高灵敏度荧光显微镜及其在细胞光敏效应研究中的应用

研制了一种可探测极微弱细胞荧光图象的高灵敏度荧光显微镜，在仪器中使用了一个高质量的亮度增益为５０，０００的象增强器对细胞的荧光图象进行光能量放大，因而这种荧光显微镜可探测到普通荧光显微镜不能观察的微弱荧光图象。由于仪器中光源的输出强度很小，避免了长时间观察对活细胞的光损伤，并可观察到荧光效率低的荧光物质的分布图象。探测系统中用计算机采集图象数据，同时对数据进行必要处理，以提高图象的质量。这种高灵敏度的荧光显微镜可用于分析细胞中荧光物质的分布，以及细胞动态生理过程的研究。使用此仪器已直接观察到光敏竹红菌甲素在Ｈｅｌａ细胞（人体宫颈癌细胞）中的分布，细胞受光照射后的光损伤现象及加入三种细胞保护剂后获得不同程度保护的细胞状态。     

Surgical treatment of unilateral alveolar cleft

In this study, 16 cases of unilateral alveolar cleft with cleft lip and palate were repaired with autografts of cancellous bone (13 cases) or hydroxyapatite (3 cases). The grafts were covered by reflected mucoperiosteal flaps and a mucosal flap from the upper lip. Twelve of the thirteen cases were followed up for 1-5 years. Nine of whom using cancellous bone had bony continuity of the maxilla and 7 cases erupted permanent maxillary canines within the area of autografts. None of the 3 cases using hydroxyapatite erupted a canine tooth. The results showed that autograft was better than hydroxyapatite in terms of maxillary canine eruption.     

液相对流对固液界面稳定性的影响

以模型合金丁二腈－乙醇的强制性晶体生长为基础，利用自行研制的液相对流驱动装置，详细考查了液相自然对流及强迫对流作用下，模型合金平界面失稳的动态生长过程，证实了液相的流动加快了液相温度与浓度分布的均匀化，从而增强了液／固界面的稳定性。并且随流动速度的增加，界面稳定性提高。     

测量刚体位移的非接触式光电系统

首次提出用标定法测量刚体的线位移和角位移的方法，该方法具有结构简单，性能可靠，非接触性，集成化高，工业上易实现和价格便宜等优点。本文同时还采用了一个小功率激光器为光源，ＣＣＤ为光电转换器件。最后通过相关分析法和数据拟合技术等图象处理技术，提高了整套系统的分辨率。     

Novel polymeric aromatic lithium sulfonylimides as salts for polymer electrolytes

Three new polymeric aromatic lithium sulfonylimides were used as salts in high molecular weight poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) electrolytes. Their conductivity and electrochemical stability behaviors were investigated. The electrolytes with lithium poly[4,4′‐(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphenoxy]sulfonylimide (LiPHFIPSI) showed a better conductive performance compared with the other two lithium salts. The best conductivity was obtained for PEO/LiPHFIPSI EO/Li = 16 (1.90 × 10^?4 S/cm at 60°C). Thermal analysis indicated that the salts effectively decreased the crystallinity of PEO. Moreover, the electrolytes also had good electrochemical stability and their oxidative potential was to 5.5 V versus Li/Li⁺. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 85: 1802–1805, 2002     

Frequency Dependence of Fatigue Life and Internal Heating of a Fiber-Reinforced/Ceramic-Matrix Composite

The influence of loading frequency on the fatigue life and internal (frictional) heating of unidirectional SiC-fiber/ calcium aluminosilicate-matrix composites was investigated at room temperature. Specimens were subjected to tension–tension fatigue at sinusoidal loading frequencies from 25 to 350 Hz and maximum fatigue stresses of 180 to 240 MPa. The key findings of the study were that (1) fatigue life decreased sharply as the loading frequency was increased, (2) for all loading frequencies, fatigue failures occurred at stress levels that were significantly below the monotonic proportional limit stress of ∼285 MPa, and (3) pronounced internal heating occurred during fatigue, with the surface temperature of the fatigue specimens increasing by 160 K during 350-Hz fatigue at a peak stress of 240 MPa.     

Enhancement effect of organic solvents on the line intensity of lower power argon ICP-AES：Part I On the nebulization procedure

The procedure of nebulization was studied with the introduction of ethanol into a lower power argon ICE It was found that as ethanol introduced, the physical properties of solutions changed, which results in an improvement on the nebulization efficiency. An empirical relationship between the concentration of the aerosol and the solution properties ( viscosity, density, and surface tension) is presented.     

葛洲坝电站2号水轮机转轮室中环修复

针对葛洲坝电站2号机组运行中出现转轮室中环损坏的现象,设计制造出转轮室现场机加工的大型专用机床,在修复改造过程中,解决了一系列技术难题,改造后技术指标均达到理想水平,为电站机组现场修复技术积累了宝贵经验.     

大碎石柔性基层沥青性能分析

用沥青大碎石柔性基层对旧路面进行补强，可以有效地提高路面的使用性能，减少反射裂缝的产生，延长道路的使用寿命。对沥青大碎石柔性基层用加德士AH-70、SBS改性沥青和MAC改性沥青分别进行试验，通过试验结果和经济性能对比分析，找到适合此结构的最佳沥青。     

Analysis of color symbology from the perspective of cultural semiotics focused on Korean costume colors according to the cultural changes

The purpose of this study was to analyze the symbolization of colors as cultural codes, based on costume colors. In order to study the significance of colors in cultural changes, we carried out a quantitative analysis and interpreted it from the perspective of cultural semiotics. The range of this study was focused on Korean costume colors, over diverse diachronic stages of Korean culture. For this study 1535 color samples were collected, measured with a spectrophotometer, and analyzed quantitatively according their diachronic stages of origin. As a result, red, blue, and yellow were found to be the most frequently used colors during the Chosun Dynasty, a period based on Confucianism. These colors acted as cultural codes with cultural significance. During the Modern times pink, light blue, and black increased in frequency and represented the reception of western culture, the changing sex role of women in society, and utilitarianism. In these days, neutral colors and grayish tones of all colors are the most significant colors of high frequency. The use of such colors is closely related to industrialization, mechanization, functionalism, and the changes of women's sex roles in the societies. They are used as cultural codes, especially to emphasize a rational and masculine image rather than a feminine image. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
