Prediction of quality using ANN based on Teaching‐Learning Optimization in component‐based software systems 下载免费PDF全文
The primary objective of our research work is to enhance the prediction of the quality of a component‐based software system and to develop an artificial neural network (ANN) model for the system reliability optimization problem. In this paper, we introduced the ANN‐supported Teaching‐Learning Optimization by transforming constraints to objective functions. Artificial neural network techniques are found to be powerful in the modeling software package quality metrics compared with the ancient statistical techniques. Therefore, by using the neural network, the quality characteristics of software components of the proposed work are predicted. A nonlinear differentiable transfer function of ANN used in the proposed approach is hyperbolic tangent sigmoid. A new efficient optimization methodology referred to as the Teaching‐Learning–based Optimization is proposed in this paper to optimize reliability and different cost functions. The weight values of the network are then adjusted consistent with a proposed optimization rule, therefore minimizing the network error. The proposed work is implemented in MATLAB by using the Neural Network Toolbox. The proposed work provides improved performance in terms of sensitivity, precision, specificity, negative predictive value, fall‐out or false positive rate, false discovery rate, accuracy, Matthews correlation coefficient, and rate of convergence. 相似文献

Copying an element from a photo and pasting it into a painting is a challenging task. Applying photo compositing techniques in this context yields subpar results that look like a collage — and existing painterly stylization algorithms, which are global, perform poorly when applied locally. We address these issues with a dedicated algorithm that carefully determines the local statistics to be transferred. We ensure both spatial and inter‐scale statistical consistency and demonstrate that both aspects are key to generating quality results. To cope with the diversity of abstraction levels and types of paintings, we introduce a technique to adjust the parameters of the transfer depending on the painting. We show that our algorithm produces significantly better results than photo compositing or global stylization techniques and that it enables creative painterly edits that would be otherwise difficult to achieve. 相似文献

The present study demonstrates an unprecedented green process for the production of gold nanoparticles by simple treatment of gold salts with soybean extracts. Reduction capabilities of antioxidant phytochemicals present in soybean and their ability to reduce gold salts chemically to nanoparticles with subsequent coating of proteins and a host of other phytochemicals present in soybean on the freshly generated gold nanoparticles are discussed. The new genre of green nanoparticles exhibit remarkable in vitro stability in various buffers including saline, histidine, HSA, and cysteine solutions. MTT assays reveal that the green gold nanoparticles are nontoxic and thus provide excellent opportunities for their applications in nanomedicine for molecular imaging and therapy. The overall strategy described herein for the generation of gold nanoparticles meets all 12 principles of green chemistry, as no "man-made" chemicals, other than the gold salts, are used in the green nanotechnological process. 相似文献

On-site determination of tin in geological and water samples using novel organic reagent with iodide
A new, simple and sensitive method for spectrophotometric determination of tin (IV) with iodide and amide is described. The Sn(IV)-I(-) complex is extracted with chloroform solution of amide (N-phenylacetamide, N-alkylacetamide, alkyl=butyl, phenyl, hexyl and octyl group) in the strong sulphuric acid solution. Among five amides studied, N-octylacetamide (OAA) has been selected as it yielded best sensitivity. The apparent (at twofold preconcentration) molar absorptivity with respect to tin is (2.40)x10(5)Lmol(-1)cm(-1) at lambda(max), 410nm. The detection limit of the method is 4microgL(-1) Sn. The method is free from interferences of common ions that are normally associated with Sn. The method is highly sensitive and found to be applicable for the rapid determination of tin in water samples at micro-gram levels. 相似文献

Polypropylene (PP) based materials are widely used because of their low cost, good processability and good balance of properties but its low stiffness and strength greatly hinders its even wider utilization. In order to overcome this, PP is reinforced with different fillers. In composites; the issue of interface between the filler and matrix is of importance. Thus in the present paper, the effect of cryo-ageing and subsequent thermal-annealing on the PP-talc filled composites have been studied to monitor its effect on the interface. The composites with talc of different particle sizes are examined for mechanical and structural properties after treatment. The mechanical properties are evaluated by testing its tensile strength and wear performance, whereas, the study of structural properties by FTIR and SEM reveals some structural changes. These results have further been discussed and evaluated to find out the effect of these treatments on interface of various selected talc filled PP composite. 相似文献

Bi0.90Nd0.10Fe1?xNbxO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.05) multiferroics have been studied to reveal the effect of Nb doping on the physical properties of the neodymium modified BiFeO3. These samples have been synthesized via conventional solid state reaction method. The structural characterization was performed by XRD technique and Rietveld refinement. Rietveld refinement results confirmed that all samples crystallized in rhombohedral symmetry. In the vicinity of anti-ferromagnetic Neel-temperature (TN), an anomaly was observed in dielectric constant (?′) and loss tangent (tan δ) which indicates the existence of magnetoelectric coupling. It is observed that with Nb doping dielectric constant was reduced and Neel temperature shifted towards higher temperature. The impedance (Nyquist plots) and modulus spectroscopy revealed that materials possess non-Debye type of relaxation. The doping of donor ion is able to suppress the existence of oxygen vacancies which results in increase in resistivity. The B-site doping by higher valence ion suppresses the existing modulated spin structure by structural distortion, results in released net magnetization. The room temperature remanent magnetization increased with Nb doping and all powder samples possess weak ferromagnetism. The possible reasons for the notable magnetic and dielectric performance of prepared samples were discussed. 相似文献
