像全息的水下应用

基于开发海洋事业的需要，对如何拍摄好水中物体的全息图进行了详细的理论分析，并利用像全息的方法成功拍摄到了一系列富有工艺美感的水下物体的全息图。针对拍摄的全息图进行了细致的定性、定量分析，最后对仪器开发和应用前景作了初步的探讨。     

Experience of pregnancy, delivery, motherhood and knowledge transfer in 3 generations of mothers

The purpose of the study was to describe how three generations of mothers have reacted to their pregnancies and deliveries and also how they feel about their maternity. Furthermore, the purpose was to illustrate the transfer of knowledge from one generation to another. Interviews have been made with three triads of generations, in all nine mothers. A phenomenological-hermeneutic onset has been chosen in order to analyse the narratives of the mothers. In the structural analyses the following themes came to hand: positive experiences/feelings, negative experiences/feelings, internal and external network and knowledge. The life-experiences of the maternity of the mothers were chiefly positive while experiences from pregnancy and childbirth were positive as well as negative. The knowledge of the mothers regarding childbirth and the bringing up of children were mostly conveyed in the everyday-contact during their early years, amongst mother-daughter-granddaughter. For the feeling of a successful experience during pregnancy, delivery and maternity, the internal network as well as the external turned out to be of great importance. In order to even better be able to provide for the needs of the expectant mothers or of those who have recently become mothers, an individual planning of care of both in- and out-patients within maternity- and childwelfare can be valuable.     

基于FPGA的位同步信号提取

同步是通信系统中一个非常重要的实际问题。在同步通信系统中,同步系统性能的降低会导致通信系统性能的降低,甚至使通信系统不能正常工作。因此,同步是信息能够正确可靠地进行传输的前提。介绍一种基于FPGA的锁相环位同步提取技术的原理,并用VHDL语言编程实现,在QuartusⅡ下编译仿真通过,给出仿真波形图。经分析该设计稳定可靠,且能够完成要求。     

The significance of gastric helicobacteriosis in the genesis hemorrhage from duodenal peptic ulcer

Based on a comprehensive analysis of findings from examination and surgical treatment of 196 patients with bleeding pyloroduodenal ulcers, it was found out that patients with concurrent helicobacteriosis of the stomach are prone to more unfavourable course of their illness, which fact is evidenced by a greater loss of blood and higher risk for bleeding recurrences. A classification is proposed by the authors, taking advantage of the data from endoscopic, microscopic and immunoenzymatic techniques, with the purpose of providing an assessment of degree of severity of helicobacteriosis of the stomach.     

Validation of a limited sampling model to determine etoposide area under the curve

STUDY OBJECTIVE: To validate the utility of a previously reported 3-point limited sampling model (LSM) for determining etoposide area under the curve to infinity (AUC(infinity)). DESIGN: Secondary analysis of data from two clinical trials of etoposide. SETTING: University medical center clinical research center. PATIENTS: Thirty-four patients with different malignancies. INTERVENTIONS: Etoposide was administered as a 2-hour infusion to 34 patients. Serial plasma samples were drawn over 24 hours after the infusion and analyzed for etoposide by high-performance liquid chromatography. MEASUREMENTS AND MAIN RESULTS: The 3-point LSM AUC was compared with a 14-point actual AUC calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule. Actual and predicted AUC(infinity) by the LSM were highly correlated (r=0.97, p<0.0001). The LSM predictions had a mean absolute error of 10.9% (95% CI -14.1, -5.3) and a mean error of -9.7% (95% CI 6.9, 14.9). Nine patients with poor AUC(infinity) estimations by the LSM (error > 12%) tended to have abnormally low or high peak concentrations. CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest the development of more robust LSM using other techniques, such as pharmacostatistical models, that can accommodate a greater degree of pharmacokinetic variability.     

维吾尔药材数据仓库模型的研究

对维吾尔药材数据仓库构建中各阶段的模型进行设计。信息包图进行概念模型设计。根据信息包图生成逻辑模型的星形图,进而实现物理模型设计。根据三级模型的设计,利用MicrosoftSQLServer2005创建维吾尔药l材数据仓库维度表和事实表,为方便用户决策分析,利用SQLServerBusinessIntelligenceDevelopmentStudio组件创建了维吾尔药材数据立方体。     

模拟多孔介质中质量输运现象有限颗粒法的应用

有限颗粒法是一种新的颗粒跟踪法,特别适合模拟污染物的运移过程。用有限颗粒法对多孔介质中纵向弥散度进行识别。纵向弥散度是表征含水层中介质弥散特征的重要参数．也是一个很难确定的参数。给出具体算例,并做进一步的讨论。     

利用NoSQL构建高性能全文检索系统

随着互联网的发展,数据的增加越来越快,从海量的信息中快速地提取出用户需求的信息成为新的挑战。传统的方式已经不能完全满足现在的需求,而NoSQL却能够有效地解决这一问题。本文首先分析Lucene的特点以及不足,并利用NoSQL来构建全文检索系统,最后通过实验来检验此架构的性能。     

Excel二次开发在模拟水氡观测中的应用

尝试对Excel工作表进行二次开发,将其应用到台站模拟水氡观测工作当中,可以自动计算出模拟水氡观测的标定、季检结果,需要作图的还可以自动作图,杜绝了人工计算产生的不必要误差,减轻了劳动强度,实现了观测资料的数字化存档,对台站模拟水氡观测日常工作具有很大帮助。经吉林省地震局多个台站使用,Excel工作表自动计算结果与人工计算结果两者完全相符,效果良好。     

层状边坡的地震动输入方法研究

层状边坡是自然界中最常见的边坡之一,研究其动力响应规律对边坡的稳定性评价具有重要意义。为真实模拟弹性波在层状地基中的传播过程,首先建立层状地基的黏弹性人工边界模型,然后根据波动力学理论推导了考虑介质交界面的一次反射的等效荷载计算公式,并通过两层地基算例验证该输入方法的精度;针对层状边坡,采用本文提出的地震动输入方法和一种传统的输入方法分别研究其动力响应规律。研究表明:在两层地基算例中,本文提出的地震动输入方法能较好满足工程抗震的精度要求;在边坡的动力分析中,与传统方法相比,采用本文方法的边坡塑性应变能累积效应更加明显,且动力安全系数相对较小。
