We have developed a novel electrolytic system for anodic acyloxylation based on the acid–base reactions between acetic acid or trifluoroacetic acid and solid-supported bases. On the basis of the electrolytic system, anodic acyloxylation of organic compounds, which even have considerably high oxidation potentials, was successfully carried out to provide the corresponding acyloxylated products in moderate to excellent yields. Furthermore, it was found that silica gel supported bases are not only chemically stable under acidic conditions but also electrochemically stable and thus reusable for many times.  相似文献

Poly(L ‐lactic acid) (PLLA), poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL), and their films without or blended with 50 wt% poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) were prepared by solution casting. Porous films were obtained by water‐extraction of PEG from solution‐cast phase‐separated PLLA‐blend‐PCL‐blend‐PEG films. The effects of PLLA/PCL ratio on the morphology of the porous films and the effects of PLLA/PCL ratio and pores on the physical properties and biodegradability of the films were investigated. The pore size of the blend films decreased with increasing PLLA/PCL ratio. Polymer blending and pore formation gave biodegradable PLLA‐blend‐PCL materials with a wide variety of tensile properties with Young's modulus in the range of 0.07–1.4 GPa and elongation at break in the range 3–380%. Pore formation markedly increased the PLLA crystallinity of porous films, except for low PLLA/PCL ratio. Polymer blending as well as pore formation enhanced the enzymatic degradation of biodegradable polyester blends. Copyright © 2006 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

A novel 1.3?m InGaAsP/lnP distributed-feedback buried-heterostructure laser diode on p-type InP substrate has been developed utilising a dopant diffusion technique. The laser has achieved a threshold current as low as 20 mA and high output power of 32 mW under CW and SLM operation.  相似文献

Two-dimensional transient analyses of GaN MESFETs and AlGaN/GaN HEMTs are performed in which a deep donor and a deep acceptor are considered in a semi-insulating buffer layer. Calculated transient characteristics are compared between the two FETs, and it is shown that the deep levels affect the results essentially in a similar way. Quasi-pulsed I–V curves are derived from the transient characteristics, and are compared with steady-state I–V curves. It is shown that so-called current slump is more pronounced when the deep-acceptor density in the buffer layer is higher and when an off-state drain voltage is higher, because trapping effects become more significant. It is suggested that to minimize current slump in GaN-based FETs, an acceptor density in a semi-insulating GaN layer should be made low.  相似文献

The FEMAXI-IV code is an extension of the earlier version FEMAXI-III. The primary improvement in the new version is the provision for treating the fuel rod behavior during an operational transient. For this purpose, the time-dependent models are used for heat conduction, fission gas release, and mixing of the released gas with the plenum gas.In FEMAXI-IV, the fission gas release model was thoroughly revised from the previous version. It is based on the fission gas release model presented by White and Tucker. The model takes into account the following mechanisms:
• - diffusion of gas atoms to the grain boundary;
• - sweeping of gas atoms by grain growth;
• - precipitation of gas atoms into intragranular gas bubbles;
• - resolution of gas atoms from intragranular and grain boundary gas bubbles;
• - fission gas release due to bubble interconnection.
The model was incorporated into FEMAXI-IV and code calculations were compared with the fission gas release data obtained in the Inter-Ramp and Over-Ramp experiments.This paper describes the fission gas release model involved and results of calculations.  相似文献

The aim of work was evaluation of voice pathology in patients with allergic rhinitis. Larynx organic pathology were found in 75% patients with coexisting allergic rhinitis in the form of Reinke's oedema, chronic hypertrophic laryngitis, larynx polyp and vocal nodules. It caused serious voice pathology (dysphonia) which was confirmed by an objective spectrographic method. Larynx organic pathology was not in 15% patients. In these cases rhinophonia was found in consequence of resonance nasal defect.  相似文献

The low threshold current of 9 mA, the high side-mode suppression ratio of more than 45 dB, the extremely narrow spectral linewidth of 1.1 MHz, and the low chirping of 2.8 Å at -20 dB at 2 Gb/s nonreturn to zero (NRZ) modulation have been achieved in the multiple quantum well (MQW) distributed feedback (DFB) p-substrate partially inverted buried heterostructure (PPIBH) laser diode. The spectral linewidth of 1.1 MHz is the narrowest value among 300-μm-length solitary laser diodes. These results suggest that the MQW-DFB laser diodes are a promising light source for longer distance and higher bit-rate optical communication systems and coherent optical communication systems  相似文献

Summary The binding of fibrinogen with heparin and dextran sulfates, and of antithrombin III with heparin and dextran sulfate were investigated by sedimentation velocity method. From the measurement of fibrinogen-acidic polysaccharide systems, it was confirmed that heparin and low molecular weight dextran sulfate(DSC) forms soluble complexes with fibrinogen, though the amount bound of the latter was rather small compared with high molecular weight dextran sulfate(DSD). Antithrombin III was also found to be bound by heparin and DSC. The numbers of heparin molecules bound to one molecule of fibrinogen and antithrombin III were estimated to be 4.2 and 0.3, respectively.  相似文献

For signal analysis, the Fourier transform and the linear prediction methods are the main approaches. In recent years, the wavelet transform, which gives an expression in the time–frequency domain, has been attracting attention. In the wavelet transform, scale and shift operations are used to analyze regional waves in the signal. In this paper, we propose a new method for signal analysis. Instead of the wavelet, short sine waves and cosine waves which have slightly different frequencies and phases established beforehand are used. These frequencies and phases play the same role as wavelets in analyzing regional waves in the signal. However, our proposed method is different from the wavelet transform because it does not use multiresolution analysis. In conventional spectral analysis methods, all data are prepared beforehand and calculations are performed by using these data. In the proposed method, the spectrum is updated whenever new signal data come in. We show that the amount of calculation is markedly reduced and that real‐time spectral analysis can be achieved. Finally, we present an analysis of Japanese vocal sounds using the proposed method. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
