隧道受震破壞調查分析與修復管理案例

就隧道震後之災損模式進行統計與災損原因研判,並利用數值分析方法研判安全性,就結構加固等改善措施之設計考量作詳細說明;另由於隧道結構物的損壞範圍大,且修復經費受限,必須藉由定期檢测進行長期維護管理,以防範意外發生。於此,利用Vidco-GIS自動化影像地理资訊系統之e化新技術,以動態及靜態影像紀錄隧道災損狀況,同時亦整合建置前期設計、施工圖及定期維護等資料,相關成果以資料庫方式纳入日常維護管理,以有限人力有效率地進行維護管理紀錄並随時掌握現況供作決策之明確參考。     

A subunit interaction in chloroplast ATP synthase determined by genetic complementation between chloroplast and bacterial ATP synthase genes

F1F0-ATP synthases utilize protein conformational changes induced by a transmembrane proton gradient to synthesize ATP. The allosteric cooperativity of these multisubunit enzymes presumably requires numerous protein-protein interactions within the enzyme complex. To correlate known in vitro changes in subunit structure with in vivo allosteric interactions, we introduced the beta subunit of spinach chloroplast coupling factor 1 ATP into a bacterial F1 ATP synthase. A cloned atpB gene, encoding the complete chloroplast beta subunit, complemented a chromosomal deletion of the cognate uncD gene in Escherichia coli and was incorporated into a functional hybrid F1 ATP synthase. The cysteine residue at position 63 in chloroplast beta is known to be located at the interface between alpha and beta subunits and to be conformationally coupled, in vitro, to the nucleotide binding site > 40 A away. Enlarging the side chain of chloroplast coupling factor 1 beta residue 63 from Cys to Trp blocked ATP synthesis in vivo without significantly impairing ATPase activity or ADP binding in vitro. The in vivo coupling of nucleotide binding at catalytic sites to transmembrane proton movement may thus involve an interaction, via conformational changes, between the amino-terminal domains of the alpha and beta subunits.     

空心微珠改性硬质聚氯乙烯复合材料的应用研究

经过改性的超细空心微珠可以作为填料加入到硬质聚氯乙烯（PVC－U）树脂中，同时改善PVC树脂的流变性、冲击性能和刚性等性能。研究结果表明，超细空心微珠加入到硬质PVC管材中，可以明显改善PVC硬管的加工流动性能，显著缩短塑化时间，降低最大扭矩。而超细空民微珠加入到硬质PVC板材时，可以提高PVC硬板的冲击性能，减小制品的收缩率，赋予PVC硬板优异的耐腐蚀性能，且产品的各项性能均符合PVC板材国家标准GB／T4454－96。     

Lipase‐catalyzed dynamic kinetic resolution of (R,S)‐fenoprofen thioester in isooctane

A lipase‐catalyzed enantioselective hydrolysis process under in situ racemization of the remaining (R)‐thioetser substrate with trioctylamine as the catalyst was developed for the production of (S)‐fenoprofen from (R,S)‐fenoprofen 2,2,2‐trifluoroethyl thioester in isooctane. Detailed investigations of trioctylamine concentration on the enzyme activation and the kinetic behavior of the thioester in racemization and enzymatic reactions were conducted, in which good agreement between the experimental data and theoretical results was observed. © 2002 Society of Chemical Industry     

连铸机中间罐车行走及升降机构的设计

阐述了中间罐车的设计要求及选型，较详细地分析了行走、升降机构的结构及设计。根据行走机构的特点，提出了２Ｋ－Ｈ型双速行星减速器的设计方法。     

Equivalent Conditions for Convergence of Splittings of Non-Hermitian Indefinite Matrices

We present some sufficient and necessary conditions for convergent splitting of a non-Hermitian indefinite matrix. Some sufficient conditions to determinate a matrix with a (strongly) dominant symmetric part for a class of boundary value problem are also obtained. These results are applicable to identify the convergence of iterative methods for solving large sparse systems of linear equations.     

Decision Support System for Stakeholder Involvement

Stakeholder involvement is essential to the development of a total maximum daily load (TMDL) and its implementation plan. A tool, beyond a simulation model, is needed to support the decision making process that requires negotiation and compromise among stakeholders. The decision support system (DSS) described herein has a TMDL module to calculate various combinations of point and nonpoint loads that can meet the water quality criteria. Its Consensus module allows stakeholders to formulate, evaluate, modify, and vote for alternatives. The DSS displays bar charts for pollution loads from various subwatersheds and attributes the nonpoint loads to land uses. The water quality consequence of the pollution loads is output in maps, which shows sections meeting criteria in green and those not in red. The DSS requires a front end effort of site specific adaptation and model calibration. An Internet-based stakeholder process was developed to allow more concerned citizens to participate in management decisions.     

主动约束层阻尼板结构动力学建模研究

将有限元法和GHM法相结合，给出了建立主动约束层阻尼（ACLD）板结构动力学模型的新方法。建模时，考虑到粘弹材料（VEM）的纵向位移影响，采用GHM方法描述VEM的本构关系，解决了VEM的力学特性随温度和频率变化的难点，避免因VEM的复杂本构关系而产生的微分积分方程。算例表明本文给出的建模方法是准确的，ACLD结构能够有效控制结构振动。
