Metal-polyphenol-network coated CaCO3 as pH-responsive nanocarriers to enable effective intratumoral penetration and reversal of multidrug resistance for augmented cancer treatments

Construction of multifunctional stimuli-responsive nanotherapeutics enabling improved intratumoral penetration of therapeutics and reversal of multiple-drug resistance (MDR) is potent to achieve effective cancer treatment. Herein, we report a general method to synthesize pH-dissociable calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) hollow nanoparticles with amorphous CaCO₃ as the template, gallic acid (GA) as the organic ligand, and ferrous ions as the metallic center via a one-pot coordination reaction. The obtained GA–Fe@CaCO₃ exhibits high loading efficiencies to both oxidized cisplatin prodrug and doxorubicin, yielding drug loaded GA–Fe@CaCO₃ nanotherapeutics featured in pH-responsive size shrinkage, drug release, and Fenton catalytic activity. Compared to nonresponsive GA–Fe@silica nanoparticles prepared with silica nanoparticles as the template, such GA–Fe@CaCO₃ confers significantly improved intratumoral penetration capacity. Moreover, both types of drug-loaded GA–Fe@CaCO₃ nanotherapeutics exhibit synergistic therapeutic efficacies to corresponding MDR cancer cells because of the GA–Fe mediated intracellular oxidative stress amplification that could reduce the efflux of engulfed drugs by impairing the mitochondrial-mediated production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). As a result, it is found that the doxorubicin loaded GA–Fe@CaCO₃ exhibits superior therapeutic effect towards doxorubicin-resistant 4T1 breast tumors via combined chemodynamic and chemo-therapies. This work highlights the preparation of pH-dissociable CaCO₃-based nanotherapeutics to enable effective tumor penetration for enhanced treatment of drug-resistant tumors.

     

面向航空通信应用的边沿触发器教学设计

研究和分析了面向航空通信应用的边沿触发器教学设计。以边沿触发电路实现原理为核心,引导边沿触发机制的探究式学习；以航空机载网络通信为具体应用背景,引入科学研究和工程实现中实际问题,设计曼切斯特码检测系统实验；使得边沿触发器教学成为“知识再创造”的过程和创新实践的新载体,以期培养新工科背景下的独立、创新和实践精神。     

废菌渣活性炭的制备及对废水中硝基苯的吸附

以废菌渣为原料制备活性炭，采用能量-色散光谱（EDS）和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪（FTIR）进行表征，结果表明：活性炭表面具有多种官能团，有利于提高对硝基苯的吸附。并研究了活性炭吸附硝基苯的影响因素（pH、初始浓度、吸附时间、投加量）、吸附等温线及热力学。结果表明：在常温中性pH条件下，初始浓度为50mg/L，活性炭用量为0.15g时硝基苯去除率可达98%，出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》（GB 8978－1996）中对硝基苯浓度低于2.0mg/L的要求。活性炭对硝基苯的吸附具有较快的吸附速率，即1min接近平衡。该吸附行为是自发放热反应，可以用Freundlich模型很好地拟合。废菌渣活性炭对硝基苯的吸附主要是疏水作用和氧化钼活化共同作用的结果。因此，以农业废弃物-废菌渣制备得到的废菌渣活性炭具有良好的经济实用性，可用于废水处理中，实现以废治废的目的。     

盐酸氨溴索有关物质的合成

为控制盐酸氨溴索质量,以外购的有关物质E(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苯甲醛)为起始原料,合成了4个有关物质:2-氨基-3,5-二溴苯甲醇(有关物质A)、反式-4-(6,8-二溴-1,4-二氢喹唑啉-3(2H)-基)环己醇(有关物质B)、反式-4-[[(E)-2-氨基-3,5-二溴苯亚甲基]氨基]环己醇(有关物质C)和顺式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苯甲基)氨基]环己醇(有关物质D),通过~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR和MS对产物结构进行了确证,并优化了醛胺缩合和还原反应条件。合成的这4个有关物质可作为盐酸氨溴索质量控制的杂质对照品。     

13％甲维盐·二卤代吡唑酰胺微乳剂的制备

为制备高效药剂13%甲维盐·二卤代吡唑酰胺微乳剂,对配方中的溶剂、防冻剂、乳化剂和水质进行研究,最终确定13%甲维盐·二卤代吡唑酰胺微乳剂最优配方为:8%的甲维盐,5%的二卤代吡唑酰胺,10%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮,15%的碳酸二甲酯及22%的乳化剂800号,自来水补足100%.通过最优配方所制备的甲维盐·二卤代吡唑酰胺微乳剂各项性能良好,符合标准要求.室内毒力实验表明,药剂杀小菜蛾的高峰时间为第2 d前后,并且对其有显著的防治效果.13%甲维盐·二卤代吡唑酰胺微乳剂应用鳞翅目蔬菜害虫防治,具有良好的药效和应用前景.

Gradient-based recursive parameter estimation for a periodically nonuniformly sampled-data Hammerstein–Wiener system based on the key-term separation

The identification of the Hammerstein–Wiener (H-W) systems based on the nonuniform input–output dataset remains a challenging problem. This article studies the identification problem of a periodically nonuniformly sampled-data H-W system. In addition, the product terms of the parameters in the H-W system are inevitable. In order to solve the problem, the key-term separation is applied and two algorithms are proposed. One is the key-term-based forgetting factor stochastic gradient (KT-FFSG) algorithm based on the gradient search. The other is the key-term-based hierarchical forgetting factor stochastic gradient (KT-HFFSG) algorithm. Compared with the KT-FFSG algorithm, the KT-HFFSG algorithm gives more accurate estimates. The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithms are effective.

针对河湖长制相关数据分散在多个部门及部门之间、省市县之间,数据互联互通和共建共享不够充分等问题,结合河湖管理保护实际,充分整合涉河湖保护相关数据,最大程度地共享现有数据资料和软硬件资源,系统建设严格遵循全国河长制系统建设指导方案,围绕决策支持的主题思想,总体框架采用“5+N”模式,满足河湖长制工作和河长湖长履职尽责需求,强化基础资料整编、实化系统功能、优化系统界面,充分分析建设难点及解决办法、存在不足及意见建议,系统的建成推动河湖长制工作规范化、促进河湖管理协同工作的高效化、实现执法监督工作的实时化,提升河湖管理保护信息化水平,为河湖长制信息化建设提供参考。
