Ni,Cr, and Fe surfaces corroded by molten ZnCl2

Understanding the corrosion of molten ZnCl₂ on metal surfaces is significant for the corrosion protection of metals, sustainable use of molten salts, preparation of ZnO coatings, and so on. In this paper, surfaces of pure Ni, Cr, and Fe corroded by molten ZnCl₂ were investigated. The results show that Ni suffered very slight corrosion, while Cr experienced more serious corrosion than Ni, but lighter corrosion than Fe. The morphology of the corrosion of Cr and Fe, respectively, presented pitting and intergranular corrosion characteristics. Furthermore, nanostructured ZnO coatings were obtained on the surfaces of Ni and Fe, but not on the surface of Cr. The ZnO coating on the Ni surface was doped with a small amount of Zn₅(OH)₈Cl₂, and the ZnO coating on the Fe surface was doped with ZnFe₂O₄ and Zn₂OCl₂. The coatings on the Ni and Fe surfaces had an average thickness of 1.5 and 50 μm, respectively.     

Tuning effect of silicon substitution on magnetic and high frequency electromagnetic properties of R2Fe17 and their composites

In this work, we report the tuning effect of the Si substitution on the magnetic and high frequency electromagnetic properties of R₂Fe₁₇ compounds and their paraffin composites. It is found that the introduction of Si can remarkably improve the magnetic and electromagnetic properties of the R₂Fe₁₇ compounds, making the R₂Fe_17–xSi_x-paraffin composites excellent microwave absorption materials (MAMs). By introducing the Si element, their saturation magnetizations decrease slightly, while much higher Curie temperatures are obtained. Furthermore, better impedance match is reached due to the decrease of the high-frequency permittivity ε′ by about 40%–50%, which finally enhances the performance of the microwave absorption. The peak frequency (f_RL) of the reflection loss (RL) curve moves toward high frequency domain and the qualified bandwidth (QB, RL ≤ ?10 dB) increases remarkably. The maximum QB of 3.3 GHz (12.0–15.3 GHz) is obtained for the Sm_1.5Y_0.5Fe₁₅Si₂-paraffin composite (d = 1.0 mm) and the maximum RL of ?53.6 dB is achieved for Nd₂Fe₁₅Si₂-paraffin composite (d = 2.2 mm), both surpassing most of the reported MAMs. Additionally, a distinguished dielectric microwave absorption peak is observed, which further increases the QB in these composites.     

基于儒可夫斯基变换的涡轮钻具叶片设计及性能分析

为提高涡轮钻具叶片使用性能和创新叶片设计理论,提出了基于儒可夫斯基保角变换法与经典水力翼型相结合的涡轮钻具叶片设计新方法,以?127涡轮钻具叶片为研究对象,运用搭建的涡轮钻具叶型参数化设计平台和自主设计的涡轮钻具性能测试台架,完成了5种翼型的造型设计,研究了5种叶片流场性能,开展了设计叶片的性能测试实验,对比分析了设计叶片与塔里木油田某型在役?127涡轮叶片的实际效能。实验及仿真结果表明,基于新方法设计的NACA-0012翼型加厚叶片在600 r/min转速及15 L/s流量的设计工况下,其单级扭矩达5.83 N·m,较相同条件下某在役?127涡轮的单级扭矩提高约6.4%,级效率提高约1.16%,整体性能有了实质提升。

锂化合物对硫铝酸盐水泥性能的影响分析

硫铝酸盐水泥是近年来广受关注的重要低碳水泥品种,在快速修补和防渗堵漏应用中,需要掺入适宜的促凝剂来满足施工要求.研究了两种锂化合物对硫铝酸盐水泥凝结时间、强度的影响规律,并采用XRD和SEM手段分析水泥水化产物.结果表明,当掺入两种锂化合物之后,硫铝酸盐水泥的凝结时间有明显的降低,并且Li2 CO3对硫铝酸盐水泥的促凝作用比LiOH·H2 O更为显著;硫铝酸盐水泥的小时强度随着Li2 CO3掺量的增加而明显提高,LiOH·H2 O对水泥小时强度的影响并不明显,两种锂化合物均会降低水泥的后期强度;从水化产物的微观分析来看,硫铝酸盐水泥的水化产物种类并不会因掺加锂化合物而有所改变,Li2 CO3对硫铝酸盐水泥的1 d水化有所促进,而LiOH·H2 O不会对水化产物产生明显影响.     

Preparation and polymerization of isopimaric acid derivatives

Isopimaric acid is a typical rosin compound and can account for 30% of the total mass of slash pine rosin. The molecular structure of isopimaric acid derivatives features an unsaturated double bond at the C13 position, opening up the possibility of their industrial polymerization. In this study, isopimaric acid (95.4%), methyl isopimarate (99.5%), and allyl isopimarate (95.1%) were prepared as highly pure monomers. New experimental results are presented and mechanisms based on the investigation of free-radical polymerization under UV irradiation are proposed. New rosin monomers for potential value-added utilization of woody biomass are also identified. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Sci. 2019 , 136, 47817.     

Dynamic Stabilization of DNA Assembly by Using Pyrrole-Imidazole Polyamide

We used N-methylpyrrole (Py)-N-methylimidazole-(Im) polyamide as an exogenous agent to modulate the formation of DNA assemblies at specific double-stranded sequences. The concept was demonstrated on the hybridization chain reaction that forms linear DNA. Through a series of melting curve analyses, we demonstrated that the binding of Py−Im polyamide positively influenced both the HCR initiation and elongation steps. In particular, Py−Im polyamide was found to drastically stabilize the DNA duplex such that its thermal stability approached that of an equivalent hairpin structure. Also, the polyamide served as an anchor between hairpin pairs in the HCR assembly, thus improving the originally weak interstrand stability. We hope that these proof-of-concept results can inspire future use of Py−Im polyamide as a molecular tool to modulate the formation of DNA assemblies.

针对x因子不明确的品质不良,以TFT-LCD某产品不良为例,提出了FDC大数据分析方法。与实际生产过程相结合,经过数据收集和过滤、数据降维和主成分分析过程,找到该品质不良的强相关因子。通过对强关联因子进行DOE实验设计,明确关键因子管控线,提高产品生产力。
