推光漆应唤回推光漆精神

推光漆是中国漆文化的重要组成部分。历史地看 ,推光漆注重人的德性培养、技气培养、美善培养和物化质量。推光漆的前人名之为“推光漆精神。”这种精神沿续甚久。在改革开放初期依然存在。失落推光漆精神始于二十世纪九十年代之初 ,企业承包 ,实行厂长 (经理 )责任制 ,抓经济放在了首位。抓经济 ,没有错 ,要富国强民 ,非走这条路子别无选择。问题是有些顾此失彼。其所失 ,那就是党的领导大大削弱 ,工会成了“喝凉水搭筷子” ,“职工之家”的牌子也摘了。几乎放弃了政治思想建设 ,放弃了爱岗敬业教育 ,放弃了推光漆精神。说是推光漆 ,若不说…     

混合物MH-81状态方程的研究——从无限稀释活度系数预测混合物汽液平衡

本文由无限稀释活度系数求取混合物MH-81状态方程的二元相互作用参数,预测了二元混合物的汽液平衡,获得了较满意的结果。     

移动环境下一种缓存管理策略

移动计算环境中带宽具有非对称性,并且移动设备资源有限,传统的缓存管理策略需要占用大量的设备计算资源和网络带宽,有效的缓存管理技术能够极大提高移动计算的性能。对此提出一系列的针对移动计算的缓存管理策略。首先根据用户访问频率建立对应的具有生命周期的数据项缓存,然后使用自适应一致性维护策略维护缓存的一致性。通过实验分析,提出的管理策略能够很好地降低带宽占用,并且有效地减少对移动客户端的资源需求。     

Damping of vinyl acetate–n‐butyl acrylate copolymers

A photopolymerization process at room temperature was devised to copolymerize vinyl acetate (VAc) and n‐butyl acrylate (BA) mainly to prepare rubber‐like damping sheet bearing pressure‐sensitive adhesive property in this study. The investigations using both the differential scanning calorimeter and rheometric dynamic analysis show the existence of two glass transition temperatures for each copolymer. The scanning electron microscopic pictures reveal that the degree of microphase separation increases with increasing annealing time at 70°C. It was suggested that the rubbery domain (formed by the PBA blocks) disperses in the glassy domain (constituted by the PVAc blocks), making an effective damping entity. Excellent damping was observed for the copolymer samples, with the tanδ peak values as high as 1.76–1.80 at a certain temperature range and with tanδ> 0.3 at quite wide temperature ranges. 乙烯装置长周期运行安全风险分析与对策

分析了中国石化茂名石化公司化工事业部乙烯装置长周期运行的安全风险,讨论了风险控制措施。结果表明:乙烯装置连续运行6年,其安全风险属于可容许风险。     

染料及中间体生产中的治理方法三废(Ⅰ)

由于我国染料及中间体行业近三十年来发展迅猛,而染料企业大多数是小型厂,染料品种繁多,在化工系统中,这一行业目前几乎是污染最严重、污染面最大、治理最差的。同时,一些发达国家把污染重、难治理的产品关停,转向发展中国家生产,染料中间体便是其中之一。所以我国大量的小型乡镇企业治理难度就更大了。不同染料生产原料、工艺过程不同,所排“三废”即有共同的特性,又有各自特点,因此需要针对各自的不同分别处理。本文从废气、有机废液和废渣、废水三方面详细叙述了工业上常用的治理方法及适用条件。并例举了几类排放量较大的废水的治理方法。     

浅谈城市入口景观设计——以安仁县城市南入口景观设计为例

城市入口景观是城市边界的有机镶嵌,是公众对城市意象的形成的重要因素。文章结合安仁县城市入口景观设计实例,运用设计符号学的方法,从城市文化、文化表达、城市设计等方面对城市入口景观设计进行研究。     

Dynamic viscoelasticity of low‐density polyethylene/in‐situ‐grafted carbon black composite

The study on the dynamic viscoelastic properties of grafted carbon black (g‐CB) filled low‐density polyethylene (LDPE) was carried out. Because of formation of CB networking, the characteristic modulus plateau and loss tangent arc appears. Addition of grafting monomer like butyl acrylate (BA) and acroleic acid (AA) enhances the interaction between particles and matrix due to accelerated formation of micronetworking in the composites induced by forming branch chains of AA and BA with multiunit. The decrease of the temperature corresponding to α_c mechanical relaxation together with AA (BA) addition given by the position of loss tangent (tan δ) peak for LDPE is owed to the formation of long‐chain polymer grafted between CB and the matrix, which facilitates the slip of the lamella of LDPE. The influence of maleic anhydride (MA) on enhancing interaction between LDPE and CB is not so pronounced, as compared with AA and BA because of no formation of long chain between CB particle and polymer matrix. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Synthesis and Morphology of TiO2 Nanotube Arrays by Anodic Oxidation Using Modified Glycerol-Based Electrolytes

Titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanotube arrays were prepared by electrochemical anodization of titanium sheets in the glycerol 176 mL/H₂O 44 mL/NH₄F 0.5 wt% electrolytes modified with H₂SO₄ and NaAc addition. The surface morphologies, average inner diameter, and the length of the nanotube arrays changed with the solution pH in the range from 5.6 to 4.0 by adding H₂SO₄. A uniform surface morphology of the nanotubes with average inner diameter of ∼80 nm and a length of ∼1000 nm was obtained when the solution pH was 5.0. The growth rates of the nanotubes were remarkably enhanced by NaAc addition in the range of 0.04–0.14 M . With NaAc addition of 0.10 M , the length of the nanotube arrays reached 4.16 μm after an 8-h anodization, increasing 3.23 μm compared with no NaAc addition. The relationship between solution pH and growth of TiO₂ nanotubes was analyzed by current–time curves, solution electrical conductivities, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the role of NaAc was also discussed based on SEM and solution electrical conductivities.
