The competing strategies between OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) and non-OPEC producers make the oil supply market a complex system, and thus, it is very difficult to model and to make predictions. In this paper, we combine the macro-model based on game theory and micro-model to propose a new approach for forecasting oil supply. We take into account the microscopic behaviour in the clearing market and also use the game relationships to adjust oil supplies in our approach. For the supply model, we analyse and consider the different behaviour of non-OPEC and OPEC producers. According to our analysis, limiting the oil supply, and thus maintaining oil price, is the best strategy for OPEC in the low-price scenario, while the rising supply is the best strategy in the high-price scenario. No matter what the oil price is, the dominant strategy for non-OPEC producers is to increase their oil supply. In the high-price scenario, OPEC will try to deplete non-OPEC’s share in the oil supply market, which is to OPEC’s advantage. 相似文献

Approximations for general fractional order dynamic systems are of much theoretical and practical interest. In this paper, a new approximate method for fractional order integrator is proposed. The poles of the approximate model are unrelated to the order of integrator. This feature shows benefits on extending the algorithm to the systems containing various fractional orders. Then a unified approximate method is derived for general fractional order linear or nonlinear dynamic systems via combining the proposed new method with the distributed frequency model approach. Two chemically modified starch derivatives, crosslinked amino starch (CAS) and dithiocarbamates modified starch (DTCS), were prepared and used for the removal of Cu(II) from aqueous solutions. CAS was found to be effective for the adsorption of Cu(II), which tended to form a stable amine complex. Adsorption of Cu(II) onto DTCS was higher than that onto CAS. Experiments showed that the adsorption processes of Cu(II) on both CAS and DTCS were endothermic, and followed Freundlich isothermal adsorption. For both adsorbents, dynamic modeling of their adsorption showed that the first‐order reversible kinetic model described the adsorption process. The adsorption rate constants of CAS and DTCS were 1.578 and 10.32 h?1, respectively. From the results of the thermodynamic analysis, free energy ΔG, enthalpy ΔH, and entropy ΔS of the adsorption process were calculated. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Poly(N‐vinyl‐γ‐sodium aminobutyrate‐co‐sodium acrylate) (VSA–SA)/polysulfone (PS) composite membranes were prepared for the separation of CO2. VSA–SA contained secondary amines and carboxylate ions that could act as carriers for CO2. At 20°C and 1.06 atm of feed pressure, a VSA–SA/PS composite membrane displayed a pure CO2 permeation rate of 6.12 × 10?6 cm3(STP)/cm2 s cmHg and a CO2/CH4 ideal selectivity of 524.5. In experiments with a mixed gas of 50 vol % CO2 and 50 vol % CH4, at 20°C and 1.04 atm of feed pressure, the CO2 permeation rate was 9.2 × 10?6 cm3 (STP)/cm2 s cmHg, and the selectivity of CO2/CH4 was 46.8. Crosslinkages with metal ions were effective for increasing the selectivity. Both the selectivity of CO2 over CH4 and the CO2 permeation rate had a maximum against the carrier concentration. The high CO2 permeation rate originated from the facilitated transport mechanism, which was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared with attenuated total reflectance techniques. A series of polyimide–silica hybrid films with silica contents up to 30 wt % were successfully prepared by the sol‐gel reaction of tetraethoxysiliane in the presence of poly(amic acid) containing pendent hydroxyl groups. The films were yellow and transparent when the silica content was less than 11 wt %. The chemical structure of the films was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the morphology of the films was investigated by scanning electronic microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and stress–strain tests were used to measure the performance of the films. The results indicate that the glass‐transition temperatures and decomposition temperatures of the hybrid films increased with increasing silica content, whereas the tensile strength had a maximum with the variety of silica contents. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
