Ink‐eliminated sludge flour (IESF), waste residue from the recycling treatments of waste paper, was utilized as a new kind of filler to reinforce polypropylene (PP) in this research work. Different coupling agents, including maleated anhydride grafted PP (MAPP), stearic acid (SA), and titanate (NDZ‐101), were used to increase the compatibility between IESF and PP. By using different measurements, the microstructure, morphology, thermal behaviors, and mechanical properties of the IESF/PP composites were investigated in detail. It was found that IESF, as a nucleation agent, not only induced the crystallization orientation of PP but also accelerate the crystallization rate of PP. Just as indicated in the experiments, the presence of IESF has shown the advantages of increasing the dimensional stability, the hardness and the flexural property, and the presence of coupling agents has a favorable effect on the improvement of dimensional stability. Moreover, the coupling agent has minor influence on the mechanical property, even causes some decrease in the impact strength. Among these three coupling agents, MAPP is found to be the best coupling agent for increasing the interfacial adhesion between IESF and PP, and the MAPP addition makes the PP composite possess the quickest crystallization rate and greatest tensile strength. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于Kikuchi自洽迭代方法,利用有序-无序相变理论,并取最近邻相互作用近似,研究了Pb(Mg_((1+x)/2)Nb_((2-x)/2)O_3晶粒中在x=0.5时有序区形成的原因,提出Mg~(2+)∶Nb~(5+)=1∶1(离子数比)时,形成B位有序排列最为有利,并且弱的空间电荷场不影响这种有序排列的形成,同时给出了温度-组份的有序-无序相图。  相似文献

The equilibrium and kinetic characteristics of the adsorption of human serum albumin (HSA) and ovalbumin (OVA) to the DEAE Sepharose FF weak anion exchanger were experimentally determined. The rate for protein adsorption was simulated with two different models, the first being based on a single lumped kinetic parameter, while the second includes the individual mass transfer processes occurring prior to the adsorption intervention, i.e., diffusion across the liquid film surrounding individual particles and diffusion within the ion exchanger particle itself. The actual adsorption of OVA to DEAE Sepharose FF in fully mixed stirred vessels and in packed bed columns was consistent with both models. In the case of HSA, however, the adsorption profile in an agitated vessel was consistent only with the pore diffusion model and neither model could correctly predict the latter part of the breakthrough profile observed in packed bed experiments.  相似文献

研究了以对甲酚为主要原料合成聚合型受阻酚抗氧剂的工艺。结果表明,树脂缩合反应条件是对甲酚与双环戊二烯为3:1~1.25,ZnCl2催化剂为对甲酚质量分数的2.0%,反应温度为75~80℃,双环戊二烯滴加时间为2h。烷基化反应温度为70~75℃,H2S04催化剂为缩合树脂质量分数的2.0%。制得的聚合型受阻酚抗氧剂产品对聚氨酯泡沫用聚醚2802具有较好的抗氧化性,起燃温度达224℃。  相似文献

Polyethylene glycol (PEG) glucosides (PEGG) and the PEGG esters of lauric acid were analyzed by atmospheric-pressure ionization MS (API-MS) with electrospray ionization. Straightforward mass characterization of the complex mixtures could be achieved without prior chromatographic separation. The constituents were identified on the basis of quasi-molecular ions. Individual components could be observed as protonated molecular ions [M+H]+ and/or as their NH4 +, Na+, or K+ adducts in positive ion mode. The mass spectrometric investigation showed that mixtures of PEGG consisted of monoglucoside, diglucoside, polyglucoside, and free PEG. The esterification product is a mixture of two types of nonionic surfactants: PEG-laurates and PEGG-laurates. The reasons for distortion of the quasi-molecular ion intensities and the stabilization of adduct ions were discussed. The rapid and highly sensitive API-MS analysis technique proposed here is well suited for direct characterization of complex mixtures and suitable for development as a routine analytical method.  相似文献

草甘膦异丙胺盐药液中分别加入九种助剂后对空心莲子草喷多处理,测定植株鲜重及再生植株鲜重,并测定药液的表面张力。结果表明,药液中助剂UC—12、TI—800、JFC、Tween20的浓度达到1000—5000mg/L时鲜重抑制率比CK提高了6—20个百分点。加入UC—12、JFC对根茎抑制作用最为明显,复发率降低了约12个百分点。九种助剂降低药液表面张力的效能从高到低顺序为:农乳500>904>APG>JFC>TL800>UC-12>Tween20>961>SD。上述试验结果表明,助剂UC-12、TI—800、JFC、Tween20对草甘膦的增效作用较为显著,助剂增效作用大小与降低表面张力的效能无密切相关性。  相似文献

A metal ions (Ag, Bi, V, Mo) modified sol–gel method was used to prepare a mesoporous Ag0.01Bi0.85V0.54Mo0.45O4 catalytic membrane which was used in the selective oxidation of propane to acrolein. By optimizing the preparation parameters, a thin and perfect catalytically active membrane was successfully prepared. SEM results showed that the membrane thickness is 5 μm. XRD results revealed that Ag0.01Bi0.85V0.54Mo0.45O4 with a Scheelite structure, which is catalytically active for the selective oxidation of propane to acrolein, was formed in the catalytic membrane only when AgBiVMoO concentrations were higher than 40%. Catalytic reaction results demonstrated that the selective oxidation of propane could be controlled to a certain degree, such as to acrolein, in the catalytic membrane reactor (CMR) compared to the fixed bed reactor (FBR). For example, a selectivity of 54.85% for acrolein in the liquid phase was obtained in the CMR, while only 8.31% was achieved in the FBR.  相似文献

介绍了高温空气燃烧技术和自身蓄热式烧嘴的特点;结合梭式窑的工作特点,详细阐述了在梭式窑中推广使用自身蓄热式烧嘴的优越性。采用该技术,可以大量回收高温烟气的余热,从而既能提高加热能力、减少能耗和降低燃料成本,又可以促进炉内温度的均匀性。通过优化自身蓄热式烧嘴,还可以减少有害气体的排量。因此,在梭式窑中推广使用自身蓄热式烧嘴具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。  相似文献
