Consideration was given to all parts of the stability boundaries of stationary motion of the gyro-stabilized manyaxis satellite. For each of the necessary stability conditions, conversion to zero or equality was analyzed using the second Lyapunov method. Terms of orders higher than two were used to check sign-definiteness of the Lyapunov function on the stability boundaries. Using the terms up to the sixth order, analysis established asymptotic stability on some parts of the boundaries. A fast computational algorithm for deconvolution of signals in the form of peaks with exponentially falling fronts in the presence of noise is proposed. The filter bank coefficients are constructed on the basis of new wavelets called quasi-wavelets, which are derived from the instrument’s pulse response (instrument function) or similar functions defined analytically. A regularization procedure is offered based on selecting the sampling interval of the observed signal and the smoothing parameter of the restoring filter. This method ensures separation of completely overlapping peaks (without any noticeable saddle between them). A system for resonance compression of microwave pulses consists of two resonators connected in series: the first is a high-Q oversized resonator and the second is a single-mode cylindrical resonator. The time dependences of the field strength in the resonators during their excitation and the energy transfer at different values of the transfer coefficient have been determined for the 10-cm wavelength region. In experiments on 50 dogs with toxic acute edema of the lung, induced with intravenous injection of 0.1% silver nitrate, the authors have studied the efficacy of accessory artificial circulation and "conservative" therapy. During the perfusion a discharge of the right portions, adequate extracorporeal gas metabolism, normalization of blood gas and acid-base balance were noted; an intensity of pulmonary edema is descreased. The effect of annealing and oxygen plasma on the electrical characteristics of gallium oxide films has been investigated.
Ga2O3 films with thicknesses of 200–300 nm were formed by the anodic oxidation of n-GaAs wafers with the donor concentration N

= (1–2) × 1016 cm−3. It is shown that, after annealing at 900°C for 30 min, the gallium arsenide films contain only the β Ga2O3 phase. The effect of the duration of oxygen plasma treatment prior to annealing on the nucleation of β-phase crystallites
with different orientations has been studied. It has been established that the electrical conductivity of the Ga2O3 films can be managed by annealing and variation in the duration of oxygen plasma treatment. It is shown that the response
