Novel Hyperbranched predominantly Alternating Copolymers Made From A Charge Transfer Complex monomer pair of p-(chloromethyl)styrene and Acrylonitrile via Controlled Living Radical Copolymerization

Summary Novel hyperbranched copolymers were successfully synthesized by the controlled charge transfer complex inimer and living radical copolymerization of p-(chloromethyl)styrene (PCMS) and acrylonitrile (AN). The resulting copolymers were characterized by SEC, NMR, FTIR, DSC and elemental analysis etc.. The influences of reaction conditions, such as the polymerization temperature, the catalyst (CuBr) concentration and the monomer ratio, on the resulting copolymers were investigated in detail. The monomer reactivity ratios were evaluated to be r_PCMS=0.937 and r_AN=0.088 respectively by the Fineman-Ross method. The higher are the polymerization temperature and the ratio of catalyst to monomer, the higher is the branching degree of the resulting copolymer. When the amount of monomer AN was used in excess than that of the monomer PCMS in the raw feed, the hyperbranched predominantly alternating copolymers HP[PCMS-co-AN] could be obtained. These hyperbranched copolymers were successfully used as functional macroinitiators to synthesize the star-shaped poly(PCMS-co-AN)/poly(MMA) block copolymers.     

Mutational analysis of the three cysteines and active-site aspartic acid 103 of ketosteroid isomerase from Pseudomonas putida biotype B

In order to clarify the roles of three cysteines in ketosteroid isomerase (KSI) from Pseudomonas putida biotype B, each of the cysteine residues has been changed to a serine residue (C69S, C81S, and C97S) by site-directed mutagenesis. All cysteine mutations caused only a slight decrease in the k(cat) value, with no significant change of Km for the substrate. Even modification of the sulfhydryl group with 5,5'-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid) has almost no effect on enzyme activity. These results demonstrate that none of the cysteines in the KSI from P. putida is critical for catalytic activity, contrary to the previous identification of a cysteine in an active-site-directed photoinactivation study of KSI. Based on the three-dimensional structures of KSIs with and without dienolate intermediate analog equilenin, as determined by X-ray crystallography at high resolution, Asp-103 was found to be located within the range of the hydrogen bond to the equilenin. To assess the role of Asp-103 in catalysis, Asp-103 has been replaced with either asparagine (D103N) or alanine (D103A) by site-directed mutagenesis. For D103A mutant KSI there was a significant decrease in the k(cat) value: the k(cat) of the mutant was 85-fold lower than that of the wild-type enzyme; however, for the D103N mutant, which retained some hydrogen bonding capability, there was a minor decrease in the k(cat) value. These findings support the idea that aspartic acid 103 in the active site is an essential catalytic residue involved in catalysis by hydrogen bonding to the dienolate intermediate.     

核测井仪器中的磁屏蔽研究

核测井仪器受套管剩磁的影响比较严重，常常用在探测器的周围缠绕多层坡莫合金带的方法进行磁屏蔽，由于缠绕的坡莫合金圆筒不能闭合，加上缠绕过程中坡莫合金带的形变造成材料本身磁导率的下降，传统的磁屏蔽方法的效果不好。本文介绍一种简单易行、磁屏蔽效果较好的方法，实验的结果说明用电工纯铁做探测器的外壳可以达到令人满意的效果。     

Phacoemulsification with a bevel-down phaco tip: phaco-drill

We present a technique for in situ lens nucleus emulsification using low phaco power and high vacuum, a continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis, and hydrodelineation. Emulsification is done with the phaco tip slanted down 30 or 45 degrees. Cutting and aspiration do not cause an undesirable energy loss. This technique can be combined with the nuclear chopping or divide and conquer methods because of its ability to drill and hold the nucleus. Posterior capsular rupture is prevented because the separated epinucleus acts as a barrier between the nucleus and the cortex. The low power used minimizes the energy transfer to the corneal endothelium. This technique is particularly useful in eyes with brunescent cataract.     

Adaptive weighted outer-product learning associative memory

Associative-memory neural networks with adaptive weighted outer-product learning are proposed in this paper. For the correct recall of a fundamental memory (FM), a corresponding learning weight is attached and a parameter called signal-to-noise-ratio-gain (SNRG) is devised. The sufficient conditions for the learning weights and the SNRG's are derived. It is found both empirically and theoretically that the SNRG's have their own threshold values for correct recalls of the corresponding FM's. Based on the gradient-descent approach, several algorithms are constructed to adaptively find the optimal learning weights with reference to global- or local-error measure.     

应用图论及广义简约梯度法进行压力管网优化设计

广义简约梯度法(GRG)是非线性规划算法中最有效的算法之一，本文把图论应用于广义简约梯度法优化的过程中，使输入简便，计算简化，应用GRG算法对武汉市的汉阳管网进行了模拟优化设计，并对管段的计算管径用线性规划法进行标准化，取得了满意的结果     

关于决策支持系统的结构与进化

本文在总结作者开发决策支持系统的实践经验的基础上，从ＤＳＳ的结构分析入手，探讨了ＤＳＳ的进化问题，首先通过软件开发方式，程序设计风范，人工智能道路和系统科学发展等方面的深入剖析，指出了进化能力的强弱是ＤＳＳ成败的关键。其次展开了关于ＤＳＳ结构的研究，提出了ＤＳＳ的外延结构和内涵结构的新概念并进行了比较。随后讨论了ＤＳＳ的进化问题，分析了传统的第一代决策支持系统存在的缺陷，阐述了第二代和第三代决策支     

静压滑环及其应用研究

 介绍了静压滑环的结构特点及其应用． 通过比较静压轴承、配流盘和静压滑环三者之间的不同点，得出静压滑环在结构上是一个自平衡元件，在功能上类似于电刷滑环，因此在固定件和旋转件之间进行流体动力传输时，静压滑环是理想的选择．
