We investigated single damascene integration with Porous MSQ (Methyl-Silsesqui-oxane, k value is 2.3) and Spin on Low k MSQ (k value is 2.9) as hard mask on Porous MSQ. Mechanical property of Low k material is improved by Electron Beam (EB) Cure technology. And also One time cure of stacked Low k is successful without any problem. On integration issue of Low k material, we demonstrated low damage resist strip process by using reducing gas chemistry and clarified mechanism of new Cu corrosion mode during CMP process.  相似文献

We are developing a bioreactor system for treating dioxin-contaminated soil or water using the dioxin-degrading fungus, Pseudallescheria boydii (P. boydii). In order to design the bioreactor system, this study estimated the rate at which P. boydii degraded 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (2,3,7,8-TCDD), which is the most toxic of the dioxins. The experimental results showed that P. boydii degraded 2,3,7,8-TCDD during its logarithmic growth phase, using glucose as a carbon source for growth, and that the growth of P. boydii was not affected by 2,3,7,8-TCDD concentrations usually found at contaminated sites. These results were then used to apply successfully an existing mathematical model to the degradation of 2,3,7,8-TCDD by P. boydii. This allowed an estimation of the rate of degradation of 2,3,7,8-TCDD by P. boydii that can be used in the design of the bioreactor system.  相似文献

In a series of in vitro culture experiments using the murine macrophage-like cell line, J774.1, we investigated the ability of 46 different Lactococcus lactis strains to induce production of the cytokines interleukin (IL)-6, IL-12 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha. The extent of induction of IL-6, IL-12 and TNF-alpha was strain-specific and was not related to subspecies, biovariety, or the source of the isolate. When incubated with a high concentration of viable cells of some lactococcal strains, J774.1 cells hardly produced cytokines in which case the percentage of J774.1 cells that were double-stained with the apoptosis probe FITC-labeled annexin V and propidium iodide was significantly increased. This finding suggests that perturbation of cytokine induction is due to the cytotoxic effects of these strains. On the other hand, when incubated with living cells of other strains, even at a high concentration, J774.1 cells produced IL-6, IL-12 and TNF-alpha. In these cases, FITC-labeled annexin V interacted with these cells, suggesting that incubation with these strains causes phosphatidylserine to be exposed at the cell surface. The ability of these strains to induce TNF-alpha, but not IL-6 and IL-12, was lost after heat treatment, suggesting that the stimulus required for TNF-alpha induction is heat sensitive and is different from those required for IL-6 and IL-12 induction. The specificity of cytokine induction by different lactococci is discussed in terms of interaction of non-pathogenic bacteria with macrophages, as well as the implications for the use of lactococci as probiotics.  相似文献

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous non-coding small RNAs that can regulate the expression of complementary mRNA targets. Identifying tissue-specific miRNAs is the first step toward understanding the biological functions of miRNAs, which include the regulation of tissue differentiation and the maintenance of tissue identity. In this study, we performed small RNA library sequencing in adult mouse testis and ovary to reveal their characteristic organ- and gender-specific profiles and to elucidate the characteristics of the miRNAs expressed in the reproductive system. We obtained 10,852 and 11 744 small RNA clones from mouse testis and ovary respectively (greater than 10,000 clones per organ), which included 6630 (159 genes) and 10,192 (154 genes) known miRNAs. A high level of efficiency of miRNA library sequencing was achieved: 61% (6630 miRNA clones/10,852 small RNA clones) and 87% (10,192/11,744) for adult mouse testis and ovary respectively. We obtained characteristic miRNA signatures in testis and ovary; 55 miRNAs were detected highly, exclusively, or predominantly in adult mouse testis and ovary, and discovered two novel miRNAs. Male-biased expression of miRNAs occurred on the X-chromosome. Our data provide important information on sex differences in miRNA expression that should facilitate studies of the reproductive organ-specific roles of miRNAs.  相似文献

Recently, torsional oscillator (Yamamoto et al. in Phys. Rev. Lett. 93:075302, 2004) and ultrasound (Kobayashi et al. in AIP Conf. Proc. 128:797, 2007) measurements were carried out for pressurized 4He filled in a nanoporous glass (Gelsil), and the superfluid transition temperature T C shows a different pressure dependence. Thus motivated, we have performed simultaneous measurements with a torsional oscillator and with ultrasound for pressurized 4He in Gelsil. T C is in agreement between the two techniques at all pressures, and the superfluid component above 0.5 K shows most of the same temperature dependence. Furthermore, it was found that the χ-factor (the fraction of superfluid which remains locked to the substrate ) is independent of measuring frequency between the torsional oscillator (kHz-order) and the ultrasound (MHz-order) ranges.  相似文献

BiFeO? (BFO) single crystals were grown and the effects of Zn and Mn co-doping on the polarization and leakage current properties were investigated at 25 °C for establishing materials design based on defect chemistry. Although Zn doping or Mn doping led to a deterioration in the properties, Zn-Mn co-doping led to a large remanent polarization (36 μC/ cm2), a low coercive field (19 kV/cm), and a relatively low leakage current density (~10?? A/cm2). It is proposed that defect dipoles composed of Zn2+ and Mn?+ act as effective nucleation sites for ferroelectric domains during polarization switching in BFO crystals.  相似文献

A UV Rayleigh-Mie scattering lidar has been developed for daytime measurement of temperature and aerosol optical properties in the troposphere. The transmitter is a narrowband, injection-seeded, pulsed, third-harmonic Nd:YAG laser at an eye-safe wavelength of 355 nm. Two Fabry-Perot etalons (FPEs) with a dual-pass optical layout filter the molecular Rayleigh scattering components spectrally for retrieval of the temperature and provide a high rejection rate for aerosol Mie scattering in excess of 43 dB. The Mie signal is filtered with a third FPE filter for direct profiling of aerosol optical properties. The Mie scattering component in the Rayleigh signals, which will have influence on temperature measurements, is corrected by using a measure of aerosol scattering because of the relative insufficiency of Mie rejection of Rayleigh filters in the presence of dense aerosols or clouds, and the Mie rejection capability of system is thus improved. A narrowband interference filter is incorporated with the FPEs to block solar radiation. Also, the small field of view (0.1 mrad) of the receiver and the UV wavelength used enhance the ability of the lidar to suppress the solar background signal in daytime measurement. The system is relatively compact, with a power-aperture product of 0.18 W m(-2), and has a high sensitivity to temperature change (0.62%/K). Lidar measurements taken under different weather conditions (winter and summer) are demonstrated. Good agreement between the lidar and the radiosonde measurements was obtained in terms of lapse rates and inversions. Statistical temperature errors of less than 1 K up to a height of 2 km are obtainable, with an averaging time of approximately 12 min for daytime measurements.  相似文献

A novel trypsin-encapsulation technique using the sol-gel method was developed for the preparation of an on-line enzyme reactor integrated into capillary electrophoresis. Trypsin was encapsulated in tetramethoxysilane-based hydrogel, and its enzymatic activity was evaluated using alpha-N-benzoyl-L-arginine ethyl ester and two peptides (bradykinin and [Ter8]-bradykinin). The enzyme encapsulation was carried out in a single step under mild conditions within a capillary, and 1.5-cm gel was formed at the inlet of the capillary. The resultant monolithic reactor showed excellent enzymatic activity, which was approximately 700 times higher than that in free solution, without stopping the flow. Separation of the unreacted substrates and products in the same capillary also showed high selectivity, and sample size in this system decreased 3 orders of magnitude from conventional tryptic reaction schemes. The encapsulated trypsin maintains its substrate specificity even in a sol-gel matrix. Furthermore, the encapsulated trypsin exhibits increased stability even after continuous use compared to that in free solution.  相似文献

Application of a dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine (DPPZ)-type metal complex as an DNA electrochemical probe was studied. The introduction of electron-donating groups (NH2) was effective for controlling the redox potential and binding affinities of the DPPZ-type osmium complex. The [Os(DA-bpy)2DPPZ]2+ complex (DA-bpy; 4,4'-diamino-2,2'-bipyridine) had a lower half-wave potential (E 1/2) of 147 mV (vs Ag/AgCl) and higher binding affinity with DNA (binding constant, K = 3.1 x 10(7) M(-1)) than those of other complexes. With a single-stranded DNA immobilized gold electrode, the hybridization signal (deltaI) of the [Os(DA-bpy)2DPPZ]2+ complex was linear in the concentration range of 1.0 pg mL(-1) - 0.12 microg mL(-1) for the targeted DNA with a regression coefficient of 0.999. The detection limit was 0. 1 pg mL(-1). The 400-bp yAL3 gene was also detected with good sensitivity and selectivity using the [Os(DA-bpy)2DPPZ]2+ complex.  相似文献
