This paper presents a generalized multistage bayesian framework to enable an autonomous robot to complete high‐precision operations on a static target in a large field. The proposed framework consists of two multistage approaches, capable of dealing with the complexity of high‐precision operation in a large field to detect and localize the target. In the multistage localization, locations of the robot and the target are estimated sequentially when the target is far away from the robot, whereas these locations are estimated simultaneously when the target is close. A level of confidence (LOC) for each detection criterion of a sensor and the associated probability of detection (POD) of the sensor are defined to make the target detectable with different LOCs at varying distances. Differential entropies of the robot and target are used as a precision metric for evaluating the performance of the proposed approach. The proposed multistage observation and localization approaches were applied to scenarios using an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Results with the UGV in simulated environments and then real environments show the effectiveness of the proposed approaches to real‐world problems. A successful demonstration using the UAV is also presented.  相似文献

Composite membranes composed of zirconium phosphate (ZrP) and imidazolium-based ionic liquids (IL), supported on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) were prepared and evaluated for their application in proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEM) operating at 200 °C. The experimental results reported here demonstrate that the synthesized membrane has a high proton conductivity of 0.07 S cm?1, i.e, 70% of that reported for Nafion. Furthermore, the composite membranes possess a very high proton conductivity of 0.06 S cm?1 when processed at 200 °C under completely anhydrous conditions. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images indicate the formation of very small particles, with diameters in the range of 100–300 nm, within the confined pores of PTFE. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) reveals a maximum of 20% weight loss up to 500 °C for the synthesized membrane. The increase in proton conductivity is attributed to the creation of multiple proton conducting paths within the membrane matrix. The IL component is acting as a proton bridge. Therefore, these membranes have potential for use in PEM fuel cells operating at temperatures around 200 °C.  相似文献

A series of ZnO-CdO thin films of different molar ratios of Zn and Cd have been deposited on glass substrate at substrate temperature ~ 360 ℃ by the spray pyrolysis technique at an ambient atmosphere. X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies confirmed the polycrystalline nature of the film and modulated crystal structures of wurtzite (ZnO) and cubic (CdO) are formed. The evaluated lattice parameters, and crystallite size are consistent with literature. Dislocation density and strain increased in the film as the grain sizes of ZnO and CdO are decreased. The band gap energy varies from 3.20 to 2.21 eV depending on the Zn/Cd ratios in the film. An incident photon intensity dependent I-V study confirmed that the films are highly photosensitive. Current increased with the increase of the intensity of the light beam. The optical conductivity and the optical constants, such as extinction coefficient, refractive index and complex dielectric constants are evaluated from transmittance and reflectance spectra of the films and these parameters are found to be sensitive to photon energy and displayed intermediate optical properties between ZnO and CdO, making it preferable for applications as the buffer and window layers in solar cells.  相似文献

Power to gas is an attractive option for storing excess energy from fluctuating renewable energy sources. In recent years, the concept has gained great interest. An essential part of the process chain of power to gas is the methanation of CO2. Within this work the catalytic methanation of pure CO2 and of biogas is modeled in a three‐dimensional polytropic pseudo‐homogeneous flow tube and numerically simulated at different loads. The results represent axial and radial quantitative information about the reaction behavior under the different boundary conditions.  相似文献

The liquid thermal conductivity of the ionic liquid (IL), 1-hexyl-3-methyl-imidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide ([HMIm][Tf2N]), saturated with compressed vapor and supercritical carbon dioxide was measured over three isotherms (298.15, 323.15, and 348.15 K) and pressures up to approximately 20 MPa using a transient hot-wire technique. Pure [HMIm][Tf2N] thermal conductivity was also measured over a temperature range of 293.15–353.15 K at ambient pressure and with hydrostatic pressure to approximately 20 MPa. Literature vapor–liquid equilibrium data were used to predict the liquid CO2 composition at the conditions investigated. Initially, the liquid thermal conductivity slightly decreased with pressure/composition of CO2 followed by a gradual increase that is mainly attributed to hydrostatic pressure effects. Simple composition-based mixing rules for mixture properties are not qualitatively nor quantitatively accurate. These data could be used to engineer heat transfer equipment required for a variety of proposed IL applications in CO2 capture, absorption refrigeration, biphasic CO2/IL reaction platforms, etc.  相似文献
