现代工程建设项目信息化管理高效性研究

充分利用信息技术来提高工程项目管理水平，是现代工程建设项目发展的必然趋势，据此，通过论述现代工程建设项目信息化管理的特点和要求，初步阐述了建立工程项目信息化管理模式的方法以及这一模式所具有的功能，进一步分析了如何有效利用信息技术使其在项目管理中体现高效性。     

High-temperature single-crystal 3C-SiC capacitive pressure sensor

Single-crystal 3C-silicon carbide (SiC) capacitive pressure sensors are proposed for high-temperature sensing applications. The prototype device consists of an edge-clamped circular 3C-SiC diaphragm with a radius of 400 /spl mu/m and a thickness of 0.5 /spl mu/m suspended over a 2-/spl mu/m sealed cavity on a silicon substrate. The 3C-SiC film is grown epitaxially on a 100-mm diameter <100> silicon substrate by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition. The fabricated sensor demonstrates a high-temperature sensing capability up to 400/spl deg/C, limited by the test setup. At 400/spl deg/C, the device achieves a linear characteristic response between 1100 and 1760 torr with a sensitivity of 7.7 fF/torr, a linearity of 2.1%, and a hysterisis of 3.7% with a sensing repeatability of 39 torr (52 mbar). A wide range of sensor specifications, such as linear ranges, sensitivities, and capacitance values, can be achieved by choosing the proper device geometrical parameters.     

Micromagnetic Simulation of Magnetization Reversal in SmCo5／Sm2Co17 Magnets

A three-dimensional finite element micromagnetic algorithm was developed to study the magnetization reversal of the SmCo5/Sm2Co17 based magnets. The influences of the microstructure and magnetic parameters on the coercivity were studied based on the model consisting of 64 irregular cells according to the experimental microstructure. Numerical results show that the coercivity increases with increasing the 2: 17-type cell size. Large cell boundary thickness leads to small coercivity. The drop of anisotropy constant of 1:5 phase leads to the coercivity reducing, while the effect of exchange constant of 1 : 5 phase on coercivity is contrary to that of exchange constant. The calculated field dependence of coercivity can be predicted by an inhomogeneous domain - wall pinning model. The microstructure parameter was analyzed by comparing the calculated coercivity.     

Anomalous Magnetic Behavior in Phase-separated La0.5 Sr0.5 MnO3 +δ Films

(001)La0.5 Sr0.5MnO3 δ films on (001)LaA1O3 substrates were prepared by using a RF magnetron sputtering with powder target.At low temperature, the films exhibit two phase coexistence, which means that ferromagnetic (FM) clusters are embedded in antiferromagnetic (AFM) matrix.Moreover, a shift in hysteresis loop is unexpectedly observed in this inhomogeneous system.We suggest that the anomalous hysteresis loop may result from the unidirectional exchange anisotropy at the interface between AFM and FM clusters.     

面向海洋渔业决策支持的信息综合协调研究

时空信息与社会行业非空间信息的综合是资源环境研究和管理的发展方向之一。该文就研究成果阐述基于信息综合的海洋渔政支持系统及其构造,系统有机综合了地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)、管理信息系统(MIS)等技术,对时空信息和社会行业信息进行有机的综合,实现对海洋渔政事务的自动协调处理,进而对渔业多源信息进行综合协调,为海上渔业指挥和调控提供决策支持,从而保障渔业生产安全和资源的可持续利用。     

数字城市遥感信息三维景观生成系统

数字地球是近几年提出的一个重要概念。与此相对应的是数字城市的概念。课题组及时进入了数字城市的研究前沿。该文阐述了数字城市遥感信息三维景观生成系统的初步研究成果,内容主要包括将空中拍摄的遥感图象进行模式识别形成和存储矢量数据,读取数据绘制三维景观,动态显示三维景观等,取得了比较好的效果。     

嵌入式语音识别系统的快速高斯计算实现

在基于隐含马尔可夫模型(HMM)的连续语音识别系统中,模型状态的高斯分布输出概率的计算会占到整个系统计算量的30%到70%。该文基于语音识别在缺乏浮点运算能力的嵌入式系统上的实现,给出了一种快速高斯计算的新方法。该方法使所有模型状态都共享一个有限的高斯输出概率集,以减少计算复杂度,并且无需重新训练模型参数。在嵌入式平台上的实验数据表明,识别速度能获得15%～25%的提高,而且识别率没有大幅降低。     

中国矿物数据库中图像数据最优存储和显示方法的探讨

图像数据是中国矿物数据库的核心部分,其存储和显示方式直接影响着整个数据库的运行速度和性能。文章通过对中国矿物数据库中几种图像数据的存储、显示实现方式的比较,得出了最优的存储和显示方案,并给出了实现图像显示的程序代码,在此基础上又进一步探讨了其他的图像显示方法。     

面向大批量定制的产品族设计技术研究

介绍了产品族与产品平台的概念和特征,分析了典型产品族的设计开发过程,提出了一种适合于大批量定制生产模式的产品族设计框架。分析并指出了目前产品族优化设计研究中的不足,提出了基于主从关联结构的层次优化设计理念以及实现这一理念的方法和模型框架,阐述了模型的学形式——模糊层次优化。     

A microslip model of the bonding process in ultrasonic wire bonders Part I: Transient response

Ultrasonic wire bonders with precision capillary tips are widely used for bonding electrical wires to IC chips and circuits. The industry is driving wire-bonding technology towards increased yields, decreased pitch, and ever decreasing cost. However, many technical and material issues will be involved in achieving these goals, such as bond quality monitoring, new failure modes, reliability problems in new plastic mold compounds, and increasing wire sweep problems, in particular lack of the quantitative understanding and validated mathematical model of the bonding process. In this paper, a microslip model is proposed for the bonding process based on the bonding pattern observed, i.e. the wire is bonded at the periphery while the centre is left unbonded. A bilinear hysteresis restoring force is assumed in the microslip model because of its simplicity. The transient displacement response is calculated, and its pattern shows very good agreement with the experiment.
