Specifics of processing fine silica in a high-frequency induction plasmatron jet are described. The investigations were made in a 1000-kW semi-industrial HF induction plasmatron at an operating frequency of 440 kHz. General design principles of the installation comprising the HF induction plasmatron are described. The choice of material for treatment is validated. Parameters of the discharge chamber are given. Great attention is given to the adjustment characteristics of the material treatment process relating to introduction of powder into the treatment zone. The presentation of high-tech projects (including research and development projects) submitted to funding competitions is considered. Two-stage development of such presentations is proposed. The first step is to ensure that the selected set of characteristics is representative and may be estimated with sufficient precision. The next step is to introduce a mathematically formalized business model of the project, permitting its financial evaluation. This model must adequately and transparently identify the financial potential of the economic cluster that will implement the submitted project. Embodied in software, this model must support stress testing of the high-technology project and optimization of its characteristics.  相似文献

The structural alterations in the diamond–metallic binder transition zone in the diamond(78.4Co–11.76Cu–7.84Sn–2CrB2) composite upon its sintering in a mold in hydrogen atmosphere at 800°C for 1 h have studied versus the hot re-pressing parameters, and the influence of such alterations on physical-mechanical and tribological properties of the composites has been clarified. Adding 2 wt % CrB2 to the starting diamond?(80Co–12Cu–8Sn) composite is shown to raise the ultimate compression strength from 816 to 1720 MPa, bending strength from 790 to 1250 MPa, and wear resistance by a factor of 2.4. The improvement of properties of the composite and the increase of its wear resistance are provided due to the formation of Cr3C2 nanocarbide in the transition zone and the uniform distribution of Co, CrB2 phases and CoSn inclusions in the volume of the metallic binder.  相似文献

Temperature actions on metals and alloys usually stimulate the development of irreversible processes of structural evolution. Dilatometric hysteresis can be considered as the total effect of such processes. The elementary mechanisms affecting the sample size upon heating are known to be the thermal expansion of materials, the phase and structural transformations, the ductile flow under its own weight, and the creep stimulated by internal stresses. Each of these mechanisms has specific features, which are unavoidably reflected by the shape of the dilatometric curves in the corresponding temperature ranges. The thermal activation parameters of the mechanisms controlling the kinetics of the change in structural parameters and the development of the corresponding size effects have been determined by photometric analysis of structural images and directly from the dilatometric curves, and the results are discussed in this paper.  相似文献

A new technique for measuring the thermopower anisotropy using polycrystals on the basis of repeated measurements of an array of randomly oriented microcrystals and statistical analysis of the data obtained is proposed. The thermopower anisotropy of a series of higher silicides of transition metals (β-FeSi2, doped MnSi1.75, ReSi1.75, and CrSi2) is measured using polycrystals. It is found that, in β-FeSi2 crystals, a very high thermopower anisotropy can be observed; in ReSi1.75 crystals, the thermopower can have different signs; and, in CrSi2, the absolute value of the thermopower depends heavily on the heat-treatment mode. The temperature dependences of the electrical conductivity and thermopower of CrSi2 needles are measured. The thermopower anisotropy in CrSi2 needles, as in bulk single crystals, is retained in a wide temperature range.  相似文献
