利用电子束和氮离子、氢离子注入处理普通鸡冠花干种子,试验结果表明,两种诱变处理均能显著抑制鸡冠花植株的生长、发育,并能有效地诱发花性状变异,变异株率可达0.5%—2%。电子束处理鸡冠花干种子的半致死剂量(LD50)经测定为1.2kGy左右;离子注入处理的半致死剂量随注入离子种类不同而不同,N 注入的半致死剂量(LD50)为1.6×1017/cm2,H 注入的半致死剂量应低于1.6×1016/cm2。鸡冠花干种子电子束处理的适宜剂量为1.5kGy左右,离子注入处理的适宜方法是N 1.6×1016/cm2。同时鸡冠花对高剂量辐照较不敏感,是一种耐强辐照的资源。  相似文献

The Y2O3: Yb3 , Er3 microstructures were fabricated by a hydrothermal method without surfactants.The microstructures structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM,KYKY 1000B).The up-conversion luminescence spectra were studied under 978 nm laser diode excitation.In Yb3 and Er3 codoped Y2 O3 microcrystals, the relative intensity of green emission became stronger as the morphology of sample changed from wires to films.  相似文献

A nonlinear method named detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) was utilized to investigate the scaling behavior of the human electroencephalogram (EEG) in three emotional music conditions (fear, happiness, sadness) and a rest condition (eyes-closed). The results showed that the EEG exhibited scaling behavior in two regions with two scaling exponents β1 and β2 which represented the complexity of higher and lower frequency activity besides α band respectively. As the emotional intensity decreased the value of β1 increased and the value of β2 decreased. The change of β1 was weakly correlated with the 'approach-withdrawal' model of emotion and both of fear and sad music made certain differences compared with the eyes-closed rest condition. The study shows that music is a powerful elicitor of emotion and that using nonlinear method can potentially contribute to the investigation of emotion.  相似文献

A solution method suitable for the multi-threaded simulation ofmechanical systems represented in Cartesian coordinates isproposed and analyzed. In a state-space framework for thesolution of the Differential Algebraic Equations (DAE) ofMultibody Dynamics, the position/velocity stabilization and theacceleration computation are based on iterative solvers applied toequivalent reduced problems. The most in-depth computationalaspect analyzed is the preconditioning, i.e., the direct solutionof the reduced systems. Provided a topology index reduction is first applied to the model, the effort for the direct solution of the reduced systems is shown to be of order O(N J ), where N J is the number of joints in the model. The recurring theme of thepaper is the central role that the topology of the mechanicalsystem plays in the overall performance of the numericalsimulation. Based on the topology of the model, parallelcomputational threads can be established to start in the equationformulation and continue through the iterative numericalalgorithms employed for the numerical solution. Task schedulingthese parallel threads is expected to redeem real-time performancefor certain classes of complex applications.  相似文献

The present study was aimed at understanding the response of 2014 Al alloy dispersed with graphite particles in various corrosive environments. Marine (sodium chloride) as well as acidic media were selected for the purpose with a view to widen the range of utility of the composite for applications where such environments may be encountered. Studies were also extended to characterize the corrosion resistance of the composite in fresh as well as used lubricating oils to explore the possibilities of using it in bearing, bushing and such other applications. The corrosion behaviour of the base alloy processed under identical conditions was also examined in the above media to see the influence of graphite addition in the alloy. In order to assess the role of the matrix microstructure, the composite as well as the base alloy was subjected to corrosion in heat-treated as well as-cast conditions. It was observed that the specimens suffered from the maximum rate of corrosion in acid, while sodium chloride produced the minimum corrosion rate. Oil in both used and fresh conditions revealed a negligibly small extent of corrosion. The composite was found to show a higher rate of corrosion than the base alloy under identical test conditions. This was attributed to the dispersoid/matrix interfacial corrosion in the case of the graphitic aluminium alloy. Heat treatment of the composite and the base alloy was found to lower the rate of corrosion in the environments tested. Microstructural modifications of the matrix and possible relief of residual stresses were thought to be responsible for the lower rate of corrosion in the heat-treated condition.  相似文献

Many combinatorial optimization problems are solved by a sequence of network flow computations on a network whose edge capacities are given as a function of a parameter λ. Recently Galloet al. [7] made a major advance in solving such parametric flow problems. They showed that for an important class of networks, calledmonotone parametric flow networks, a sequence ofO(n) flow computations could be solved in the same worst-case time bound as a single flow. However, these results require one of two special assumptions: either that the λ values are presented in increasing or decreasing order; or that the edge capacity functions are affine functions of λ. In this paper we show how to remove both of these assumptions while obtaining the same running times as in [7]. This observation generalizes and unifies the two major results of [7], and allows its ideas to be applied to many new combinatorial problems. Of greatest importance, it allows the efficient application of binary search and successive binary search to a sequence of network flow problems.  相似文献
