Long lasting afterglow phosphors Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu,Dy and Ca2MgSi2O7:Eu,Dy were prepared by solid-state reaction method. It is revealed by the results that both phosphors show two emission peaks that are caused by the different emitting centers Eu2+ held in the host lattice. Wavelength shift was observed due to the slight differences in the structure parameters of the two hosts. Investigation on afterglow property shows that Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu,Dy phosphor held a better afterglow property than Ca2MgSi2O7:Eu,Dy phosphor. Thermal simulated luminescence study indicates that the long afterglow is generated by a higher trap concentration formed by the co-doped rare earth ions within the host. 相似文献

Diamond thin films have been deposited using hot filament chemical vapour deposition technique on manually scratched p-Si(1 0 0) substrate, with and without magnesium interlayer. In spite of magnesium melting point being lower (Tm = 649 °C) than the growth temperature of the substrate (Ts 750 °C) used in these experiments, it was found that high quality diamond films could be grown on Mg covered substrate. A liquid substrate is probably generated during the diamond film growth. Raman spectroscopy analysis exhibited only the triply degenerate, zone centre optical phonon peak at 1333 cm−1 indicating that nearly stress free crystallites were present. Broadening of the Raman peak (11.76 cm−1) indicates that some small crystallites also are present. Scanning electron and atomic force microscopy accompanied by X-ray diffraction analysis where used to compare the details of diamond film growth directly on scratched Si(1 0 0) and Mg interlayered scratched Si(1 0 0) substrates. 相似文献

The oxidation kinetics and morphological development during reaction of two cast austenitic steels at 1000°C in pure dry oxygen at 20 kPa are reported. Both steels contained approximately 25 wt.% Cr and 35 wt.% Ni and, in addition, one steel contained 3.3 wt. %. Both steels oxidized to form external scales consisting mainly of Cr2O3 with a thin outer layer of manganese rich spinel. Scale growth kinetics were parabolic, and somewhat faster rates were observed for the aluminum bearing steel. In both steels, deep internal oxidation occurred at the site of primary (interdendritic) carbides. The kinetics of this process were parabolic, and rate control was attributed to oxygen diffusion along the interface between internal oxide and matrix metal. In the aluminum-free steel, interdendritic carbides were converted to chromium rich oxide, but when aluminum was present, a sheath of aluminum rich oxide formed around the carbides. In this latter case, the rate of interdendritic penetration was somewhat slower. The aluminum bearing steel also formed large numbers of rod-shaped Al2O3 precipitates within the austenitic dendrites. Deepening of the Al2O3 precipitate zone also proceeded according to parabolic kinetics at a rate consistent with rate control by diffusion of oxygen along the oxide-alloy interfaces. 相似文献

A new on-line control method to suppress regenerative chatter vibration during the machining process by regulating spindle speed is proposed. The dynamic cutting force signal collected from a dynamometer is passed through a low pass filter, and then digitized. The fast Fourier transform is carried out to obtain the corresponding power spectrum. The chatter frequency is identified when the intensity at a certain frequency other than the spindle speed and tooth passing frequency exceeds a critical value. Based on the identified chatter frequency, a new spindle speed is computed by applying the principle of keeping the phase between the present and previous undulations to 90°. The new speed command is executed while the cutting proceeds. It is found from simulation that the chatter vibration can be suppressed by this approach in the shortest time. This method is also verified by experiments through actual cutting of various materials by a computer numerically controlled milling machine. The main feature of this approach is that the feed of the machine tool does not need to be halted during the change of spindle speed. Hence, tool wear can be reduced. Furthermore, no system identification of the machine tool structure is needed, and therefore it has great potential in actual applications. 相似文献

A series of Ni–Cr–Al alloys was subjected to thermal cycling to 1100°C in air for up to 260 1-hr cycles. All alloys exhibited poor corrosion resistance. Repeated scale spallation led to subsurface alloy depletion in aluminum and, to a lesser extent, chromium. This caused transformation of the prior alloy three-phase structures (-Cr+-NiAl+-Ni) to single-phase -nickel solution. Destruction of the external scale allowed gas access to this metal, which was able to dissolve both oxygen and nitrogen. Inward diffusion of the two oxidants led to development of a complex internal-precipitation zone: Al2O3 and Cr2O3 beneath the surface, followed by Al2O3, then AlN, then AlN+Cr2N, and, finally, AlN alone in the deepest region. This distribution is shown to reflect the relative stabilities of the precipitates and the higher permeability of nitrogen. Diffusion-controlled kinetics were in effect initially, but mechanical damage to the internal-precipitation zone led to more rapid gas access and approximately linear kinetics in the long term. 相似文献

The microstructures and properties of Cu-8.0Ni-1.8Si alloy subjected to different heat treatments were examined by mechanical and electrical properties measurements, optical and transmission electron microscopes observation. The results show that the precipitation process during aging can be accelerated by the cold deforming before aging. As the Cu-8.0Ni-1.8Si alloy is subjected to solution treatment at 970 ℃ for 4 h, cold rolling to 60% reduction, and then aging at 450 ℃ for 60 min, its properties are σb=1 050 MPa, σ0.2=786 MPa, δ=3.2% and conductivity 27.9%(IACS). The strengthening mechanisms of the alloy include spinodal decomposition strengthening, ordering strengthening and precipitation strengthening.
