In this paper magnetic fields intensity of C60 thin films of 60 nm and 100 nm thickness under the influence of polarization lights are presented. Two proton magnetometers were used for measurements. Significant change of magnetic field intensity in range from 2.5 nT to 12.3 nT is identified as a difference of dark and polarization lights of 60 nm and 100 nm thin films thickness, respectively. Specific power density of polarization light was 40 mW/cm2. Based on 200 measurement data average value of difference between magnetic intensity of C60 thin films, with 60 nm and 100 nm thickness, after influence of polarization light, were 3.9 nT and 9.9 nT respectively.  相似文献

The object of this work was to measure the velocity field in non‐Newtonian fluids inside mixing vessel. The six‐bladed vane rotor used for mixing was designed from rotating vane geometry of a sensor system, commonly used for rheometrical measurements of complex fluids (Barnes and Nguyen, J. Non‐Newtonian Fluid Mech. 98 , 1‐14 (2001); Schramm, 1994). During mixing, the viscosity was determined by measuring the torque at different impeller speeds, and compared to rheologically obtained shear dependent viscosity. The velocity field was determined by LDA measurements at twelve places inside mixing vessel. It was observed that axial and radial component of the velocity were insignificant at all measurement points. On the other hand, the results showed the periodic nature of tangential component of the velocity, which was confirmed with computer‐aided visualization method.  相似文献

Organic-inorganic hybrid semiconductors are an emerging class of materials for direct conversion X-ray detection due to attractive characteristics such as high sensitivity and the potential to form conformal detectors. However, existing hybrid semiconductor X-ray detectors display dark currents that are 1000–10 000× higher than industrially relevant values of 1–10 pA mm−2. Herein, ultra-low dark currents of <10 pA mm−2, under electric fields as high as ≈4 V µm−1, for hybrid X-ray detectors consisting of bismuth oxide nanoparticles (for enhanced X-ray attenuation) incorporated into an organic bulk heterojunction consisting of p-type Poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) and n-type [6,6]-Phenyl C71 butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM) are reported. Such ultra-low dark currents are realized through the enrichment of the hole selective p-type organic semiconductor near the anode contact. The resulting detectors demonstrate broadband X-ray response including an exceptionally high sensitivity of ≈1.5 mC Gy−1 cm−2 and <6% variation in angular dependence response under 6 MV hard X-rays. The above characteristics in combination with excellent dose linearity, dose rate linearity, and reproducibility over a broad energy range enable these detectors to be developed for medical and industrial applications.  相似文献

Upregulation of the HGF and MSP growth‐factor processing serine endopeptidases HGFA, matriptase and hepsin is correlated with increased metastasis in multiple tumor types driven by c‐MET or RON kinase signaling. We rationally designed P1’ α‐ketobenzothiazole mechanism‐based inhibitors of these proteases. Structure–activity studies are presented, which resulted in the identification of potent inhibitors with differential selectivity. The tetrapeptide inhibitors span the P1–P1’ substrate cleavage site via a P1’ amide linker off the benzothiazole, occupying the S3’ pocket. Optimized inhibitors display sub‐nanomolar enzyme inhibition against one, two, or all three of HGFA, matriptase, and hepsin. Several compounds also have good selectivity against the related trypsin‐like proteases, thrombin and Factor Xa. Finally, we show that inhibitors block the fibroblast (HGF)‐mediated migration of invasive DU145 prostate cancer cells. In addition to prostate cancer, breast, colon, lung, pancreas, gliomas, and multiple myeloma tumors all depend on HGF and MSP for tumor survival and progression. Therefore, these unique inhibitors have potential as new therapeutics for a diverse set of tumor types.  相似文献

The calculated results of thermodynamic properties in ternary Au-Ga-Sb system by general solution model were presented in this paper.The calculations were carried out in nine cross sections from all three corners in the temperature range of 973–1,573 K,and integral molar excess Gibbs energies,partial molar Gibbs energies,activity coefficients and activities for all components are obtained.The activity of gold and gallium shows negative deviation from Rault's law for all investigated sections,while antimony activity is close to the line of ideal conditions and even coincides with the line for high content of antimony in the alloy.Data obtained by calculation were compared with those found in literature.It is concluded that compared values show reasonable good agreement.  相似文献

The thermal stability of recombinant mannose-specific banana lectin (rBanLec), as well as its stability under conditions of simulated gastro-intestinal fluid (SGF), was investigated. rBanLec was heterologously produced in Escherichia coli. Molecular mass of rBanLec, assessed by ESI-TOF mass spectrometry, was 15972.2 Da. Thermodynamic parameters for rBanLec denaturation, obtained by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), revealed a transition maximum temperature (Tm) of 60.8 °C, calorimetric enthalpy (Hcal) of 136.17 kcal/mol and van’t Hoff enthalpy (HVH) of 50.27 kcal/mol. rBanLec was stable following an incubation for 2 h in SGF, and then for 1 h, in the simulated intestinal fluid (SIF). Intact primary structure, biological and immunological reactivity of rBanLec were all preserved following treatment under SGF and SIF conditions. In conclusion, rBanLec is a good candidate for the novel bioadhesive lectin-based drug delivery systems to the gastro-intestinal tract (GIT).  相似文献

Nowadays, effect pigments are widely used in many printing industries. The colorful effects produced by light scattering of these types of pigments add an additional value to the prints and enhances the overall quality of color appearance. The aim of this study was to investigate the quality enhancement of printed specialty papers with various effect pigments in combination with offset inks. Four different effect pigments were used (one luster pigment‐EP1, two interference pigments‐EP2, EP3, and one multicolor pigment‐EP4) as well as two types of paper substrates (film synthetic paper and wood‐free paper). The effect pigments were overprinted on dried CMYK offset prints on both paper substrates. The following analysis were performed: scanning electron microscopy analysis of effect pigment particles, contact angles of papers and offset prints, Fourier transform infrared spectrocopy (FTIR), principal components analysis (principal components analysis (PCA)), and flop index analysis of overprinted effect pigments, and paper and print gloss. The results of the experiment indicate that effect pigments behaved differently on different printing substrates. From the FTIR and PCA, it was found that the different composition of effect pigments differently influence the behavior of these particles on the final prints. Effect pigments overprinted on offset CMYK inks on both paper substrates enhance print gloss, except interference pigment EP2 on film synthetic paper. It was also found that the ink color has the most pronounced influence on flop index, followed by the papertype and the type of effect pigment.
