm 0.9\,\hbox {V}\) supply voltage.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Mechanization of Rosa damascena flower harvest is limited because of the asynchronous flowering period, the necessity for the harvest operation to take place in the early hour of the morning, and a lack of knowledge regarding the physical–mechanical properties of R. damascena. This study investigated the effect of harvesting hour on some physical–mechanical properties of R. damascena. RESULTS: The terminal velocity of the rose flower ranged from 4.00 to 2.38 m s?1. The highest picking force was found to be 6.29 N for the harvesting hour of 06:00 am. Tear forces of petal changed from 1.54 to 0.97 N for the harvesting hour of 06:00 am and 12:00 pm, respectively. The tension force of pedicel varied between 8.25 and 7.76 N. The weight of the rose flower was measured as an average of 1.61 and 1.50 g at 06:00 am and 12:00 pm, respectively. Horizontal and vertical projection areas of rose flowers were positively correlated with harvesting hour, with an R2 of 0.97 and 0.75, respectively. Results showed that there was a minor loss in colour for both inner and outer surfaces of petals. CONCLUSION: The results of physical–mechanical properties of R. damascena obtained from this study should be considered for the operation of flower harvest mechanization. Energy and exergy analysis were carried out for a combined‐cycle power plant by using the data taken from its units in operation to analyse a complex energy system more thoroughly and to identify the potential for improving efficiency of the system. In this context, energy and exergy fluxes at the inlet and the exit of the devices in one of the power plant main units as well as the energy and exergy losses were determined. The results show that combustion chambers, gas turbines and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) are the main sources of irreversibilities representing more than 85% of the overall exergy losses. Five blue jays received 160 successive reversal training (SRT) problems and were then tested on 96 learning set (LS) problems. During LS testing, SRT birds performed at higher levels than did 5 jays that had received an equivalent amount of experience on a single problem (SP), but they performed at lower levels than did 5 jays that had received 160 previous LS problems. In addition, the SP birds performed better than did naive birds that were given LS testing directly after pretraining. Analyses of the effects of the Trial 1 outcome indicated that win-stay strategy learning may have produced the SP transfer and that lose-shift learning definitely contributed to SRT transfer. Results strongly support the conclusion that the learning of a win-stay, lose-shift response strategy underlies LS performance in blue jays. A simple model of image formation in a Newtonian telescope was used for calculating an analytical formula, that describes the geometric compression form factors of coaxial and biaxial lidars. Calculations were successfully validated by comparison with real measurements, confirming the accuracy of our approach. The need for different alignment of coaxial and biaxial systems to increase the overlap between the lidar emitter and receiver is also discussed.  相似文献

The spectroscopic ellipsometry of lamellar gratings made of lossless dielectric materials is studied numerically by using the rigorous coupled-wave method with the use of Li's Fourier factorization rules [J. Opt. Soc. Am. A 13, 1870 (1996)], which are known to improve the convergence on the analyses of metallic gratings. Numerical results show that the calculation method also provides fast convergence on lossless gratings, and accurate values of the ellipsometric angles are obtained in very short computation times. Moreover, estimation of grating parameters is investigated by using a cost function defined by the average distance on the Poincaré sphere, and it is shown that the computation required for accurate estimation is possible in reasonable computation time.  相似文献

In this study, wheat grain and wheat spike with 12%, 14% and 16% moisture content were stored at 10, 20 and 30 °C for 0, 3, 6 and 9 months. After storage, wheat samples were investigated for hectolitre weight, gluten content, Zeleny sedimentation volume, enzyme activity, acidity, phytic acid and L colour value. Storage of wheat at different storage forms (spike and grain) and storage conditions showed considerable changes in grain quality. In general, the storage period of 3 months positively affected wheat quality. However, hectolitre weight, gluten, Zeleny sedimentation, enzyme activity, acidity and colour of wheat got worse at storage periods beyond 3 months. Hectolitre weight, wet and dry gluten, Zeleny sedimentation, phytic acid content and L Colour value of wheat stored in both spike and grain form significantly decreased during storage. However, the increase in grain moisture content, storage time and temperature resulted in significant increase in total titratable acidity and falling number values of wheat. Falling Number and phytic acid values of wheat stored in spike form were generally lower than wheat stored in grain form. Storage in spike form had a positive effect on especially wet gluten content of wheat stored at non-optimal storage conditions such as high grain moisture content and high temperature. Wet gluten of wheat stored in spike form was higher than that of wheat stored grain form after storage at 30 °C for 6 and 9 months. Wheat stored in spike form is more resistant than wheat stored in grain form against adverse storage conditions such as high moisture content and temperature and longer storage time.  相似文献
