We are planning to develop the new Advanced Distribution Automation System (ADAS) equipped with optical communication network and sectionalizer with sensor for more grid reliability and efficiency on maintenance operation. The new system is featured with the function of fault cause or damaged part estimation. The new sectionalizer captures the waveform of electrical line surge originated by fault and the system analyzes the waveform for this function. This paper mainly introduces the system configuration of ADAS and an early stage examination of fault cause estimation technology.  相似文献

We are developing novel ultra light-weight and high-resolution X-ray micro pore optics for space X-ray telescopes. In our method, curvilinear micro pore structures are firstly fabricated by silicon deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) or X-ray LIGA processes. Secondly, side walls of the micro structures are smoothed by magnetic field assisted finishing and/or hydrogen annealing techniques for high reflectivity mirrors. Thirdly, to focus parallel X-ray lights from astronomical objects, these structures are elastically or plastically bent into a spherical shape. Fourthly, the bent structures are stacked to form a multi-stage X-ray telescope. In this paper, we report on fabrication and X-ray reflection tests of silicon and nickel X-ray mirrors using the DRIE and LIGA processes, respectively. For the first time, X-ray reflections were confirmed on both of the mirrors. Estimated rms roughnesses were 5 nm and 3 nm for the silicon and nickel mirrors, respectively.  相似文献

We studied the networks of the temperature record in the atmosphere. They are made by the strength of the synchronization, including the delay between temperatures at locations on Earth. We consider these locations as nodes, and we consider a pair of locations as a link if the synchronization between them is stronger than a threshold. The network is scale-free, which is thought to contribute to the stability of the climate. The reduction of CO2 under hydrothermal conditions has been investigated. In typical experiment, Fe-powder, Ni-powder, solvent, and CO2 have been reacted in a batch-type micro autoclave under hydrothermal conditions for several hours. Methane, formic acid, and hydrogen were generated after treatment in water. With the rise of Ni amount, the methane yield increased while hydrogen and formic acid decreased. It is supposed that Ni has acted as a hydrogenation catalyst. In basic solution, CO2 was converted to formic acid selectively at 300°C involved with trace of methane. Considering the reduction characteristics of formic acid, the reaction pathway has been discussed. In experiments with the mixture of Fe and Fe3O4, trace of methanol was detected at the experiments with less amount of metallic Fe. It is inferred that the control on the effect of reductant is indispensable for oxygenated organic compound formation. Experiment on the effect of water has been conducted using hydrogen. Ethane yield increased with the amount of water, while there was no drastic change in the yield of methane. From these results, it is supposed that the steam reforming reaction of methane was involved in the reduction of CO2, and effected on the C–C bond formation.  相似文献

Solidification of Coal Fly-ash (CFA) has been carried out using a hydrothermal processing method. In the hydrothermal processing, the CFA was first compacted in a mold at 20 - 50 MPa, and then hydrothermally cured in an autoclave. The hydrothermal curing was performed at 150 – 250°C for 15 – 60 h. The experimental results showed that NaOH solution, Ca(OH)2 content, compaction pressure, autoclave curing temperature and time significantly affected the strength of solidified bodies. The most important strength-producing constituent in the solidified bodies produced with CFA was tobermorite, or tobermorite-like calcium silicate hydrate. When the CaO/SiO2 ratio of the starting material was close to 0.83, tobermorite readily formed and the formed tobermorite enhanced the strength of solidified bodies. The tensile strength determined by the Brazilian test reached more than 10 MPa under the hydrothermal processing. As such, the hydrothermal processing method may provide a high potential for recycling CFA on a large scale.  相似文献

This study focuses on an emulsion as a new thermal storage material for ice storage. Two types of emulsions were formed using an oil–water mixture with a small amount of additive. A silicone, light and lump oils were used. The water contents of the emulsions were 70, 80 and 90%. The additive was an amino group modified silicone oil. No depression of freezing point was observed for the emulsions because of their hydrophobic properties. In order to determine the structure of the emulsions, their electrical resistances were measured. Moreover, components of the liquids separating from the emulsions were analyzed. The results indicated that one emulsion was a W/O type emulsion, while the other was an O/W type. Finally, adaptability of the two emulsions to ice storage was discussed, it was concluded that a high performance ice slurry could be formed by the W/O type emulsion.  相似文献

TiO2 (anatase) coating was prepared on stainless mesh by electrophoretic (EPD) process utilizing an isopropyl alcohol (IPA)-based suspension with submicron TiO2 powder. When the deposition time was 30 s, a smooth thin coating was obtained. It remained crack-free even after sintering. Coating surface morphology was roughened by UV pre-illumination of the suspension. Photocatalytic decomposition of IPA to acetone and resultant electrochemical reaction at cathode during EPD provides heterogeneous deposition.  相似文献

We are developing transition edge sensor (TES) microcalorimeter arrays for future Japanese astronomy missions. Although 6.6 eV energy resolution for 5.9 keV and 74 μs decay time are achieved, our energy resolution was limited by the excess noise of unknown origin. The dominant noise showed 1/R dependence and it only appeared when the current through the TES, I, is larger than 10 μA. This is explained if we assume a constant voltage noise source with a level of 2(4kTCRn)1/2. We also investigated the influence of I on the TES performance and found the TES sensitivity is reduced when the ratio of current to the critical current I/IC is large. It can explain the reduction of observed when operated without a magnetic shield. We also found a strong correlation between IC and or the baseline width. Thus, we conclude that IC is an essential parameter for the TES performance.  相似文献

We have developed well-controlled processes for the growth and manipulation of carbon nanotubes. The relatively thin multiwalled nanotubes were prepared with high purity by arc discharge with a high gas temperature. In the manipulation of nanotubes, the first crucial process is to prepare a nanotube array, so-called nanotube cartridge. We have found the alternated current electrophoresis of nanotubes by which nanotubes are aligned at the knife-edge of a disposal razor. The second important process is to transfer a nanotube from the nanotube cartridge onto a substrate in a scanning electron microscope. Using this method, we have developed nanotube probes and nanotube tweezers that operate in a scanning probe microscope (SPM). The nanotube probes have been applied for observation of biological samples and industrial samples to clarify their advantages. The nanotube tweezers have been demonstrated for their motion in scanning electron microscope and operated to carry a nanomaterial in a SPM.  相似文献
