斯伦贝谢公司的Flagship生产测井旗舰是在深入研究水平多相流流态的基础上开发的,适用于大斜度井和水平井的测井仪器组合,能为水平井提供高精度的生产测井数据.并以新颖的MaxTRAC往复式爬行器为传输工具保证测井顺利进行,另外形成了一套成熟的综合解释模型,保证生产测井结果真实客观地反映井下产出状况.以塔河油田一口中高含水、超深砂岩油藏水平井为例,总结了Flagship的测井设计原理、施工步骤、技术关键及测井评价效果分析,并提出了水平井生产测井尚待解决的问题,为油田使用这项技术提供参考.  相似文献

通过施加完美匹配层,利用有限元法,研究热应力诱导的单偏振大模面积光子晶体光纤的偏振特性,计算纤芯参数对场能量分布系数和偏振损耗比的影响.结果表明,随着纤芯折射率提高,两正交偏振模的损耗比下降,当纤芯直径减小时,场能量分布系数降低.  相似文献

通过氢氧化钠碱处理对MCM-22分子筛进行了改性,并考察了经碱处理后的MCM-22分子筛在汽油烷基化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,经碱处理后的分子筛在微介孔并存的情况下出现了介孔变大且原有的微孔结构保持几乎不变的情形,同时分子筛的酸性中心也得到增强,致催化剂的活性、稳定性都有所增加。  相似文献

The surface performance of workpieces processed by electrical discharge machining in gas(dry EDM)was studied in this paper.Firstly,the composition,micro hardness and recast layer of electrical discharge machined(EDMed)surface of 45 carbon steels in air were investigated through different test analysis methods.The results show that the workpiece surface EDMed in air contains a certain quantity of oxide,and oxidation occurs on the workpiece surface.Compared with the surface of workpieces processed in kerosene,fewer cracks exist on the dry EDMed workpiece surface,and the surface recast layer is thinner than that obtained by conventional EDM.The micro hardness of workpieces machined by dry EDM method is lower than that machined in kerosene,and higher than that of the matrix.In addition,experiments were conducted on the surface wear resistance of workpieces processed in air and kerosene using copper electrode and titanium alloy electrode.The results indicate that the surface wear resistance of workpieces processed in air can be improved,and it is related with tool material and dielectric.  相似文献

Natural zeolite and coal cinder were layered as main packing medium of the ecological filter instead of traditional filling to remedy the static lake water in Northern China.The ecological filter was running in a combined upward and downward flow mode.Dynamic experiments were carried out to study the effects of retention time and ambient temperature on pollutants’ removal efficiency of the hybrid ecological filter.The function of plant was also studied by contrast test.It is showed that the removal efficiencies of NH4+-N and TP are increased when the retention time is changed from 1 h to 2 h and 4 h,but the removal efficiency of TN is decreased,the removal efficiency of NH4+-N is increased from 91.5% to 98% and that of TP is increased from 31.8% to 52.5%.When the temperature declines,the temporal removal efficiency of NH4+-N is reduced,but the removal efficiency of 24 h and 48 h is remained.The removal efficiency of TP after 24 h and 48 h is decreased when the temperature declines evidently.The retention time plays an important role in NH4+-N and TP removal,and the ambient temperature is significant for TP removal.The plant favors for TP and organic matter removal but has little effect on TN removal.  相似文献

We studied the dynamic fracture mechanical behavior of rock under different impact rates. The fracture experiment was a three-point bending beam subjected to different impact loads monitored using the reflected caustics method. The mechanical parameters for fracture of the three-point bending beam specimen under impact load are analyzed. The mechanism of crack propagation is discussed. Experimental results show that the dynamic stress intensity factor increases before crack initiation. When the dynamic stress intensity factor reaches its maximum value the crack starts to develop. After crack initiation the dynamic stress intensity factor decreases rapidly and oscillates. As the impact rate increases the cracks initiate earlier, the maximum value of crack growth velocity becomes smaller and the values of dynamic stress intensity factor also vary less during crack propagation. The results provide a theoretical basis for the study of rock dynamic fracture.  相似文献

High-speed steel W18Cr4V is commonly used in industries such as blade and mould manufacturers because of its high level of hardness and toughness, red-hardness and resistance. Ion implantation is an effective method to improve the wear resis-tance of W18Cr4V. In our investigation, Ta and Ta+N ion implantation was performed on W18Cr4V high-speed steel. The surface properties after implantation were evaluated by measuring friction coefficients while the carbonyl phase of the surface was ana-lyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis. It was found that the friction coefficients of the treated samples were much lower. Samples implanted with Ta+N had a lower friction coefficients than samples implanted only with Ta. This can be attributed to the formation of a new chemical compound, Fe7Ta3, on both surfaces. An even harder chemical compound, Fe2N, was formed on both sttrfaces of Ta+N implanted samples.  相似文献
