High mobility transparent conducting oxide (HMTCO) materials (mobility > 60 cm2 V− 1 s− 1) have a high transmission over the visible to near infra red wavelength region with resistivity < 2 × 10− 4 Ω cm. We investigate the application of HMTCO materials as transparent contacts for multi-junction and bifacial solar cells to increase the device NIR transmission. Using the HMTCO materials as front contacts significantly reduces absorption and reflection losses of the solar cells, from 850-1500 nm. The need to develop a low temperature process to prepare HMTCO materials as back contacts in semi-transparent solar cells is also emphasized.  相似文献

The effects of module temperature (Tmod) and spectral irradiance distribution on the outdoor performance of amorphous Si (a-Si) photovoltaic (PV) modules were investigated using contour maps. Compared to PV modules based on crystalline Si, such as single-crystalline Si (sc-Si) and multicrystalline Si, a-Si PV modules exhibit complex behavior with seasonal variation. In this study, we statistically analyzed the outdoor performance of a-Si and sc-Si PV modules. The influence of environmental factors on outdoor performance of a-Si PV modules was analyzed for two seasons, spring and autumn, in which the data periods had nearly the same average Tmod and integrated irradiation. The outdoor performance of the a-Si PV module depends on both temperature history and light-induced degradation.  相似文献

The density and fine structure of the peripheral nerve system in various skin lesions of 64 patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) was quantitatively analyzed by immunohistochemical staining with antibodies directed against protein gene product (PGP) and substance P (SP). The density of PGP-positive peripheral nerves was 2.5 x 10(3) microns2/delta s (delta s = 0.24 mm2 selected area) in early acute lesions, 3.8 x 10(3) microns2/delta s in subacute lesions, 4.9 x 10(3) microns2/delta s in lichenified lesions and 7.1 x 10(3) microns2/delta s in prurigo lesions of AD. The density of nerve fibers in subacute, lichenified and prurigo lesions was significantly higher than in uninvolved skin of AD patients (2.0 x 10(3) microns2/delta s). Electron microscopically, bulging of axons with many mitochondria and a loss of their surrounding sheath of Schwann cells suggests that the free nerve endings in skin lesions of AD are in an active state of excitation. Many pinocytotic vesicles in the periphery of basal keratinocytes facing nerve endings which contained many neurovesicles suggests reciprocal effects between keratinocytes and nerve endings. The number of SP-positive nerve fibers in AD lesions was far less than one-tenth of the number of PGP-positive nerve fibers.  相似文献

Polyamidethioethers were synthesized and evaluated as positive electron beam (EB) resists, The polyamidethioethers decomposed easily with EB exposure. At high doses (indicating low sensitivity), crosslinking reactions occurred for polyamidethioethers having C-S bonds produced by Michael addition, but the other polyamidethioethers did not crosslink. The C-S bonds produced by Michael addition may influence crosslinking rather than decomposition. The sensitivity of oxidized polyamidethioether was higher than that of the nonoxidized polymer with no change in resolution. The oxidized polyamidethioether had a high sensitivity and a high resolution, and is adaptable as a positive EB resist.  相似文献

We fabricated new 2.78‐in 1058‐ppi organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) displays. The displays used OLED devices with a tandem structure and a single structure and a field effect transistor (FET) using c‐axis aligned crystalline In–Ga–Zn–O (CAAC‐IGZO) for an active layer and employing the 1.5‐µm rule over a glass substrate. Even in the displays with such high resolution exceeding 1000 ppi, crosstalk that was observed in the lower luminance region was suppressed. The displays achieved high color reproducibility and reduced viewing angle dependence.  相似文献

The densification behavior and microstructure development of ZnO matrices containing rigid Zro2 inclusions were studied, with special emphasis on the effect of inclusion shape and size. The inclusions retarded the densification of the matrix, regardless of the inclusion shape and size. For large inclusions with diameters of 10 μm, dense regions developed between inclusion particles. The inclusion particles and dense regions formed a continuous network, which constrained the densification of the composites. The inclusion shape had a small effect on the development of dense regions. Severe retardation in densification was observed for compacts containing inclusions with diameters of 10 μm. In these cases, dense regions between inclusion particles did not develop. The formation of the continuous network cannot be applicable to small inclusions as an origin of retardation of densification.  相似文献

The time-temperature superposition principle has been applied to predict accurately the long-term viscoelastic behavior of amorphous resin at a temperature below the glass transition temperature from measuring the short-term viscoelastic behavior at elevated temperatures. A simplified method for the determination of the long-term viscoelastic behavior of amorphous resin using dynamic mechanical analysis is proposed. The automatic horizontal and vertical shifting method is used to construct the smooth storage modulus master curve, and then the accurate time-temperature shift factors can be obtained. The validity of our simplified determination method is confirmed experimentally.  相似文献

Event detection can be defined as the problem of detecting when a target event has occurred, from a given data sequence. Such an event detection problem can be found in many fields in science and engineering, such as signal processing, pattern recognition, and image processing. In recent years, many data sequences used in these fields, especially in video data analysis, tend to be high dimensional. In this paper, we propose a novel event detection method for high-dimensional data sequences in soccer video analysis. The proposed method assumes a Bayesian hidden Markov model with hyperparameter learning in addition to the parameter leaning. This is in an attempt to reduce undesired influences from ineffective components within the high-dimensional data. Implemention is performed by Markov Chain Monte Carlo. The proposed method was tested against an event detection problem with sequences of 40-dimensional feature values extracted from real professional soccer games.
