温度对MEC阳极膜形成及胞外聚合物的影响

温度是影响微生物活性和优势菌种以及反应器性能的重要参数之一。实验采用单池微生物电解池（MECs），以厌氧活性污泥为接种物，葡萄糖为碳源，在不同温度条件下培养运行微生物电解池阳极生物膜。实验结果表明：在25℃、30℃、35℃和45℃的培养温度下最大电流密度分别达到2.04A/m²、7.75A/m²、12.27A/m²和2.5A/m²。阳极生物膜电化学活性和氢气产率变化趋势与MECs电流密度相类似，均表现出在一定温度范围内升高温度有利于阳极膜电化学活性与阳极膜氢气产率。进一步分析阳极膜生物量与胞外聚合物（EPS）成分结果表明：一定温度范围内升高温度有利于阳极膜生物量的提高，大量的阳极附着细菌可以产生更高的电流密度与EPS含量，阳极膜EPS中蛋白质成分明显高于多糖，并且蛋白质含量随产电密度增高而增大。傅里叶变换红外光谱（FTIR）分析证实了生物膜EPS中存在蛋白质和碳水化合物。     

Action-effect codes in and before the central bottleneck: Evidence from the psychological refractory period paradigm.

Voluntary motor actions aim at and are thus governed by predictable action effects. Therefore, representations of an action's effects normally must become activated prior to the action itself. In 5 psychological refractory period experiments the authors investigated whether the activation of such effect representations coincides with the response selection stage of information-processing theories. Participants performed 2 choice reaction tasks, separated by variable stimulus onset asynchronies. The authors varied the compatibility between responses and forthcoming sensorial effects (Experiments 1, 2, 3, and 5) or between responses and effect-resembling stimuli (Experiments 4 and 5) in one of the tasks. They observed that compatibility influences from forthcoming (anticipated) response effects were located within the response selection bottleneck, whereas compatibility influences from action-preceding (perceived) effects were due to processes before the bottleneck. These results point to a crucial role of the endogenous activation of action-effect representations for the selection of voluntary motor responses. 套管井阵列声波测井仪器与油气层识别技术

文章通过现场10口井的实验结果，肯定了在套管井中可以测量到砂岩地层的纵、横波时差。并且在已知的气层进行了裸眼井纵、横波时差和套管井纵、横波的对比，两者吻合得比较好。这样，利用地层的纵、横渡时差信息便可以对以往的老井、低产井以及报废井的气层、疑难油层以及可疑油气层进行重新认识，特别是油层附近未射孔的干层和水层。因为，这时测量的声波时差不受泥浆滤液（或者浸入）的影响，对气层的显示更明显。本研究为套管井地层评价提供了一个新的技术手段，为剩余油气识别提供了一种新的方法。     

基于协方差矩阵虚部的宽带DoA估计算法

在对称分布的宽带噪声场中,为提高宽带信号DoA估计能力,提出一种基于协方差矩阵虚部的非相干信号子空间算法(IISM)算法.根据采样协方差矩阵虚部不含对称噪声分量、只含非对称信号分量的特点,利用其虚部进行宽带信号DoA估计,该算法相比传统宽带非相干子空间算法能有效抑制对称噪声,提高DoA估计性能.仿真实验验证了算法的正确性和良好性能.     

用差异进化算法进行海洋环境参数反演

提出了用差异进化算法进行浅海环境参数匹配场反演，利用仿真数据对算法的有效性进行了评估，并与遗传算法、模拟迟火算法进行了比较，最后采用亚洲海实验(ASIAEX 2001)数据验证了方法的可行性。     

Polymerase chain reaction compatibility of adhesive transfer tape based microfluidic platforms

Laser patterned adhesive transfer tapes are a rapid, versatile, and low cost option to fabricate microfluidic platforms. In this work, we examined the compatibility with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of different types of adhesive tape materials patterned with a CO₂ laser cutter. Acrylic, polyimide, and silicone-based tapes were considered. We performed a systematic study on off-the-shelf adhesive tapes with respect to fluid handling, PCR inhibition, reagent loss, and on-chip PCR reaction. A novel microfluidic PCR approach was implemented that combines the advantages of previously reported systems. It uses a thermal gradient from a single heating element and the thermocycling was carried out by passing the reaction mixture back and forth in a microfluidic channel strategically placed along the thermal gradient. Only the silicone-based tapes were compatible with on-chip PCR. The overall fabrication process takes less than 30 min, uses only off-the-shelf finished or semi-finished materials, and is amenable to large-scale reel-to-reel processing.     

匹配场反演结果的后验概率分析

采用全局寻优遗传算法进行浅海环境参数匹配场反演，研究了判断反演结果唯一性和不确定性的后验概率分析方法，并对反演中各环境参数的频率依赖性进行了讨论，最后用亚洲海实验（ASIAEX2001）数据对环境参数进行了有效的反演。
