氧气放电辅助激光淀积原位制备高T_c超导薄膜

采用低压氧气放电辅助的激光淀积方法,原位外延生长出零电阻温度91K,临界电流密度10~5A/cm~2的Y-Ba-Cu-O高温超导薄膜。扫描电镜和X光衍射分析结果表明,薄膜中超导相晶粒的生长具有c轴垂直于表面的择优取向。     

Computer modeling of the continuous annealing furnace

A computer program to calculate the strip temperature heated in the continuous annealing furnace was developed, using the zone method for radiative heat transfer analysis with the measured gas temperature in the furnace. Using theF _E Operator, the present study considered the effects of soot and transient species, in addition to the H₂O−CO₂ gas mixture on the gas radiative heat transfer. The predicted strip temperature distribution forF _E=1.05 represented well the measured data. The maximum difference in the heat flux transfered to the strip from the combustion gas forF _E=1.0 (without soot and transient species gas radiation) and 1.05 (with soot and transient species gas radiation) was about 15%. The present study also investigated the effects of line speed and thickness variations on the strip temperature, establishing the bases for the on-line computer model.     

水电站施工期水土流失预测

水电站建设的水土流失问题主要体现在施工期和运行期，并以施工期的影响较为突出．如不采取必要的减免措施，将会对周围生态环境造成无法挽回的损失。本文阐述了水电站建设水土流失的几种常用的预测方法，对水土流失量进行预测，并结合具体工程实例对水电站建设过程中新增水土流失量进行了预测。     

La-OMS-2催化剂催化甲苯氧化制苯甲醛

合成了氧化锰八面体(OMS-2)分子筛,采用离子交换法和浸渍法制备了稀土金属La改性的OMS-2分子筛(La-OMS-2)催化剂,并用于甲苯液相选择性氧化制苯甲醛,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、氧气流量及溶剂种类对甲苯转化率和苯甲醛选择性的影响,对La-OMS-2催化剂进行了X射线衍射表征和BET比表面积测定。实验结果表明,离子交换法制备的La-OMS-2-A催化剂的活性高于浸渍法制备的La-OMS-2-B催化剂,在甲苯0.1mol、溶剂冰乙酸10mL、氧气流量60mL/min、La-OMS-2-A催化剂用量0.10g、反应温度353K、反应时间1.0h的条件下,甲苯转化率达61%,苯甲醛收率为56%。加入La对OMS-2分子筛中的MnO晶格结构产生了影响,提高了苯甲醛的收率。     

Use of oxygen for the cleaning, passivation, and preservation of power-generating equipment at the Kharanorskaya SAPP

Studies conducted on two power-generating units at the Kharanorskaya SAPP relative to the steam-water-oxygen passivation, preservation, and partial cleaning of all boiler-heating surfaces, including the surfaces of the reheater, and passivation of the surfaces of the high-pressure heaters on the steam and water sides by the steam-oxygen method, as well as partial passivation, preservation, and cleaning of turbine blading are presented. __________ Translated from élektricheskie Stantsii, No. 6, pp. 56–64, May, 2006.     

十年磨一剑--访西安超滤(集团)总经理李大明先生

位于西安高新技术产业开发区的西安超滤(集团)是国内专业从事压缩空气／气体过滤、干爆、分离设备开发，生产和经营的高新技术企业，公司自1994年成立以来，一直致力于气体净化行业的科研，开发，2004年公司迎未了十周年庆典，而2005年是西安超滤发展的新的十年的第一年，近日，本刊记者采访了西安超滤(集团)总经理李大明先生。     

Preparation,structural elucidation,molecular weight determination,and molecular recognition of first‐ and second‐tier dendrimer molecules

1,3,5‐Triglyceratetriazine [first tier (G₁)] and tri(1,3,5‐triglycerate) triazine [second tier (G₂)] dendrimers were prepared with 1,3,5‐trichlorotriazine and sodium glycerate in a 1 : 3 mass ratio in an ethanolic medium.G₁ and G₂ were amorphous, white, solid substances. Their structures were elucidated with IR, ¹H‐NMR, and ¹³C‐NMR, and their thermal stability was studied with thermogravimetric analysis. The activation energy was calculated with the Freeman–Carroll model. Densities, viscosities, and surface tensions for 0.01–0.08 mol/kg aqueous solutions increased at 0.01 mol/kg for sodium glycerate, 1,3,5‐trichlorotriazine, 1,3,5‐triazine triglycerate chloride, G₁, and G₂. These values were measured at 298.15 K. The apparent molal volume, reduced viscosity, and inherent viscosity were calculated from the densities and viscosities, respectively. The data were regressed for the limiting densities, limiting apparent molal volumes, intrinsic viscosities, limiting inherent viscosities, and limiting surface tensions for solute–solvent interactions. The positive limiting apparent molal volume values were noted in the order of G₂ > 1,3,5‐triazine triglycerate chloride > G₁ > 1,3,5‐trichlorotriazine > sodium glycerate, with weaker hydrophilic intermolecular interactions of G₂. The higher intrinsic viscosity and limiting inherent viscosity values for G₂ implied stronger G₂–H₂O hydrophilic interactions, and the higher limiting apparent molal volume of G₂ indicated slightly higher dynamic conformational changes in comparison with G₁, with stronger structural activities. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于LVQ网络在轴承座松动故障诊断中的应用

把汽轮机轴承座松动的相关频段上不同频率谱的谱峰能量值作为故障信号的训练样本输入到LVQ网络中去，并由LVQ网络产生训练后不同的权重向量。由于竞争层神经元的权重分布不同，则权重分布图也不同，可根据不同的权重分布图来确认和诊断汽轮机轴承座松动故障的不同程度。     

浅析当今写意青花的题材选择

青花装饰是景德镇的传统装饰方法之一，其中的写意青花又以其简约萧疏的艺术特征获得了人们的普遍喜爱。针对时代的变化影响，研究了当今写意青花在题材选择上与传统写意青花的差异。     

等温脉冲自由射流压力场动态特性的实验研究

针对冶金工业过程脉冲燃烧及脉冲流技术所进行研究的基础部分,借助于计算机辅助信号分析手段,运用湍流统计理论,对等温脉冲自由射流压力场动态特性进行了系统的实验研究。实验的Re范围为19486～93936,st范围为0～0.057,所对应的射流脉冲频率为0～25Hz。研究结果表明;脉冲射流极大地提高了射流区压力波动水平,任何受气体的动量、热量和质量传递制约的工业过程均可望通过适当地采用脉冲流技术加以强化.
